Would rate it a zero. I got an ombre and she went out to smoke in the middle. She did not tone my hair after she bleached it. I was hot happy with the orangish color so I texted her and she said I had to pay more for the tone? She didnt seem to care if I was happy with my hair or not. I dont recommend going here.
