Kelly and the crew at Envy nails and spa are fabulous! I followed Kelly from a salon 40 minutes away from my house and would make the trip every 2-3 weeks to see her to do my nails. She is extremely thorough and personable. And puts up with my pickiness. (Which is a plus all by itself) I am moving out of New England after her being my “nail girl” for 6 years and I am so sad to have to find a new professional. The salon is beautiful, clean and always relaxing and quiet although busy because of how great they are!!! Appointments definitely recommended and generally run on time! Thank you for the great 6 years!!!!

Update to my last review. After posting my review the owner Kelly called me personally to say how sorry she was for the confusion the day that I came into for my manicure. I was so surprised and impressed by her call. I think that shows such professionalism. I will definitely give them another try. Thank you for the call and the explanation.

I dont usually do reviews and I have to say this place is immaculate. But, I made an appointment for 11 am and specified over the phone what I wanted, which was a dip french manicure. I arrived 10:55 and was told to pick a color, I said I want a french. The woman in charge said oh you want french she cant do french you will have to wait. Two other woman walked in at 11:10 and where seated and one was having a french dip done. I asked, if you cant do it or are over booked I can go somewhere else. I was told no we can do it. When I did sit down at 11:15 they pushed me to have tips put on. I didnt want tips, they kept pushing...they finally started my nails without tips but kept saying your nails are too short you need to keep them long, on and on. I made the appointment a few days in advance. First and last visit

Super unimpressed across the board. Unprofessional when greeting, unprofessional during service. I don’t mind a service that I don’t get spoken to by the technician and I don’t mind when they chat with each other during the service, but they were all SO loud. Basically yelling at each other across the salon. Additionally if a nail technician isn’t confident in a design that your showing them, they shouldn’t say they can do it. Also, discuss with a client beforehand if the price of something is okay.

I went here with my friend to get gel nails to match our halloween costume, i got red and she got white and they were very nice and didn’t hurt me at all! at the end they also took a very nice picture of our hands in-front of a nice plant and it came out pretty good. they are very clean here, highly recommend this place!!!

I absolutely love this place been coming for a few months with my twin sister and our daughters. Donna Kelly and Nancy really make you feel like your home like part of the family. I highly recommend this place to many and will always pick here before anywhere else.

I’ve been coming here a few months now my twin sister myself my daughter and my niece all go here. The girls are so friendly and sweet you feel like a family catching up while getting nails done. Highly recommend them!! ❤️

I went after my daughters had gone. Best service ever. I was there for 2 hours. I work in a major grocery store and with the current situation was not able to go for 5 months my feet were thrown back in the stone age. When I left they not only looked great but I was able to walk more comfortably. My nails look superb too. Thank you for wonderful treatment. I will be back in a couple of weeks.

My favorite place to get my nails done. They do a fantastic job everything and always willing to go the extra mile.
