I stopped by intending to buy alot of stuff to detail my car. I arrived when they said it would be open and hung around for almost 20-30 minutes and no one was there to open up the store at the time they have listed online. I ended up going a few doors down and buying from the other car detailing store.

Very excited this store opened up in the area! Went in there just to look around and see what options they have and wow, they have a ton of options. Chris was extremely helpful with not only answering all of my questions but also showing me results from using the products he talked about and recommended.I picked up a few brushes and products we talked about and will definitely need to go back to pick up some other items I wasnt able to purchase this visit.( I know the photos I posted arent that great. Ill take some better pictures and add them the next time I go)

Shelves were empty, noone was wearing mask as required by county mandate. I will shop online from now on

The employees are great. Just a little disappointed that the store always has a low stock. It says its open at 10am. But they usually dont open till 12 if your lucky. Its 12:20 and still not open . . . . I hate to give this review but, its hard to give it 5 stars..

I want to rate this place more stars but it’s been two days now and they are closed for some reason but you go and check the website and this is now open and they close at 6 and it’s 2:20 and for some reason the doors are still close and they’re never fully stocked up on products I always have to buy some things online which I hate doing because now I have to pay for shipping and handling but great customer service I love the people who work there they just got fixed those little details stock up on products and be open when it says they are on Google

Employee or owner running an hour late to open, I called the store the employee or owner said theyd be there in 10 min but after 30 min of waiting no show shame ill be taking my business elsewhere

For those who wash their own cars this is the place to be !! They have everything you need buckets, soap,brushes etc.

Walked in this morning, employees werent wearing masks, walked out.

They had the exact products that I was looking for. 5/5

Always great dealing with san jose

Great first experience. Owner was very knowledgeable about the different products that he had displayed. Was also helpful in explaining the different types of products within each category. Products range from different cleaning solutions for each surface type to different types of microfiber towels.

If you have leather in your car pickup a leather kit . Chemical guys product never disappoints. Great customer service...

Decent selection of high end supplies in a nice environment. Staff were helpful and polite. Got what I needed in a hurry.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, available to answer questions but they don’t hover unnecessarily. Will come again. The entrance is around back for whatever reason, but other than that, great little place.
