Amazing staff will diffently go back

I booked double pedicures. My friend was attended to right away while I waited for 10 minutes soaking. Ok, I thought... Someone will come soon. My friends attendant was happy, verbal, and well qualified. My attendant finally came. I booked a deluxe $45 pedicure. My attendant never asked me anything... Just started working. No communication at all. I asked my friends attendant if my attendant knew what I had ordered... Pedicure with hot stones... He said yes, I told him. I asked for my nails to be shortened. Only the big toes were done a little. I asked that all nails be shortened. Never happened. Silver polish was applied and I was very, very disappointed. My attendant never came back to take the foam off between the toes or check if I was done. With tip..$50. never again. Never ever again.

I’ve been going here for two years doing dip. Never have been disappointed, always thoroughly impressed and more then satisfied! Wi is who I see but I’ve been to everyone and all are equally detailed and make sure your pleased. Highly recommend them 🥰

They did a decent job of painting the nails.. They didnt do the nail care the other places do like cutting the sides of the nail to prevent ingrown nails. They also didnt do much to work on calluses. Plus the massage kind of hurt. They also charged me 80 dollars for a kid pedi (five year old) and an adult pedi which is more than Ive ever paid for in my life. The lady drilled me on where I go to get my nails done and had a questioning tone when I told her where, as if I might be lying. They did an okay job but I wouldnt recommend it unless youre not bringing a child and have near to perfect feet to begin with. Fyi, my feet are not that bad and Im 30. Maybe my expectations were too high but Id only go there if all the good places were taken.

Best pedicure and manicure I have ever had.

They had me in quickly and were attentive to how I wanted my nail fill to have completed. Ive been coming here since they opened and like that they are on the scheduled time and let me relax while there.

Had such a great experience. I made an appointment for my daughter and I. They were so nice to her (she is 2) still a little to little but they were so nice. My nail technician had such great attention to detail. I loved it. Will be back again. The pedi was my favorite! The staff was professional and it was very relaxing.

I drive pretty far to get my nails done by these guys because they can do it all. Experts @ SNS. You can literally walk in with a pic off pinterest and them you want it and they will get it done.

Tis is my go to nail salon. The team here are all very attentive and friendly, and make you feel like a guest. I have had my nails done here many times by multiple people (dip nails), and have never been disappointed. They do offer walk-ins, but I would highly recommend making an appointment a day or 2 in advance for your preferred time as this is a popular place.

I’ve been going to Envy Nails for many years off and on whenever I got my itch to get my nails done, the place is always very clean, well put together and presentable. They have always done a fantastic job in the past but unfortunately this last experience left me extremely upset and frustrated, I should of left when the first issue presented itself, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I scheduled my appointment almost 2 1/2 weeks in advance as I am leaving town on vacation, I get there 15 minutes early and I was helped and told to pick out my nail color as usual, I have dip nails so I’m soaking, and long story short one of the guys was supposed to do my appointment that I showed up early for and decided to book another appointment over mine and do her nails first even though I had been sitting there for 10 min already waiting for someone to help me, extremely rude and unprofessional, she had scheduled her appointment that day, when mine was booked weeks in advance. I should of left then when I was being ignored. Then after sitting there for 25 MINUTES I was then helped by a lady very nice, one of my nails broke that day so it of course was going to be shortly than the rest, and she completely messed up on three of my nails and kept dipping and dipping till the point it looks like big ol gulps of polish thrown on my nails. I asked her three times to please fix it when then another nail tech had to come over and fix it, which it was yet to still be fixed. I felt extremely disrespected and in a hurry for me to get out as they were closing. Maybe next time you shouldn’t pass a costumer to three different nail techs and expect the natural same result. I won’t ever be returning to this place again after being treated that way, and then on top of it, for a hack job of my nails which they ruined, i wasn’t given a discount or even a apology, which I now have to go pay to get them redone somewhere else. Ridiculous. It took them almost to be exact 1 hour and 52 minutes to do my nails when the appointments normally only last 30-45 minutes tops keep in mind.

Be prepared to spend money, also they don’t so waxing.

I have been going here for years and have always had a good experience! I think almost everyone has done my nails at some point, but my most recent was done by Wi. A beautiful pink to black ombré that I just love. There are pretty good at getting me in last minute, especially in the earlier hours after they open.

I walked in right after work. What a great group they are. My nails were done nicely she took her time.

Everyone on staff is very good, and some are exceptional. Great service and wide selection of services/colors. And least an A every time.

Great customer service and lots to offer. This was my first time here after my local salon had to reschedule my appointment. Very nice pedicure with extra offerings if desired. I was talked into trying the powder nails due to my thinning nails. I am very happy with the results. Thick and beautiful colors but feels light as a feather. The owner care about your service and want to make sure you have a great experience. I am definitely a returning customer!

Walked in to get a pedicure. Lady was very rude told me they couldn’t do a pedicure. I can understand if they were super busy but they were not. She was very rude. I used to love coming here. This will be the last time I walk in there.

