Called and scheduled two pedicures for my daughter and I as well as a polish for my daughters nails, I specifically said I wanted two full pedicures. Arrived 5 minutes prior to our appointment and checked in, wasn’t taken back for our services until 25 minutes later, one of the ladies quickly and I mean quickly (10 minutes tops) polished my daughters toenails and fingernails while my feet sat and soaked in slightly warmed water. My daughters nails were done and my pedicure finally began, my daughter was disappointed to not receive the pedicure I scheduled, I guess I don’t need to mention how upset I was at this as well. VERY disappointed. I don’t usually write reviews, poor reviews for that matter but I was not at all happy with what happened here. My daughter (7) also requested a small daisy on her fingernail and what she got looks like a child did it. Needless to say we will not be back. I brought up the fact that my daughter was to have a pedicure when we were leaving and I felt the way it was dealt with was rude especially for the fact that I called a week prior and scheduled our appointments over the phone. I paid $33 for a mediocre pedicure and for my daughter to get her nails polished was $20 which I could have done a better job at home.

Got me in at 6pm, said a coworker left so I started at 6:30, and left at 7:30. They stayed late and that is so nice! Super quick and friendly, I love this simple nail set! Will definitely go back.

I’m always happy when Annie does my nails. She’s nice, professional, always aiming to make me happy. They look perfectly beautiful when I’m walking out of the salon. I’ve never had any complaints. I’ve been to sever salons in Salem, I feel they’re the best in town.

This place is a BIG waste of time and money!!!! Not only did we book our appointment!!! But they rushed to get everyone in and out, this being our first time trying them out and saw good reviews… NOPE don’t be fooled!!!!! The owner should not be happy to see this is her work! This is really poor quality I would be embarrassed to be the owner and be okay to let clients leave the salon like this!!!! Don’t go to this salon they are terrible doing nails!

Everyone here was so nice. We showed up at another salon in town to get our nails done for my daughters wedding. I wont mention them but they were really rude we had a bad vibe there and decided not to go. With the wedding being the next day, we needed our mani/pedis....I had heard about the shop and gave them a call and they squeezed us in.I havent had nails for a long time I got the dip version of extensions. Im not super loving the square filing which I did ask for, so I think Ill go back and get them reshaped :-)

I went in with high hopes as I had heard good things. I think I must have gotten someone who was new or something because it was not a pleasant experience. She was short and rude with me when I just wanted to have a conversation about what would be the best fit for me as far as shape, color, and style. She wanted me to already know exactly what I wanted and wasnt interested in helping me choose. She didnt say a single word to me the entire time and ended up slicing my finger open. Then there was a miscommunication and I got a pedicure I didnt ask for (then of course, had to pay for). Overall I will never be back although my nails do look good. It was not a fun experience.

Nice staff, clean environment, amazing shape, except they out my nail on crooked an wouldnt fix it!!!!

They lost my appointment and had me come back 30 minutes later. No lower leg massage. Shoddy polish job. Didnt tell me when I was done. Didnt assist getting shoes back on to avoid messing up the nails. Didnt put my kit back together either. No apologies. I paid full price and tipped because we are in this situation together... but I wont go back.

So honestly I love the people who work here! I always feel welcomed and it’s super nice. Lots of color choices and I always like my set. My only issue this time is that I WAS going to get nail art but heard it would be $70 and didn’t get it. However I ended up being charged $70 anyway? Nothing super special about them. I do like the set and again I loved the girl who did them, I just don’t think they’re worth $70 when I didn’t get anything special. Will return as always but a little upset by this.

