It was such a mistake to even try this place and do any services. I made an appointment for the pedicure last week online and got a spot on the same day.When entering the salon, I liked the place and thought its so comfy but obviously It was my first opinion which was not correct. I took quickie pedicure which costs $36 with no massage or any treatment. When the lady started, I asked her to remove the ingrown nail and she said ok. She cut the whole corner of my nail to remove it and she said she did it. I didnt realize in the beginning that she didnt do anything like that but left me without part of my nail. When doing the color, she made a mess on some of the nails and let me go with uneven nails. It was dark in the room and I didnt see how bad it was until I get to my car. I came back and the receptionist put me on a different date for add on 1 nail. All that days I had such a pain with that nail that she cut the whole corner. When I returned back, I also mentioned to the receptionist that she didnt do the ingrown nail as she said she did. I asked the receptionist to put me with someone who can do it. But here I have heard what made me so mad. The receptionist said that if I want that to be removed I had to pay $36 or $47 more to do another pedicure. Why? Why would I pay again these money just because the previous lady didnt remove but said she removed, colored my nails uneven. So now for her mistake I have to pay again? Yes, this place does look nice. But the service and quality is 0. I went to so many places for the whole pedicure and paid that money where the service was great. And I would come back to Nails Co probably again if they fix the mistake and redo the work that was done poor. The personnel has to work on how to make the quality of service and customer service work better. This salon is pricy but doesnt worth it! I would not recommend that place. There are many other places where the service can be done much better.

The reviews for this location are very outdated - I had a great experience! Went in for a last-minute quickie pedicure on a Saturday afternoon and the service was wonderful. My technician (Nancy) went above and beyond my previous pedicure experiences to make sure my nails looked perfect. Loved her! 10/10 would recommend.
I cant say enough good things about this place. Honestly, I frequent both the Burlington and Salem locations. The courtesy and customer service is top notch. Just today, I was supposed to have a 25 minute break between my Mani and Pedi, but between the time I made the appointment and the time I got there, they had rearranged things to get both services done back to back. This isnt the first time that they have done this.The technicians are friendly and aware of your me time. They are always polite and provide great work. Its always a pleasure to go in, and leave relaxed.Also, dont forget to get on their mailing list. Youll get special promotional emails to save you a few dollars and provide the technicians with a busy shift.
Great service! I had to reschedule a couple of times and it was never a problem. The service was done very professionally and fast. I had made an appointment for a manicure, however my tech Tommy saw that actually my nails didnt need much work that day and suggested only a polish change so I would not be charged the full price for something he didnt have to do. I thought that was very ethical! I had some time to spare after my manicure and also had a facial with Tika. The products are very high quality and she did a fantastic job. Great value!
Clean, good value. Find your favorite tech and stick. With one. I notice if you switch too much you might end up with the newbies. It would be nice if they updated the drying room, its small and very boring.
Ive been here twice for pedicures. I am not a big spa person, and a pedicure is a special treat for me. First experience was really lovely and it made me want to return. Experience this week was terrible. The aesthetician giving me a pedicure kept getting up to go work on other clients. (Theres actually not a lot of down time in a pedicure, there was no wrap or soak or anything that would suggest the need for a client to sit with the treatment.) She was incredibly stressed out and the treatment was anxiety-producing, especially since the clients she was serving and then leaving to come finish my pedicure kept complaining loudly. It was poor management to tell the people working that they need to help each other out when it comes at the cost of customers sense that they are a priority.