I was at Envy nails with my daughter a month ago. We made an appointment for two pedicures. I get my nails done on a regular basis in Portland, where I live. It was one of the worst experiences. The person doing my pedicure had her phone in her lap the entire time, during my service, constantly texting. I chose the deluxe pedicure from the menu. She didn’t do all the procedures described. She filed off the gel polish with a nail file, instead of soaking off the gel. That led to my nail beds looking and feeling rough for the new polish. She rushed the drying time, and literally stood over me the entire time while I paid for my service. It was unbelievable, to say the least. I couldn’t give even one star, as everything was so disappointing. I’m not one to write bad reviews, as I’m very understanding of peak periods (it was a Saturday) in a service oriented business. This went above and beyond the worst service I’ve experienced ever. The prices are also steep in comparison to most nail salons. Just a warning to go somewhere else.

The chairs were nice, the guy who did our pedicure was nice. He did, however, cut the corner of my toe next to the nail bed and it eventually became infected. Aside from that, he did a good job.Im not a regular, and this was the second time Ive ever had my nails done. There isnt a clear way to know how to navigate the store when walking in, and once you sit down, how to read the menu. I wasnt immediately helped when we walked in. We sort of wandered around before we were pointed to the chairs in the back.

1000 stars out of 5! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Wonderful and welcoming every time. I havent lived in west salem for 2 or so years, but i drive all the way from North Salem because nowhere else is really the same! Traffic always makes me a bit late, but they are always very understanding and are still able to fit me in. Vin and Wi are always the greatest, and I have personally recommended them to my friends, and also to complete strangers. Very convenient to get my oil changed next door, and to pop in for a pedicure! I will continue to travel long and far for them, and I will forever reccomend this place

I havent got my nails done in years! I went in to get a full set and i already had strong sort of long natural nails. When i got there she recommended the SNS nails (i think thats what there called) that i didnt have to ruin my natural nails! And i absolutely love them! My daughter is 8 and i took her to get hers painted as well and they were awesome with her wail i was getting mine done! They were just great all together! Definitely found my new nail place!

This is by far my favorite place to get pedis. They have a menu for their different options of pedis. A MENU! They are always polite and work hard at making sure you are enjoying yourself. Everything seems clean and well maintained. Highly recommend making appointments rather than a walk in.

We came in Christmas Eve, and they were already closing, but they stayed open to give my sister and I pedicures! They were extremely nice and polite and did a wonderful job! I will definitely come back here again!

I absolutely love this Nail Salon Yen, Wee and all of their staff are amazing. They do a fabulous job but on top of that the Salon is so clean and well taken care of. They take pride in their work and in their Salon.

Soooooo expensive! Paid $20 for my 3 yr old daughter’s nails, regular color wasn’t even shellac.

I love going here, and wish I could go more often! Everything is decently priced and the staff know exactly what they are doing. I always get the SNS, which runs about 50 plus tip. I don’t usually have any issues with breaking nails but when I do they always fit me in and fix it for free.

Fastest pedicure ever! I finished before 3 other people who had already started their pedicure. Nice foot and leg massage.

Not sure what the lady’s name was that did my nails, but she did not do a very good job. I asked for French tips, which I should have known not to get as it was my first time here and they’re kind of hard, but I thought she would be able to handle it. Both hands look completely uneven, one hand actually looks pretty good but the other hand’s white tips are sloppy and a lot longer than my other hand. She also did a messy job shaping them and left them uneven and the ends sharp. I kept asking her to change the shape and to fix the white parts but she kept saying it was just “my nails”. She was very nice, but I would not recommend going here to get your nails done. She also charged me $1 for not having my own nail set even though this was my first time here and I didn’t know.

Honestly the worst pedicure Ive ever had!! I took my daughter there for her birthday and her nails looked horrible. Super thick and fat on her hands. Never going back

The best salon Ive been to by far. Super clean and very friendly. They did an amazing job on my pedicure and very affordable.

The pedicure was nice. But the shellac manicure started peeling with in a week. Very disappointed. Will not be going back. I went with my MIL and SILs. All of our nails chipped and peeled with in a week of getting them. Not happy.

They do an OK job but never get their appointments right. Who has the time or patience to have their time blatantly disregarded? Not me!

I went to another salon in West Salem before this and was unhappy with how they turned out. I came here for a fill and the lady who did my nails was astounded at how uneven they were and their application. She fixed them and made them all the same length. Now this is the only place Ill get my nails done. Came here with my 4 year old niece for pedicures and they were so sweet to her. Couldnt recommend it more.

I should of been suspicious when they would only take cash and not allow me to use my credit card. I went in for a manicure for my grand-daughters wedding. The guy was nice at that time, but the next day the paint chipped off in large sections. So I went back in and this time he wasnt so nice - accused me of peeling it off. For golly sakes, Im 85 years old, I would hardly peel it off. He touched it up but within 2 days it came off. So I went back, asked for a refund and he flatly said no.Had I been able to use my credit card, I could of contested the charge..I guess thats why they are only a cash business.

First time going to Envy nails to get a mani/pedi picked the $50 dollar one and when going to pay she said $70! I didn’t even get fake nails or a pattern just black. Never going back to this place again. And still tipped🙄

Nails lasted less than a week, had to go back in and get one reattached after 5 days. They fell off typing in a keyboard and picking up books. It was rather ridiculous. The nail technicians sit and instead of engaging with their customers talk to the other employees in an Asian dialect. Sorry nope one of the worse experiences I have ever had. I will not be returning!

Attention to detail, clean, and lots of options. Ive done sns, gel, and regular mani/pedi. All are great and the staff are on point.

Vin is the only person that I will ever let touch my nails again. He is so gentle and a very nice funny guy.
