I have been getting my nails done here for years. I adore Dina and enjoy talking to her. She is the only person who shapes my nails perfectly and always listens about the color I want. The price is worth how long my manis and pedis stay intact. Everywhere else it is not worth the money.

I’ve been going for years. They’ll see customer no matter how busy, so the scheduled appointments end up having to wait. I got a very rushed, uneven, nail job. When I asked if they could fix some nails I was told I would have to pay more.Never coming back.

I have tried a few other shops and I always come to Ivys. I will not trust another shop with my nails.

Very horrible customer service, had an appointment and still waited 25 minutes, my mom was made fun of just because she didnt like the work of one of the ladies that sits right next to the desk, gel came off a couple days later, and once you ask to fix one thing they get offended and act really rude with you. Ladies please dont waste your time here because its not worth your hard earned money.

There is nothing better than getting your feet and nails done. Everyone is great and I have never had a bad experience with anyone there. I cant wait to get back in there. Covid-19 has done a number on my appearance.

Worst customer service. Grunts when I told her I didn’t want that color that she suggested. &if you have a child they will not give her the same attention that they do to an adult. My 7 year old daughter didn’t have the customer service that she deserved.

I had both a mani and pedi and FYI, their prices are comparable to other nail salons in the area. They really pay attention to detail and make sure youre pleased as they go through the process. Ill definitely return. And yes, they take walk-ins.

I walked into Ivy Nails excited to have my nails done for the first tine in years. I was sat at a table and my manicurist got right to work. She handed me the color options without even asking me what I was looking for in my service. She just assumed. She was clearly in a hurry because she paid zero attention to what she was doing. I was not asked how short or shape of nail I wanted. They are uneven and crooked. She cut my finger 3 times making me bleed. Immediately she applied nail glue TO MY SKIN without my permission. My blood got on the glue applicator and was not cleaned off. My manicure today was my absolute worst experience at a nail salon. Will not be back. They credited me my money but it’s a waste of $30 dollars at this point.

Best ladies ever!

Ivy was recommended to me by a friend who also has several friends that go out of their way to have their nails done here. They typically have gels or fake nails. I was taking my daughter who had a very specific idea of something she wanted for prom. After she was seated and the process started we were told no time for the flower she wanted on each accent nail. That Im sure was due to the fact that despite having an appointment, we were sharing our slot with a mother/daughter pair getting pedicures. She started us 10 minutes late and kept leaving. I doubt the pedicures lived up to their expectations either and I saw them walking out after a period of inattention when they must have just decided they were done.If my daughter just wanted a manicure and quick coat of paint this would have been pretty decent. The design (flower) was a disappointing cluster of dots that felt like retribution for politely insisting we wanted her to take the time to do the design. If customer service and polite conversation are part of the experience you want, they sure fell short on this day.

I absolutely love it here, its been almost 7 years and I wouldnt change it for anything. They treat me with respect and like family.

They just lost a faithful client. After 2 days with acrylic 3 of my nails cracked and started lifting, I have never had this problem. So I called and I won’t say name, but she said she could fix it I went in on Monday and fixed only one nail. And she said the rest were good because she was really busy. 4 days later after she “fixed” it 3 of them broke and called her and told her what was going on. I asked if I could get a refund or half of what I paid she said “no no no” since the beginning they were horrible. She got mad and hung up on me. What kind of person does that. They prefer to loose clients than to work with them.

Overall nice experience. They had incense going which was calming. They just got brand new chairs - they massage nicely and can easily adjust the way you would like to sit. They have tiny side tables on the chairs and a cup holder. They also have 2 TVs on but no sound which I appreciate. I got a pedicure with shellac - the guy who did my nails did really well. I didn’t feel like he was super rushing or rough. The nail kit is about $3 if you don’t have your own and they give the supplies to you in a ziplock bag.It was $40 for the pedicure + kit. I tipped $6 because I really was relaxed and could close my eyes 😊 the actual nails look well done and what I was hoping for.The only thing I would say is to be aware they speak very little English. When I called it was a bit difficult to communicate and they want to hang up the phone super fast - I had to stop her twice to ask questions 😂 but she did answer them! When I came in at 9am there were several other people also getting 9am pedicures - but only two staff were there. I think it was busier than they expected but they sat me down since I scheduled and I wasn’t in a rush at all. I was there a full hour. I would like to say because of the language barrier make sure you know what you want and make sure your communication is clear. I feel like this is a place you could accidentally not schedule right or accidentally not have an understanding of what you want.Lastly, the only other thing that put me off a bit was that they were using soft soap to wash the feet? I felt like that was a bit cheap/odd. 😬 Hand soap on the feet.I would not do a walk in here. Please schedule ahead because that seems to be what they prefer. However, like i said. Don’t be afraid to make sure they understand you. & you understand them.However, I feel secure that these people are doing well at their jobs. This is all off of a first impression. Give it a try! I am pleased with the service 😊 I would come back again.

I will definitely be coming back! The lady that did my pedicure was amazing and took her time. I asked for a flower and she did an amazing job even added gems at no extra cost!!

