I was referred to nails now by the wife of my husbands coworker. I am from California and we have very fancy nails there. I moved to oregon Oct 2020 and had yet to find a good nail tech. I finally got in at nails now with Twee and I will never go elsewhere. She took her time, carried conversation, very funny and the best is, they speak English entire time, while you are in their salon. Very friendly people. You will not be disappointed no matter who does your nails at nails now. I am 5 weeks in and still holding strong, no lifts at all.

Went here with my step daughter for the first time. We scheduled an appointment for the both of us to get full set acrylics. The salon is clean with a fresh updated look, newer furniture and decor. The techs did a very nice job and also worked quickly. I was suprised at how fast they got done with the level of quality work they did. Excellent!! Our nails looked STUNNING! Only 2 critiques, when we arrived for our appointment they had me wait while they were finishing up someone else. I would have liked to be able to go in together at the same time. Hopefully that wont be a regular thing for our back fills. I dont think it will be though. The vibe was great! 😁😁 the other critique is that they didnt get all of the original nail polish off around the cuticles of the original polish so the new finished light pink look did have minor purple cuticle edges that would have looked better if it were completely clean and perfect. We will absolutely be coming back here regularly. 🙌

Kind nail techs who love their job and take time to given you beautiful results! My tech made sure none of the acrylic was on my skin around or under the nail. They were all sweet and funny ❤️ definitely going to keep coming back! Only took an hour

I am a caregiver at the moment. Ive been experiencing a tough time with one of my clients and I did not have a cell phone to contact someone to cancel my appointment I was treated unprofessionally I was overcharged for a terrible set of nails. They were supposed to be repaired and they were not. $70 for a set of nails that fall off immediately is unacceptable and I would not recommend this place to anyone

Fast, efficient and nice. Lisa took time with my nails and made sure they looked great! She fixed a few that were done poorly at another salon as well. A little more expensive than most but worth it.

I am a regular customer for years with the previous owner, and today was not the first time I have experienced rude customer service from a lady she works there and her name is Tweet . I had my nails done and I was not happy with the outcome, after asking if they could change the color, Tweet was working with other customer she laughed at me and made a very rude comment she made me feel unwanted than both her and her customer started to laugh looking at me.When I said something to her she basically told me you are not my customer, I told her you should be more tactful and more professional, because that is business and you should be careful with your actions with the customers no matter if they are your customers or not.I have been to many Nail places in Salem and have never received such rude customer service. Its too bad because there are other workers that do great work there, unfortunately she made that business look bad and very unprofessional. I will not be returning.

Just went there today for the 1st time with 2 of my friends and I was pleased with the service! So friendly and welcoming. Loved that they listened to what we wanted and executed it well. I dont leave huge tips but I had to because I had a great time there!

Good service, had a guy there do my nails and he did a great job. They even provide you with your own nail filer. Clean place too.

Nails now and walk ins welcome is laughable and false. I came in and asked if they could do a full set and pedi and they said not till 4. I stepped outside to make a call and see if I was good to wait till then with family walked back in less than five mins she says rudely 4 is taken now we have nothing for 3 days. Was rude and acted like she didnt want my business. Im new in town and i was not impressed by thier attitude. Too bad because i spend a lot and tip well. I went down the street and got service within 30 mins by more friendly people.

I was a walk in pedicure, and it was the worst service I have ever received. There was 1 other customer who walked in at the same time as me, receiving a pedicure who receives a great pedicure, as I sat and soaked for 25 min, then a lady came and scrubbed my feet and pained nails and I was sat at the dryer. I had to ask her to fix the paint that was on my skin. The other girl and I finished at the same time, even though I sat there for 25 min before being touched, and she was getting a great pedicure the whole time. We both paid the same amount at the end!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE & AMAZING WORK.

I went in for a solar pink and white fill. I received a back fill only. Once she was finished she asked if she could paint them because they didnt have the powder I wanted. I was not happy but since I was essentially told I had no choice I let her paint them. It looked like I gave my self a French manicure with whiteout. The Polish was anything but smooth. Lines were going every where. I was obviously not happy. She offered to fix them and I said just to let me pay. she charged me for the pink and white fill even though she only did the pink portion. I paid and stepped outside to calm down. I went back in and asked to be reimbursed the difference. She started to yell at me saying I just want everything for free.That I was taking advantage of a sick older lady. she told me to just take all of her money from her since I just dont want to pay for anything. It was the worst experience Ive ever had. I wish I could post the pictures of what I left with my nails looking like. I will never ever go there again.

Wasnt happy at all.... The first 15 mins they played ring around the chairs and it took then 2 1/2 hours to do a French tip acrylic full set and they still messed it up, my thumb nail is chipped and then they got a attitude when I asked them to get rid of the access stuff under my nail. Definitely wont come back.
