Mark H. has been an excellent representative for my job site in MA. Always answers the phone, and can always get me a swap when needed. On large construction jobs you need to have someone that can react to changes on a minute to minute basis, and when necessary, Mark has been able to help us out, no questions asked. Highly recommended and will use again

Ive been doing business with Casella for over 5 years. I Have never had any issues. Theyre always on time with deliverys and pickup of their containers. Everyone at Casella are professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for any type of job youre doing.

Ive had a very positive experience over the years. Weve left them some challenging piles recently, and the drivers on this Windham route do an excellent job. They are professional and very reliable.

If I can than I would like to give them negative 5 star or more than that. They will make you sign contract without telling you on a paper which will have blurred writing so you can even read it and make you sign that for years and than game starts now, keep increasing price and you are under contract so can’t leave them either. They will tell you on your face that breach contract pay 6 month and leave plus cost for pick up and drop off container. Service is worst ever.Don’t go with them otherwise you will be end up paying much more than other companies. Don’t expect customer service

They tell you one price and then it keeps increasing, is so disappointing 😔. Other then that their good with pick up dates.

Awful service for my jobsite. Taking a week or more for a container swap. Then promising 7am pickups for 3 days straight and showing up on the 4th at noon. Can not say it enough this company has awful service. I can say however Genie in the Salem NH office is a delight and the only helpful one in that place. 5 stars to her 0 for Casella
