Very clean great environment. Jenny and Nancy are both amazing. I have had great experiences going to Hollywood Nails over the years.

Nobody listens to requests. I got hurt in my nail bed. My glitter is poking out all over. I asked a few times to flatten the glitter and add another top coat. She said Just be careful. Its on my HANDS?! So, how? My partner had 2 nails bleed and her polish is too thick and uneven. Terrible.

I go to Hollywood Nails all the time for manicures and pedicures and always have a positive experience!

Every time I go to Hollywood nails they always take care of me. Yes I am a male and I get pedicures, They take really good care of you there and the price is perfect. Ive been going there for a couple months.

I would have to agree with the negative reviews on here. Went in for a simple flower and it looks like a blob. Totally disappointed. Wont come back

The gel manicure I got is beautiful and long lasting. But they charge for every little thing. They charged me 5 dollars to remove the gel manicure I had previously, which was already mostly gone and yet they peeled it right off with tweezers. Which I could have done myself and is not good for your nails.

Don’t go worst pedicure ever. Wasn’t relaxing will never go back!!! I waited for someone to get to me without my feet being even soaked. Just sat there in the chair. When she finally started. She was rough no pricing was even discussed she just quoted a price out of thin air! Don’t know what I paid for, but For what I paid it wasn’t worth it. Just passing through so…..

I won’t be coming back. I cried the whole time I was in the chair. She kept saying mean things abt me and yes I understood everything I speak a few languages. I told her three times the nails were to long and she still left them long. I can’t believe how horrible it was I rather pay top dollar but at least I know I will get great services and what I asked for.

Positive reviews are so necessary for a business, as well as new clients. I just want to give a HUGE thank you to Jimmy at Hollywood Nails. Not only was he on time, but professional too, and paid close attention to detail. He nailed it *no pun intended lol* my first ombré request on my first time to this salon! New to the area I was discouraged after the last place I tried yesterday bombed my request, not even coming close to what I wanted. Jimmy got me in same day, on Easter weekend, staying late just to make this experience good for me! Thank you! 5 stars!

They left us sitting for 20 minutes, didn’t greet us. One lady came over and started my sister, did not even offer to start my soak. The guy had super long nails and did not speak to me at all. He would just slap my leg or foot when he wanted me to move my foot or leg. Not a great experience AT ALL. Very expensive!

They were super busy and didnt get to me til 30 mins past my appointment time. Didnt ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. Massage was non-existent. Paint job was decent.

Perfect. The staff was really nice and the pedicure was exactly what I needed. I was visiting from out of state and took my 3 year old neice. They were very sweet with her.

The place is nice but the service is poor and actually not good at all, I removed the acrilic and painted my nails with regular polish and it was not done well, neither actions as I s to Ill had material on my nails and the painting was awful

I had a great shellac manicure yesterday. Nancy did a beautiful job with the flower design I asked for too. Clean, friendly, reasonable prices. And also gentle, sometimes at other salons Ive been to they seem a bit aggressive with the nippers but that didnt happen here. I couldnt be more pleased and Ill be coming here regularly from now on.

I’ve been to this salon 5 times over the last few months. What I like is it’s very clean. I like that you can walk in without an appointment or call ahead. They’ve always been on time when I’ve made an appointment. The equipment appears to be new and the atmosphere is relaxing. I like that they use your first name when they greet you and when they seat you. I’ve been happy with the quality of their work. I’ve visited other salons around town and this one has become my new favorite.

Ive been going to Hollywood Nails for 10 years now, back when they were across the street next to the old Pharmacy lol. Ive watched the owner grow her business until she retired here recently. Great lady. Now, a new family owns this salon. Same great service and high quality as before. I am a loyal customer for sure!

They took such good care of me and made sure I loved them and they were up to complete perfection. I am usually really disappointed in my nails when I get them done but I am so in love with these. Well worth the $50

I am torn to leave a good review, cause I don’t want Helen to be too busy to see me next time I come in! I can not recommend this salon highly enough. I’m pretty picky when it comes to getting my nails done, but Helen was accommodating for every detail. I cannot say the same thing for at least one other salon in this area. I was a walk in, waited about 5ish minutes, and was seen. Further, I asked if she had time to wax my eyebrows after my gel manicure, and she did so without issue. My total was more than reasonable. One thing you need to know: bring cash for tipping (which I guarantee you’ll want to do), cause they can’t add tips onto the card total. I will be back! Great job, ladies!

I have been going to Hollywood Nails on and off for years. Most recently I was ready to stop using them for good because I was tired of the long waits and the staff I liked had left, replaced by people who weren’t doing an adequate job. Then everything changed because Jenny took over. She hired back some of the great staff, did some much needed remodeling and so far I haven’t had to wait when I go in. SO MUCH BETTER! I’m glad I waited it out! Had the best mani/pedi with Helen ❤️

I walked in to get a full gel set. They were able to get me in right away with no wait. I get my nails done frequently and usually have bad experiences with customer service at other places. I didnt get the ladies name but she was very friendly and focused. She had no problem telling me she messed up on a nail and had to restart it which I thought was awesome. I would rather her admit to her mistake and fix it than ignore it and hope I didnt notice. She was not talking on her phone or talking with other workers. She was focused and I love that.Now, they have a new nail powder dip process. I have never had this done so I was kind of worried because it looked horrible and grainy throughout the entire process. I didnt know all the steps and was just praying it would look good at the end and.... it DID. My only concern with that was how sanitary the dipping powder was. They didnt pour powder out into a separate container to dip your fingers and they shake the excess powder from your finger back into container after you dip and close to be used again for someone else. It just seemed weird to me but then again, I dont really know a lot about this stuff.Overall, great customer service, beautiful nails, and all for an awesome price of $41!