Its been really frustrating watching the decline if this business. I first started using this salon when I moved to Salem and was looking for a new nail stylist. Got Nails had just taken over the building and had only 2 manicure tables and 1 pedi chair. Annie and Gina were so good didnt mind the drive across town. I stayed with them as they grew and added more tables, chairs, services and decor. I stayed with them even as they used my loyalty to their advantage, calling me almost every single appointment to ask me to shift my schedule. I stayed even when I walked out of there crying because they had rushed my app and I ended up with one of my worst sets to date. But today was the end. I had called due to every nail on one hand falling off and had to schedule a fill 2 weeks earlier than I should have. The lady on the phone admitted it was the salons fault as the glue was bad. I tried to explain this to the lady that actually did my nails but she refused to acknowledge my previous conversation I was charged. I understand that this is how you make a living but it was your fault and you admitted it... why am I still being charged?? I was willing to pay for the fill but i feel like I should not have had to pay extra for the new nails.I no longer recommend this nail salon to others as I feel they no longer respect the customers that supported them when they were nothing

I came to Got Nails for a fill after looking at reviews for other places. My technician was sweet and gentle. She nailed the art work I wanted which was amazing because the place I was going to before was always reluctant when I asked. Got Nails allowed my 8 year old to sit in the massage chair after she was done with her Nails to keep her occupied and for that alone gives them extra kudos! Thank you. I will be returning

I went here with a friend who has been going here for pedicures for years. We were both disappointed with the pedicure which started late and ended early. They do nothing for your feet. No callus removal, cuticle trim or treatment, the massage was about 30 seconds. Dismal service for the price. I almost canceled the next days manicure and I wish I had. The gel polish cracked and peeled in 2 days taking my natural nail with it. Now I have to cut and regrow my nails. Never again.

They are fast and do amazing work alot of new colors to choose from decent price as well

The women who work there are very nice and the place is clean. However, they left polish on the sides of my nails and did a poor job of filing my nails. I took 4 little girls with me get their toes painted. They painted flowers on their toes! No extra charge and extra special!

Staff and Service was great.. they are very popular due to their scheduled appts. and how busy they were. They were all very nice. And understood what each customer asked for.

Messaged two weeks before my appointment to make sure they could do the design I wanted which they said they said a someone could so scheduled appointment with that person. Arrived and was then told the lady I scheduled with only does nails not pedicures. They had me get pedicure with a guy who was nice but did a horrible job. My pedicure looks horrible and cost $63.00.

They do an excellent job, they even work on your ingrown toenails, you just need to make sure that you have patience to wait even if you scheduled an appointment

I really like going here. My nails usually always look amazing when I leave but it is so incredibly difficult for me to book appointments. I usually DM on Instagram because everytime I call the number provided, nobody answers. The only problem with communicating through Instagram is I’m usually not answered for a day or more at a time. Multiple times, I have asked to schedule an appointment in advanced and I amtold they have space and they ask me for a time. I usually give them the time and they don’t respond for a few days and when they do, I am told that they no longer have time. Nothing more. I love this salon but it is so incredibly frustrating trying to support a local business when they don’t seem interested in helping me book an appointment. I am writing this review after calling and being ignored (again)

Amazing service, friendly and top quality. My first time there and I LOVED it

I got my nails done here on Friday, it is now Sunday... 2 days later and I am missing rhinestones, 3 of the nails are crooked, and they already need a fill as they were not brought back far enough. I also have chunks of leftover acrylic underneath. Very poor quality for an expensive bill. It is really unfortunate my nails will look terrible for my upcoming wedding .

It was super expensive (but I don’t get my nails done often or ever). The people were nice enough but often seemed like they were doing two things at once (as managing a business calls for). They left little cuts in my nail bed that hurt really bad when they wiped it with disinfectant. But the stars are for the final produce not the experience (which wasn’t bad). Absolutely beautiful nail work and has held up 3-4 weeks in.

The first time I tried this place I had a great experience my nail tech did a fantastic job. However, I went in for a fill just 2 weeks later on 1/10/21 and it was much worse. I booked 2 appointments for myself and my sister-in-law. My sister was seated first with someone who started her nails then was placed with a different nail tech to finish her nails, they then sat me down 20 minutes after my appointment and same thing one person started my nails. When they finished with my sisters nails they then sent me with that same nail tech. Essentially even though we had booked our appointments they did not have 2 nail techs available for us at the time of our appointment but other people that came after us were seated right away with different nail techs. This all would have been okay but both mine and my sisters nails came out pretty bad. The edges by the cuticle look terrible and like something I could have done at home. Ive only had them for a week but it looks like its been 2-3 weeks. One nail even has the gel polish coming off. The nail tech that put the gel on was very distracted, answering the phones. I understand they are very busy but maybe they shouldnt book her as many appointments if she is attending others tasks.

