So frequently our garbage is not picked up until a day or two late. Currently our garbage from LAST week is still out and THIS week is now a day late. I called 2 times last week and sent an email message yesterday...still NOTHING. We are looking for another company. Do not recommend!

They FREQUENTLY do not come to collect trash. Their trucks apparently break down a lot.PRO: They are a small local company.CON: Their service stinks more than the trash they dont pick up.They failed to pick up again this week, it will likely be next week when its gone. And a week after that that we switch companies.Update: they did not pickup yet again. If they dont show tomorrow, Im done.

After using them for 10 years they began to go down hill, pickups a day late, 2 days late. November and December we were getting to be a week late and behind further. I decided to cancel service and move on in December. They did and said a check would be out for a refund as I had just paid for service a week prior. A couple weeks passes and no refund check. I called again and was told it would be processed and sent out. We are nearing the end of January and Ive called multiple times with no call back now and still no refund check. What a great way to run a business.

I just received a really nice voicemail from Aarrow giving us a heads up regarding their waste removal adjustments as it sounds like they have run into a hiccup during the pandemic. We received a previous voicemail recently as well when pickup schedules needed to be prioritized or adjusted. We really appreciate the outreach. I was new to this company. I was promised my trash totes to be here last week. Never came. I am getting run around about giving my money back. No response back from management They provided no services to me, only taking my money!

Aarrow disposal The audacity to send me a bill for services you have not rendered lmao priceless. I have had another company for month now. That was after a month of you not picking up trash!!! And due to not ANSWERING YOUR PHONE, BUT CLEARLY CAPABLE OF SENDING A BIll. Your problem!! I called over a dozen times for 2 weeks!!

After a few good years of few problems, the company stopped picking up trash, stopped answering the phone, and I was forced to switch to another service. Unless they vastly improve over the next few months, please choose any other local company if you’d like your garbage actually picked up.

I can’t believe this company is still in business. They have no problem taking customers money but haven’t picked up our trash in forever and do not answer calls. Prior to them just stopping picking up trash this month, our service the past year has been awful. Some weeks they come, some they don’t. The only constant is the mess they make by the curb.Greta Thunberg would burn her trash before using Aarow. Throw this company in the landfill where they belong.

Arrow sucks at what they are supposed to do in that Arrow does not pick up disposables (trash). . And then no one in the office will answer the phone when called . Not a positive way to run a business.

I have arrow disposal for many years . There are occasional hiccups in the time they pickup but they always work with me so I work with them . Remember folks your dealing with a local company not a corporation. I much rather help out a local small business that is not part of a larger corporation! Remember small businesses drive the United States!

They are constantly late for pickup. Last week the driver slowed down in front of our house, looked at our one trash can to pick up, and kept driving. He did the same thing at the next house. After 2 phone calls, I got a call back and a promise trash would be picked up the next day (despite the fact their driver marked us as picked up. It wasnt. Today I received a robocall they are a day behind, to leave the trash out another day. That leaves 14 days of trash sitting outside in 90° heat.

I usually am not one to leave reviews unless it is warranted but to save others the time & money I felt it be necessary. I would not recommend this company to others as there has been multiple occasions they don’t show up to pick up my trash, they are late or never come and getting a hold of the office is nearly impossible. Very unfortunate!

Numerous weeks missed throughout the quarter with no notice or reasoning. The office staff do not answer or return phone calls and give you little help when asking about when or why trash hasn’t been picked up. The best way to put it... their service and customer service is absolutely pathetic. Unless you like piles of trash sitting in your yard that you have to take out every week hoping to get picked up, only to have to take back because it’s missed, don’t use this company.

The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Will not answer phone but has no problem cashing checks. They missed the last 3 weeks pickups then called and said they were canceling service in my area on Sept 9th. Missed that pickup also. All I want is a refund. Any ideas on how to make deadbeats responsible?

Very very bad service I have called multiple times to find out why my rash hasnt been picked up and they keep telling me I will be called by a manager and I never receive a call. I will be taking this up with my lawyer due to me asking for my refund for the remaining 2 months I have paid for in advanced and still havent received my money.