Dont get your eyebrows waxed here if you love your eyebrows. The lady was very rough. I went from having thick nice eyebrows (just needing a cleanup) to having really thin eyebrows 😢😭

Waited 40 min for a 20 min pedicure. I feel like I paid 65.00 for my daughter and I to just soak our feet and have out toes painted. Will not be returning

I arrived without an appointment. And they said come back in 30 minutes and we will give you a pedicure. When I arrived at after 30 minutes they made me sit in a chair for 15 minutes ignoring me. Then I walk out the door. Very poor customer service.

They do a thorough job. Im happy with the results when I have them do my nails. However, they dont sanitize the equipment ( just a quick wipe down with soap.) not sure how this plays with the board of health.

I go to Helen for nails and pedi. She des a nice jobTammie is also terrific. Salon is clean and neat. Staff is always on time, professional and courteous.Affordable for all products.

The owner here is so rude and abusive to her workers. She is always yelling and screaming at them, and it is very upsetting because they are trying their best. There has been at least 4 different times when I have witnessed the owner abusing her workers, so I stopped going. Do not give your money to a place with an abusive owner.

Nice place to get them done. If youre getting acrylic ask for Trina, she puts a lot of effort to make sure you get what you like!

Lily is FANTASTIC!!! However, made an appointment almost a week in advance while she was on vacation. Got a call 30 minutes before my appointment time asking me to come in an HOUR later.... I had an APPOINTMENT... and I got pushed off because they got foot traffic..... I MISS LILY!!! :( she wouldnt do that....

I use to go to this place all the time . The one time I go, the lady put my one nail on crooked and Ive had them on less than 2 weeks and one broke off 2 days ago!!! And she wasnt very nice at all!! Im going to look for a better place . Not happy about it!!! Ive had them on before for 5-6 weeks and not breaking

Dont let the man who works there take care of you. Very difficult to understand. Was rough and burped (without saying excuse me) throughout the pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was decent...the manicure sucked! Squared off my nails after I showed him one nail and said exactly like this in this length. I asked him for clear coat in the hardest strength he had. Gave one coat, and whatever he used, it peeled off in 2 days!

Don’t waste your time and $$ NOT worth it!They use the cheapest nsil polish.Went in for a full set of acrylics and 10 min after I left, all polish got smushed and came off completely of one of my nails.I had an appointment and still had to wait for almost half hour! The ladies seemed friendly, but the quality of service is horrible!!!!! I went back next day to get my money back and they wouldn’t do it, they offered to “ fix it” but still did horrible job! Never again will I go to this place!!!!!

I can not begin to say how upset I am at how my daughter was treated today! I am in the beauty industry and gave my daughter (15yrs old) money to get her nails done after cleaning the house for me today. She was so upset and confused walking in just for a simple fill. She got nothing but bad attitude and what lazy, take your money way they could do for her!! We booked her an appointment and because she was trying to figure out her options, they took a walk in and said, “no money, no service!” I got several calls from my daughter at work and had given her plenty of cash. We were quoted $35, and I gave her $42 for a tip. How damn hard is it to drill off the polish, and some acrylic, apply a coat of acrylic, fill, file, buff, and polish??????!!!! Rude, rude, rude service! Forgot to ask if she left a tip, because it was clearly not diserved!

Best place in town to get your eyebrows waxed, cheapest too. I drive from Aumsville just to go here.

Never again!!! I came in and made an appointment 2 hours ahead of time and then when I showed up for my appointment they told me they couldnt do it. Bad business!! Dont take appointments you cant keep and make me drive back and forth just so you can tell me no. Dont waste your time coming here.

My wife and I were going to this place for quite awhile and it was OK. We had made an appointment for the both of us with nail tech Helen. She usually does us both at the same sitting but tonight we went in and she started my wifes pedicure and refused to do mine! She refused to do mine twice! I was just sitting there with my feet ready, no water going or anything. I guess making an appointment here does not mean much as the nail techs can choose if they want to do it or not! I was really embarrassed and finally left while my wife sat there very uncomfortable with the situation! I will never go back to this place again! Terrible customer service to say the least!! Dont waste your time with this place!!!

Best Place Ever To Get Your Nails Done

Went in for a manicure and somehow came out with only a polish change...wasnt what I asked for. Super bummed as my cuticles and hang nails needed to be dealt with and paid almost as much for polish change as I would have a mancure. Very disappointed. Wont go back!

I went there monday for acrylics its now saturday and i already broke a nail... Its not like i am especially hard on my nails. It broke while putting pants on my son!