The place appeared clean and all but they charged 45 dolalrs for gel that took 20minutes to do, and started peeling off my nails on day 5. Not worth it. There are better places for that price.

I absolutely love my new nails. In the time of COVID they are adhering to the new restrictions perfectly and upholding the cleaning and face mask policies perfectly. I asked the technician to follow a photo I brought in and to put her own twist on it and she totally delivered! I’ve absolutely found my new nail place and can’t wait to come back!

I really wanted to like this place. I got a full set and overall they looked good. I have gone a total of 3 times. However, every time I went in 2-3 cuticles would end up cut and bleeding. The last time I went in I asked for the set to be removed. She didn’t soak them at all. She used another fake nail to wedge under, and ripped them all off, painfully. Tearing some of my natural nails off to the quick, and ripping cuticles so deeply I was bleeding, and also in pain for days. I had her do a simple gel manicure as my last service, and the gel is lumpy and uneven. I saw the same tech every time. So I can’t speak about anyone other than the one I saw. I do not recommend this nail salon.

A little bit more on the pricey side but absolutely worth every penny of it for the positive experience. Upon walking in the salon it is very modern and also CLEAN. It doesn’t smell too strongly of chemicals as they have not jam packed absolutely as much equipment into the room as the square footage will possibly hold. The three nail techs I had interactions with were all so kind and none of them got frustrated when I changed my mind and decided to do something different (this has been a common problem with some past salons I have been to). Kim was very gentle and kept checking in to make sure I was satisfied with the way she was shaping them. I am impressed! The shape is the most clean, straight, and even I have ever had on my nails. I will be back for a fill when it’s time. Thank you so much Kim!!

I never wrote reviews but i thought this place deserved it. My nail tech was kim and she did an amazing job, very good technique used. she made sure every little thing was perfect. ive never been so satisfied w my nails, she did the shape perfect and made sure they wernt thick which a lot of places seem to have troubles with.

Overpriced (basic pedi with gel polish $53 - Solar full set with gel polish $68 - basic mani with gel polish $43), no wonder they dont post their prices online anywhere. There were four of us with appointments and still had to wait half an hour to be served. Very unorganized, others after us who also had appointments were also waiting to be served. Their work is OK, but definitely not worth what we paid. It would be nice if they had a combo pack for mani/pedi but they dont, everything is à la carte. My nails couldve been done better, they look like I already need a fill.

I didn’t have the worst experience here, but I really feel like it was not worth the money to get a basic pedicure. My nail was cut so short that it’s definitely a little sore. I started before a friend and we finished at the same time, felt very rushed. We also scheduled appointment, and ended up having to wait because it seemed as if they didn’t follow a schedule with walk ins. When I explained my toe hurt and they didn’t look even with the other toe, it was just a “sorry” as a response. More than likely would not come back here.

I brought my daughter in for her first full set for her Birthday. They were above and beyond nice and professional. They put a Birthday song on for her and made my daughter feel so special. I as well switched nail salons and have been coming here every since. I am PICKY as hell, and they make my nails perfect every time. I will refer this salem to everyone I know!!

On top of getting me in last minute for a late in the day full set and pedicure, Vivian who did my pedicure absolutely killed it and nailed it exactly how I wanted them, and then my nail tech who happened to be the owner Annie literally took the picture I gave her and replicated it with the minor changes I wanted to a T!!! This is literally the best full set of nails I have had done in Salem and Ive gotten my nails done many, many different places. The cost is definitely worth the quality and the service!!! 💅🙌

I have been coming to this nail salon for a little over 2 months and this is the only place I will go. Very respectful and AMAZING customer service. Got nails guaranteed all work they do for you. They are all VERY sanitary and make sure to give you what you want. I highly recommend got nails to any man or woman. The best decision I have ever done is come to got nails for my amazing nail and pedicure services.

