Its always minimum 5 hours for delivery. I delivered here like 20 times and its never less than 5 hours to get empty. ZERO STARS

Check in by door one. No restroom but they have porta john. No overnight parking. I would not come early.

Waiting 2 hrs in a door waiting to start to get unloaded. I went in to check and only seen about 4 workers loading/unloading with about 12 trucks backed into doors.They do appear to be overwhelmed.The receiving clerk seams to be nice and polite.

6 hours to unload my trailer. Unprofessional, lazy stuff.

Had to stand around nearly 10 minutes before someone came up to endure to check in. Then was asked what door i was in, told them i wasnt given one yet. Told to pick any ftom 35 to 50 them come back in to check in wasting all that time, especially since another truck that knew the routine grabbed the last open dock so ihad to wait another 15 minutes to get in one. Total time to load was just over 2 hours.

Fast, load was ready when they said.

This is probably the most disorganized place I’ve been to in my 10 years driving a truck

As always, quite a nightmare to make my delivery.

By appt only, you can check 30 min before. Dont forget to get a truck and trailer plates. Restroom outside in plastic cages. Overnight parking for a couple of trucks on the side. Unloading time 4 hours

Yes good place.good peoples.

30-45 minutes per person to check in.They are still in 1932.Outsite,more than 15 trucks,coming from everywhere.No signs where the line start.People are left to fight eachother to get a door.0 organization.Last week I pick up a load from here,first back in then go to check in.They scream at me why I parked first.This week I came again,went to check in first,I was waiting outsite more than 1 hr to get in the office at 96°,when I enter the office,they told me : Hey,you need to find a door first.Hope this warehouse will close soon,so their fired employees will have to do some shi__ier job.

They said we were loaded pull away went to close doors and nothing there 🙄 other than that they fixed it friendly people

Slow, they expect you to sit in their fenced in cage on a hard aluminum bench as you wait hours to get loaded. We better ban together and fight for rights as Truckers. They only provide a port a potty for out front for a restroom. Unacceptable...

Im a CHR core carrier and everyone here is cool but have waited here in excess of 5 hours before and truth be told, dont care to come here ( early Sat not horrible ) . Its the Chicago consolidation and distribution center so its always busy and you rarely come out fast. Just prepare yourself for a wait and if you get lucky and get out quickly, than youve won the day.

Very slow,we got here at 3:15 they told us to wait until 4 for the shift to change, then at 4pm we went back to check in they told us we need to wait for the door to get available and there is like 10 more trucks waiting for the door as well. Don’t come here,they are slow and rude!

I’m standing in the dock for 4 hours, they didn’t even start shipping.

If you drive for CH Robinson, its great. Can park overnight if you stay out of the way.

We come here every week mostly to get a load. Even if we come earlier, on time, or late, they take forever to load. I have called the warehouse many times to be told to come and they will take care of us, but the people at work when we get there tells a totally different story. Expect to spend the entire night docked, as they will take all that time to load, and you will only get the paperwork and loading completed in the morning for an appointment that was on the previous evening. We order Uber Eats when we come here. They give us excuses and lies, the people who work at the warehouse, I mean. Drivers, be aware, this is for your attention!

22 Pallets, unloaded and ready to get out in 35 mins. There is a restroom if you ask. Plenty of space to park and wait.

Arrived a 3pm after waiting 2 hours they told me my load was barely getting picked and to find a dock. By the time I come out to look there is 10 trucks waiting on 5 docks, all arrived around same time.Would rate 0 if I could

This place is an absolute joke. Spent 11 hours on a Friday night one time. No public restroom, means Im going to take a S**t on your lot. Have fun to all you super truckers.

It a ok place for delivery. It opens at 6am not 24/7. Make sure you show up early because it gets busy People in the office are nice and get you in and out fast. The place is always full of rude foreign drivers that are here for the delivery. I am a foreigner myself but I can’t stand these guys.

I havent been here over a year i was expecting they were better now but there the same slow very slow if you get unloaded fast or loaded you will be very lucky i been here 4 hours and still waiting. i arrived on time

Staff is friendly. Service is a joke. Arrive 730P for 8P appt. Got my paperwork at 230A. They didnt start loading me until after 1130P.Why have an appt time?

This place is worse place to pick up load it take list 5 hour!!!!

I would give it no stars if possible. Long waits. Long check in. As stated dont come on Fridays. No restrooms. Dont come early. 3hrs after appointment and still not in a door.

This is our 2nd time here and again we are unloaded within an hour. People working here are fine! We did tell them about all of the bad reviews and they said Whatever you do, dont come on Fridays! You will wait forever!

We had a 1400 appt, arrived at 1349, it took 40 mins just to check in due to the long lines! At 1700 I pulled my driver, the load wasnt even staged yet and it would have been another 4 hours or so! I do not advise going here unless you need a 10 hr break..LOL

I got loaded fast here, that is why I give 2 stars.If you are picking up from here to Rite Aid, make sure they have apointment for you, I hade apointment writen on my confirmation and my BOL but it did not exist in rite aids facility so i had to come and find out that I have to sceadule apointment and that I will have to wait at least a day...call rite aid to confirm apointment.

They dont have bathrooms for the drivers I had a bad experience in this place

Very busy company ! No public restrooms! Crazy long time to wait for door to be assigned! No worth the money and time to deliver/pickup to and from their warehouse! It is better to take something else. The staff realy works hard, but there is no enaugh people to do the job! Horible experience! (And it was Friday afternoon, yes! And they try to let you late while on the lane, so you probably not have detention paid!). One more big BS company!

Incredible how they dont have trucks to unload, there is 10 doors open and they dont want to check you in untill 30 mnts before your appt.. but if you come 5 mnts late they will take at least 4hrs to unload 7 skids... if you can avoid this place, do it.. you wont loose too much...