By far the worst company I have ever had the bad fortune of hiring. Believe the reviews they are all real and NEVER become a customer.....They are a 5 star for taking your money but lie about everything else. I am a new customer and no can delivery and no trash pick up now for days....So I fired them, will never see my money unless we go to court. NEVER become a customer. Very sad and all you people that work there Id find a new job. This company is destined to fail and you will be left with garbage.

Never know when they are coming. I have gone 2 weeks without any pick up two or three times. No one ever answers the phone nor returns your calls. Garbage stinks and has maggots. Can is overflowing and I have no place to dispose of my current garbage.

Out of 52 weeks in a year, they probably pick up trash maybe 40 times a year. Poorly managed business.

Never on time, never know when they will get it. Had 3 months and were late if they showed up at all almost every week.

They stopped picking up trash, won’t come get their dumpster after months cooking in the hot summer heat. The only phone number they answer is the make a payment department. Resorting to taking legal action to get them to take their garbage off of my businesses premises.

Pick up hours are all over the place sometimes they pass my can by. And last time they came they took one of my trash cans!

So shocked to see the negative reviews. I have been with Aarrow for years and have never had any issues. Every time I call into the office I am greeted with welcoming customer service and I never have any issues with trash pick up or communication with the office. They have even called me s couple of times in the past when I had forgotten to pay my bill.

I called on Monday 1/8/18 between business hours no answer just a recording my trash has not been picked up for over a week . I cant even get through to anyone to get this problem resolved, not a happy customer, I gave your service from my experience one star.

Trash is left on curb for scheduled pickup every Monday morning, sometimes Aarrow Disposal does not pick up for two weeks. Poor service, along with a non- competent owner who is extremely hard to reason with.

The reviews you see here are 100% true. Do not use this company. They are horrible. This week they took the 3 bags on top of my can and left everything else. When I called their office, no one answered. And this is not the first time our garbage has been left and weve experienced horrible service. Theyre always quick to cash your check though. We will be switching to a new garbage company and I recommend everyone else who uses them does the same.

Trash to be picked up on Monday morning. Going on a Wednesday and my neighborhood’s trash is still out and not collected. We are changing companies for sure now.Update: Still having problems. Its been 3 weeks and I still havent had my trash picked up. I got ahold of them last week and they said it waa because of memorial day. Thats fine, but what about the weeks prior. They had no answer. She said they would be there on Saturday June 1st, guess what.....they didnt show. Ive left voicemails and i get no return. BBB needs to.be involved. DO NOT USE THEM

Service used to be great. Then in the past month they have been very slow to the point of you didnt know when they were coming, if at all. They dont answer the phone and there seems to be a problem with their email. They are either going out of business or trying real hard to do so. Switch to somebody else. We did.

The only good thing to say is atleast my garbage gets picked up. Calling to pay the bill is nearly impossible. Went to the office to pay and they refused to open the door, and insisted i needed to call. Prior to this I attenpted to call 3 times with no answer. Finally they picked up but only after they insisted I call. Dont bother leaving a message as they never call you back.

This is for my mom that this company screwed over she paid online thru her bank that does every month and they claim to not have got the payment so now she has to go thru another trash company to get it picked up she has been this company and was an awesome customer for over 10 years and this is how they trest their good customers no thanks hey aarow get better customer service!!!!!!

Awful Customer Service!!Our trash hasnt been picked up in weeks!We have called and called and called and called and left message after message with no reply. We also have not received a bill in a while. Im positive that the two are related but I cant get a hold of anyone to resolve the issue. I will be giving CSI my business from here on. I called them for a quote. It is guaranteed for 2 years and service will begin immediately. Not to mention the fact that they answer the damn phone every time I call!!

Not sure if I can give a lower star..this is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 58 years of living. Within the last 3 months they picked up our dumpster 3 times. Which is a weekly pick up. I call them ...I e-mail them and no response.