They were very fast and not bad for fast pace, I had a broken nail but they took care of it and made sure I was pain free it took them 30 minutes to get them done

Im extremely disappointed! After reading such great reviews, I went in with high expectations but was ultimately let down :( The lady who did my nails was constantly answering her phone and booking other appointments WHILE DOING MY NAILS which was very rude in my opinion. I wouldve accepted it if she was professional about it and acknowledged it, and I understand that its a busy place, but she didnt even make an effort to make me feel welcomed! The service felt extremely rushed (which again, I understand that youre busy but WOW) she took about 10 seconds to apply acrylics to each nail and it came out so sloppy. She barely even tried to make conversation, and I dont think she smiled once. And to put the cherry on top, an acrylic broke in under 2 weeks.I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because Im giving the lady the benefit of the doubt by saying maybe she was having an off day (???) and I still tipped her of course because I work in the restaurant business, so I understand how it is to work for minimum wage. But if youre planning on coming here for a warm, personal, and humble experience... This is NOT the place for you!!!!!

Poor management, booked my appointment and when i went there she doubted me that i had an appointment. I waited for 1hr and i never get my manicure i left. Very bad experience.

Came in to get my nails removed as I only have them in the fall and winter. Was not treated as kindly and felt shamed when I chose regular polish over gel. I prefer to diy in the spring and summer with gardening and outdoor activities. Stellar service all of my other visits to this place. My last though, was very disappointing.

Nails are nice, but staff is rushed and rude

I was really excited to go try this nail salon due to the high reviews I read leading into the appointment. They are handling the COVID-19 mandates well. The 3 stars comes down to the nails themselves. I didnt ask for much, I wanted 2 colors (1 main color, and 2 accent nails), with a sparkly topcoat, and almond shaped. The color turned out fine, but the shape of some of these nails is atrocious. The nail tech didnt even check to make sure both hands were matching in nail length and shape. My thumb nails are two different lengths and some of the other nails look lumpy on the sides, I.E. not almond shaped. Im not sure if it was because I was a new client or not. Maybe the nail tech was feeling rushed? Regardless when Im paying that amount to make sure my nails are done, the minimum I expect is the nail tech making sure the nails were all uniform. Probably wont return.

I love the lotions and products they use, they have different scents to choose from for your lotion, my personal favorite was the coconut scent! The color on my nails is beautifully done so was the flowers she put on top. I will definitely be coming again. I Got Nails!

I did have to wait a little longer than I had hoped, but the experience was phenomenal! The nail tech I had was patient and listened to what I would like and made it happen. I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she pretty much hit the nail on the head. They are very attentive and nice and apologized multiple times for running behind, their waiting area is very stylish and the options they have for designs, styles, textures, so on and so forth is very up to date.

GREAT customer service! All the ladies there are so nice and funny. The salon is super neat and clean. This is my new favorite nail salon. The lady there knew exactly what I wanted and did such a great job on my nails. She also shaped them so perfectly. I love this nail salon. I just suggest serving wine and it will be the BEST salon in town!

I have been going to this establishment since they opened. I was impressed with the cleanliness and attention to the details since day 1. Since Covid they have taken cleanliness to all new levels. Pedi bowls have liners. Everyone has their own nail kits and they clean and sanitize as they go along through the day. Acrylic deciders and of course masks are a must.I am a regular now. I come religiously every two to three weeks. Even with my busy schedule there are times that I call at the last minute and Annie will stay late to make sure my fill and pedi is done. They are always accommodating and kind. They value you as a customer. To me this is invaluable as a service in a time where small businesses are struggling. This is not a place that will do the bare minimum. They are over the top and without a doubt one of the best in the Pacific Northwest. You guys are Rockstars and can work magic with nail art. We are from California and had been wanting to get our nails done before coming up on vacation but didn’t have time. We were unfamiliar with having to call places to make an appointment so after trying a few locations we began calling locations and continuously getting told no, but with limited choices still to go, we called Got Nails! And received the nicest person on the phone and told us to be there in 20 minutes and they would take care of us. They went above and beyond and we had the best time and experience! Highly recommend! Amazing customer service and amazing experience.

THIS PLACE IS MY FAVORITE. I always go here and Annie is amazing. I was just here today and got a pedicure. Love the pedicures here and just the customer service. When I was here there was a customer that said he owned some sort of business and was micromanaging everyone and was so rude to the staff and the owner was so professional... I’m so impressed.
