The ladies in the office as well as the gentlemen working outside are professionals. Great people.

Other than the long line, staff is friendly and courteous, prices are still reasonable.Just wish they had a dedicated lane just for the recycling area.

Usually a good experience overall when I come by. Occasionally the line is crazy but staffs friendly and they keep the pit open, love that they usually have a broom out also, makes it easy to sweep out the truck and sourounding area of nails and other tire eaters

The woman who helped me set up my service over the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. It is awesome to talk to someone who accomplishes the thing you need help with as well as being very nice. I wish I remembered her name, but thank you to the kind lady that picked up the phone!

We have had a commercial account with Republic Services for almost 4 years. Due to a billing department error, our trash and recycling dumpsters (both equipped with locks) were removed recently. We waited 2 weeks for them to be replaced after speaking with customer service and addressing the error. The trash dumpster was replaced, without the lock I had previously paid for, and the recycling container was replaced with a much smaller unit, without a lock I had also previously paid for. When I called today to have the correct units brought back with locks, I sat on hold, then spoke with an agent before being placed back on hold for 55 minutes. After the hold, I was told that Republic Services no longer offers the 3 yard recycling unit and we would not be grandfathered, as other clients are, due to the brief account closure. She also stated that I would not get my locks back, but rather be charged $30 each for locks to be put on the new units. Our issue had been resolved previously, with the promise our containers would be brought back today. The 2 week delay has been very inconvenient, and the fact that we now have unlocked units, one of which is far too small for us, leave me a very unhappy customer. I have decided to shut down our account and go with another, ANY other, service provider in Salem. I would NOT recommend these guys to any business owner. This is only one of the reasons I am not happy with the service we have had over the past 4 years, but it IS the final straw! Good riddance Republic Services...

It seems pretty fast and the people there are friendly. The only thing I’m having problems with is I can’t find what time it’s open on saturdays? No where online it says there hours. Should maybe fix that is all.

Lines have become very long, but having this place nearby is a lifesaver.

Pick-up is routine, but as a new customer I would expect a flier that explains what material goes into which containers and when pick-up falls on a holiday. Your web site is very poorly done, mainly because answers to basic questions are easily found. Truly, your web site looks like it was built by a politician who talks and talks without saying anything.
