Our Heating/AC unit stopped working and we discovered that it was no small issue; in fact, the unit was in such bad shape that it was a safety hazard and required a complete replacement. No one wants to hear that, especially when its a large house unit. Well, we couldnt be more pleased with how easy this process was.Honest Air had our unit replaced with an excellent upgrade within four days! I had an AC unit die on my in the morning and I called to see if same day service was available. Luckily they had time to spare, gave me a window, and then even arrived earlier than expected (got a phone call letting me know before hand). John was thorough, professional, and very helpful in quickly finding the problem and recommending some fixes he could perform. In less than an hour he had me squared away and I paid arguably the most reasonable fee Ive ever paid for HVAC service, especially considering the quick service. Ill be a repeat customer should the need ever arise.

These guys were absolutely terrific. No issues at all calling in and getting an appointment, the girl on their phone line was extremely friendly and accommodating, appointment availability was great (same day), and as a bonus they called back to rearrange their technicians schedule to get out to me sooner. I contacted Honest Air to get a second opinion, after my home warranty sent another company due to my air not working. While the diagnosis from both companies were the same, John with Honest Air explained that since the unit was serviced in April the year prior and the unit ran well during the summer, that the leak is more than likely small, and the unit could be refilled and maintained while I was able to save money to replace the unit. John was correct. A year later I contacted Honest Air to replace the unit. They scheduled me within 24 hours of my initial call, worked around my complex schedule, arrived promptly, were professional, and did an excellent job. A sincere thank you to Honest Air.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Long story short I’m military and out of the area and my house is currently a rental. The HVAC went out and the property management company initially sent out another company who quoted me $9k!! for a replacement. They refused to send me a write up of the diagnosis even though I paid the 100 fee. Thank goodness I was given a referral to this company from another Army colleague and the experience was night and day from the very beginning. They explained everything in a way I could understand, went out the following day and completed the diagnosis for free and sent pictures along with a phone call explaining the situation. Immediately got me scheduled and completed the work within a weeks time. The best part is they were 4K less than the other company who made it sound like they were doing me a favor. Do yourself a favor and call these guys, as a Fayetteville native myself I will recommend them to everyone I know. They took care of this Soldier and saved me some serious money in the process. I had a great experience with this company today! My heat went out in the middle of the night and my friend recommended Honest Air so I called them first thing in the morning. My call went to voicemail and I just hung up and planned to call back after I got a cup of coffee. I mean it was right at 8am, so I figured they were still turning the lights on and stuff. They called ME back right away and were able to schedule me for this morning. They promised to call me when they were on the way and they followed through, which I have noticed is a problem with a lot of businesses these days. I rely on that phone call to let me know when to put my cats safely away in the bedroom. They showed up minutes after the call and went to work right away.I felt totally at ease with the technicians. They were friendly and professional and once they sorted out the problem, they explained it to me in great detail. They went above and beyond here, explaining why the furnace clogged and how I would know if it happens again by keeping an eye on the secondary drain. Not only did they unclog it, but they fixed the orientation of the drain so this shouldnt happen again. They also let me know I actually have a very good unit and its still under manufacturers warranty for 2 more years. My invoice has all of the explicit details of the work they did so when I look back on it, I wont be confused at all.I cant recommend these guys enough. Im confident in the work they did and I feel like their price was very fair. Everyone I spoke to was polite and respectful.

I had a cage over the top of my unit so they helped me lift it off, tested and corrected my system and then taught me how to reset it myself. I called and spoke with Erin and was scheduled for an appointment for the same day. The technician, Nick, arrived within the time frame I was quoted and was pleasant to interact with. As it turns out, my issue was a relatively minor one that took no more than 20 minutes to resolve. I am pleased with the service I was provided with, wish I would have called them first!

My a.c unit went out on Monday. The landlords called on Tuesday but I was busy. Wednesday, Honest Air sent John to look at my unit. I had a window of 10-12. John wa here shortly after 10. He had to replace a part, which unlike other companies, he had on hand. And, to make sure the unit was in great condition, considering it is 19 yrs. old, he did a thorough cleaning of the coils. My unit is now kicking out some cold air. They are timely, professional, caring and considerate. Its so nice to see a company truly care about their customers and not rush their job. I would highly recommend these guys. Being reliable and professional is hard to find. But these guys are amazing!!

There are few companies that deserve more than five stars, and this is definitely one of those companies! We had a different AC company come out and tell us that our unit was going to need to be entirely replaced(our unit is only 8 years old)....so thousands and thousands of dollars. However, Honest Air disagreed and I say again that saved us THOUSANDS of dollars, we just needed a few things replaced. They are probably the friendliest company and very accommodating and as other people have mentioned, they keep you updated on everything they are doing, so you know exactly what is going on. Such a great experience with this company! The man who serviced our heat was on time and and very kind while he was here. He even took the extra step to explain to me what happened to my unit and what he was going to do to fix it. I would recommend this company to anyone! Honest Air was dispatched to our rental home today (3/5/19) by our property management company to fix a furnace that wasn’t functioning. After another company tried to diagnose the issue unsuccessfully, Honest Air provided same-day service and promptly fixed the problem! Both technicians were exceedingly professional and polite, and were likewise kind enough to take the time to explain precisely what had caused the issue. We cannot recommend this company and their work highly enough - reliable, friendly, and very obviously knowledgeable and skilled in their trade!

👌👌 Honest Heating and Air Fayetteville NC is a very professional and easy to work with HVAC company. I had my AC maintenance routine a few days ago. Mike was my technician that was sent out. He was very polite and professional and really went above and beyond for us. He went through all the details and made a few suggestions to improve the air quality in my house. He also found a wire that needed to be re-attached, it broke over the winter.

This company is amazing! They responded quickly to our AC problem. The gentleman was actually able to do a temporary fix on our unit until the new blower came in. Once the blower came in they were actually able to come out 2 hours earlier than originally scheduled which was perfect. Hands down I would highly recommend this company.

I utilized another local company to look at my A/C unit and they told me that the compressor was broken. That company quoted me an extremely high amount for the repairs so I contact Honest Air to come out to give it a second look and a quote on the compressor. Well, luckily they live up to their name and was completely honest with me that I only needed my unit cleaned and my air filter in my house just needed replaced. John with Honest Air just visited the home Im renting and did a thorough examination of the AC units. He educated us on how the AC unit works, showed pictures of the AC unit problem areas and explained how the leaks he found were negatively impacting the AC units.
