I booked an Appointment online for the same day. It was my 1st time getting waxed So I was a bit nervous. Jay was the technician who helped me today. I couldnt have asked for a better person. She was very kind and she knew what she was doing. The place was immaculate. The service was superb. Absolutely this is my go to place now😁

It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax so I was very nervous. Upon arriving the whole staff was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions. My waxer Kailah was so sweet and nice. I love the way she was talking to me the whole time it helped to distract me. I must say that I thought it would be painful but it really wasn’t that bad I’ll definitely be going back

Their professionalism was absolutely fantastic they took what could easily be considered an embarrassing experience and turned it into something fantastic they were kind and courteous and very informative on everything I cant recommend them enough

I was a first time customer and took a chance to see if I could get my eyebrows done as a walk in. I was greeted by Fran and she was able to take me right away. The salon was very clean, white and bright! Fran was very professional and took time to consult with me as to what I wanted the end result to look like.I left it mostly up to her professional opinion as to what would look best on me and she did not disappoint. My Brows look better than I could have hoped for and I have not had any irritation to my sensitive skin whatsoever. Overall positive experience, will definitely be back and refer my friends!

Everyone there is super nice, great customer service. All of the people welcomed me in my first time going and all had a smile on their face. Toni did my eyebrows perfectly, I was very satisfied. She also was so approachable with how greeting she is and gets to know her clients. She made sure I was satisfied with the look of them and told me at purchase because it was my first time that my second time would be free if I made an appointment. Today was my second time and it was free. Again very satisfied, she did a wonderful job and I found my new eyebrow place!

I was so afraid that my Brazilian would hurt and it did for a split second because Kaitlyn was done in 10 minutes literally. She did such a phenomenal job, Im definitely coming back. My mom had her Brazilian done by Rikki and we are very satisfied with our service. The wax was very warm and pleasant and I prefer the strips they use more than hard wax that other salons use.

Love this place! Amy did my full legs and tight bikini. She was very pleasant and efficient with my service. While I was there I added on brows and chin. Unfortunately Amy could not fit me in but she did get me in with Danielle and she was just as pleasant and efficient. They both explained each process of my waxing and told me what to do and don’t after my waxing.I left there not feeling sticky at all!

I have been there about four times and I’ve always had a great experience. They always make sure you’re comfortable from the time you walk in. They greet me, and offer water. I’ve never had to wait I normally go straight back. I’ve been to Kaitlin three times, and to Karma once. They are both very friendly, they make sure you’re comfortable and they get you in and out. I highly recommend lunch box wax.

This was my first ever wax, and I had the best possible experience. Walked in, the receptionist offered water and was so kind. Rikki who did my brazilian was awesome, she walked me through everything and honestly made it comfortable for my first time. Definitely making sure I go back to her every time. Recommend this for sure! Obviously I’ve never been waxed down there before but from stories from all my friends, I had the ideal experience, didn’t even hurt as bad as I thought it would!

Great experience today! I go between the Concord and Dublin locations and I was so surprised and happy that I didn’t have to wait 5+ minutes for someone to notice that I’ve walked in the door. I’m usually greeted more quickly at the Concord location, which makes such a difference as that’s my first impression when I walk in. Amy was amazing as well! She’s so kind and friendly and did an astounding job on my wax today. She’s super thorough which I appreciate because I usually end up tweezing a little after waxes, but didn’t feel the need to this time. Thank you!

I’ve been going to Lunchbox Wax-Concord for about 7-8 months and the experience has been 10 each time. Rachel is my waxologist and I wouldn’t trade her for the world! Definitely my highest recommendation for all to experience.

New impressive wax spot! Been here since March, The ladies are absolutely friendly and professional they make the waxing process pleasant, as painless as possible and fast! The place is very clean and smells absolutely amazing its so calming there! Katie is my girl and she is great! Iv also gotten waxed by Yesenia who is just as good! I used to do the sugaring on my brazilian but found this as its more local I don’t regret it I come once or twice a month just to keep up!

I had my last visit today. The associate who took care of me informed me that i had one left from the series that i bought from the last time but i was surprised when i was charged $60. If i knew I didn’t have any left i should have not gone through with it. She didn’t offer it to me the last time so my question is did i have any left or not. Otherwise, the service is good.

The moment I step in the clean scent mesmerizes my senses and allows me to relax. Great prices. Best of all, my skin is looking and feeling smooth all month long. I am now waxing legs, arms and face. Didnt know what to expect from my waxologist, but Carma was amazing at her job. She explained how and why they do things, why you may have certain experiences after, and best after care how to. Super knowledgeable and made the whole experience as relaxed as possible. Definitely a skin specialist.