This is great place for manicures,pedicures,artificial nails. Its a large salon with about 6 nail stations and same amount pedicure chairs with great massage. Employees are very friendly. Prices are good and they even have tvs to watch while getting your nails done. Its my favorite place in town to get my nails done.

Took my mom to get her nails done for Mothers Day hers turned out great, the lady took her time. I also got mine done, the lady who did mine was very sloppy quick and careless, one is crooked and another has something under the surface. She brought her kids to work they were slamming drawrs and hitting her and the other workers. Also she was trying to pressure me into choosing something that would have cost more than what I was willing to spend I would not recommend this place if your looking for a relaxing good quality salon

I called last min to get my nails done, and with no problems they worked me in. I sat in chair #2 and the nail Tech was AMAZING! She took her time there was no rush and they didnt make me feel pressure or uncomfortable. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted it with no instructions given. Its not thick, crooked or carelessly done. The customer service was amazing and Ive found my new favorite place to get my nails done in Salem. IVY NAILS IS THE BOMB!!

Ivy nails is just about the worst place I have ever been for one the lady claimed she didnt have enough change for what I gave her and walked off as if I was going to let her have the money. Also while in there the lady was quite rude when I mentioned her hair was in my nail she argued with me and tried to do solar nails without asking me just said they would be sparkly mind you there about 10-15$ more. Keep in mind I keep very good care of my nails and the very next day my index finger nail broke whilst opening my front door, I call to explain the situation hoping they would maybe fix there mistake but no she wanted me to pay for it and said I should take better care of my nails. Im just beyond pissed and will never return or send anyone there again

I made an appointment for a pedicure and eyebrow wax and they were able to fit in a fill and gel polish. Each service was done by a different person and they each did a great job!!

I have been a fan of this establishment in the past, and had decent experiences and lasting pedicures.I recently made an appointment for two pedicures for 5:00 on a Saturday. I called a few hours before to confirm the appt. which was communicated yes they were expecting us, and yes we would be there. We arrived 10 minutes prior. At 5:00 we were motioned to a couple of seats by an employee doing someones fingernails. We took our seats and waited a few moments for a stylist to come over to us. She proceeded to start my friends water soak and then started her pedicure. I sat with my feet dangling over a dry basin.At 5:10, a stylist across the way at a fingernail station yelled over be one minute. At 5:20 I asked my friends stylist if there was a way I could start my own water. Not even looking at me-she said her coworker would be over.I waited another 10 minutes for her to walk over. She barely spoke a word to me--asked me what color and if the water was okay-nothing else, but chatted to her coworkers behind her the whole rest of the time. She rushed along-and wasnt pleasant, same with my friends stylist. They both were rude, rushed and unprofessional.I can understand having an appt, and waiting 5,10 or 15 minutes. It has happened...Ivy Nails and other places.Im a pretty patient and understanding customer!Waiting a full half hour and be treated with rudeness and overall lack of care and concern for decent customer service-was just uncalled for.Never.Going.Back.Never.

Called ahead of time to schedule. When we arrived the woman I spoke to flat out called me a liar and said I didn’t schedule correctly and began yelling at us in front of the entire shop. They then began discussing the situation and were obviously upset about having to provide the service that we fully intended to pay for!Absolutely unacceptable to treat PAYING CUSTOMERS with such disrespect!We, understandably, did NOT want proceed with the service with reps that clearly lacked basic professional courtesy.Definitely do NOT go to this shop unless you enjoy being ridiculed and disrespected for requesting services they provide!!!I recommend that due to THEIR language barrier they take a second to LISTEN to customers instead of cutting them off as they are TRYING to help YOU understand what you clearly didn’t the first time around.

The pedicure was fabulous. The massage even better. Well be returning.

I asked for both feet and hands (nails) schleck and she only did my feet...and had to redo my big toe as it was a French manicure and she painted way too wide. Not a happy nice person afterwards and complained to others about me (in her language ofcourse)...will NOT GO BACK..NOW AT LANCASTER MALL IN ORDER TO FINISH JOB AND GET MY NAILS FRENCH MANICARED SCHLECK.

After witnessing two of the employees physically abusing their son while doing some lady’s nails I can definitely say I will NEVER be back here. The mom kept taking her son (maybe age 6 or 7?) into a back room and hitting him over and over and the boy was screaming crying. We could also hear things being thrown around the room. The Mom and Dad (both work here) were also hitting their son in front of everyone and he was sobbing. It was horrible to witness and I can’t believe that happened out in public while they are working. As a mandatory reporter I had to make a report to the child abuse hotline. This was definitely NOT how I imagined spending a relaxing day at a nail salon.

Very sad, I have been going to Ivy Nails since they opened! I tell everyone how great they are; I have sent many customers to them. My son bought me a gift certificate for Ivy Nails at Christmas; I had unexpected knee surgery and couldnt use it until today, so excited went with my $40 gift certificate of love from my boy in hand. They would NOT HONOR IT, because it was only good for 6 months.... I never checked it, usually always a gift certificate is good for a year. Stealing money in my mind. Very disappointed.
