I used to come get my nails done here all the time growing up, but the man always mentioned something about my sweaty hands. the last time I guess I was sweating ‘too much’ and I could tell he was stressing to stick my jewels on my nails, kept saying I’m too sweaty and kept telling me “ SEE SEE “ it honestly made me uncomfortable and made me sweat more obviously everyone was just starring at me and I ended up saying never mind on the style I wanted originally. Im not coming back by feeling embarrassed. my nails only lasted 1week too.. Besides all this I had another set he took off, one of my real nails came off halfway and was bleeding and didn’t say sorry or if I was ok, just glued it and sticked the fake nail still, PAINFUL.

Forever Nails is the BEST with the friendliest people, quality product, great colors to choose from, flexible schedule...they have it all. I have never had nails as beautiful or as STRONG as the solar nails from Forever. Tam and the crew just put me back together after the long closure and I feel fantastic. Run dont walk directly to Forever Nails. But make an appointment first! :)

This establishment is clean although extremely gassy, they need to add a vent or some sort of airflow to the place otherwise it doesnt matter what job they do youll walk out happy! The head man is very rude and forget about being 4 minutes late to your appointment hell just can you and go for the next person. My grandmother is in a wheelchair and he was not accommodating. I recommend you find another nail place if possible. And customer service and environment aside the job they did was very good its just too bad that they have to be such a toxic atmosphere.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went in to get my nails done on saturday and by Monday the nail polish was peeling off. The owner was really rude, while trying to explain what happened he would Cut me off talking over me saying he was going to charge me again ignoring the fact that they did a poor job to start with. AVOID THIS PLACE! I should have read the reviews before, None of them are good. :(

Not only is this place over priced, but it is very gross and dirty. They do not ventilate the place and they pack people in here like crazy. They are RUDE. You make an appointment and they are so off the time that you wind up sitting for nearly 30 minutes. They are very disrespectful of people time. They cram in appointments and do not respect the customer who has a busy life

Tried to talk with the owner who did my manicure he ignored me. I showed him what I want from a screen shot he did what he wanted I stead... Rude? He did talk to the regulars who showed up right after me. The young man and women who did the pedicures were supper nice and made me feel welcomed.

Love this place! They take the time to check the nails and make sure you are happy. Great attention to detail.

I wont let anyone else do my nail work.***** update *****....although he is good. He is rude as well as chooses his customers according to race. I have yet to see an African Woman come to his shop for service... I myself have not been able to get an appointment myself. But a friend of mine walked in and got a fill....(** mire research is necessary**) but this is a question the public deserves answers to indeed....

My sister and I tried this salon after a coworker recommended it, and we have been going for two years now. This is a family run and operated salon. The owners are very friendly and we are super comfortable with them. The prices are great and the quality is outstanding. They know more about what I want than I do. We will be customers for life and we continuously recommend them to our friends.

Got a pedicure done. Very friendly and did a good job. Was checked on a few times to make sure everything was going well. Good atmosphere! Make appointments it makes it easier to get in especially with a friend. And its respectful. Had a good time!

This is the BEST nail shop in Salem, Hands down!!! After moving here and trying several local shops and being disappointed every time I had given up on getting my nails done until I was referred to Forever Nails! My nails lasted 3 weeks and I’m the type that they are lucky if they last 2 weeks. BEST SALEM NAIL SHOP!!

Great little place to have your nails done. Long time employees who know me by name every time Ive gone in to have work done. Very clean & easy to get to. Prices are a little below other nail salons of the same type but work is still excellent.

I love this place.. everyone is so nice and always great service.. I recommend them to all my friends and family.. sometimes I drive from Portland just to go there and get my nails done.. love them Ive been going there less than a year and I found my nail heaven !!!

They were great! good prices, and every one was very friendly. My 4 year old daughter got gel polish, and they were very fast and she loved it!

Tamy is AMAZING. I walked in their salon for the first time and was greeted nicely. After letting them know I was new, Tamy explained the prices and proceeded to give me a new set. Although I had an old set, he did not speak negatively of the other Nail Salons work (Often nail salons speak negatively of others work) I was surprised with his professionalism and outstanding service. After explaining the style I was seeking, he constantly asked if I was liking his work. The end results really shocked me, I was more than pleased with the shape, color, everything about my nails. I highly recommend this place. I LOVED IT(:

This guy was just so rude to me and my mother. My mother has never had her nails done and the guy was mocking her when she said she didnt know what she wanted. She doesnt know anything- he said. And he kept burning my fingers filling and telling me to relax my fingers. Cant really relax when Im getting burnt....... I left and wont be going back ever

The guy on the phone was very rude when i was asking about prices. I ended up going there anyways because they were cheaper and the man who did my nails did a sloppy job and by the end I had cuts on my fingers from him filing to hard. I advise not going here.

Dont go here! They are rude. I had a horrible experience taking my daughters there. They did a horrible job on all our nails, the staff got upset cause I would tell them to fix something I didnt likeand i still got nails that are different shapes! The man there got angry at me because I asked for more information about how much we were paying, to the point my husband had to tell him not to be yelling at me. I had to just leave. Horrible place, cant stress enough how horrible it is there.

It was horrible!!!! I dont recommed it for anyone. The people were vedy rude. They talked bad about me and my daughters to our faces. They yelled at my daughter for not knowing which nail design she wanted and Dont even do nail designs.

This is the only place I go. Never disappointed.

The prices are higher than what is posted on the website. They answer the phone when working with a client. One persons manicure was interrupted 5 times! My friends mani-pedi was horrible...uneven nails, no buffing, etc. Go somewhere else!!!!
