Never resolved any problem. Laundry room on my side is horrible and you have to dry clothes couple of times and it cost you in the end $10 per loud. Also only couple of dryers work. Management is saying it’s a 3rd party and they don’t care, they don’t even have number. Also you will get your laundry locked before closing hours and sometimes they wouldn’t even close it for 2 days,so you never know what to expect.Lady that works at the office is unprofessional and I would say not really interested in resolving problem and the moment you have one she becomes rude. I am so happy that I am leaving this place and IF YOU WANT TO LIVE NORMAL, DONT CHOOSE IT! RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS SHI*HOLE.
I would rate these apartments at 0 if I could. I tried to call them about an issue they never answered the phone and I also set them an email. But, they don’t care about their residents. My neighbors keep banging on the floor over the smallest things. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors clearly. I have to turn on my AC just so I can sleep and not hear anything. I’m really not a person that complains. But, I really had enough.
If you enjoy people listening to loud music in the middle of the night while partying till the morning, then this is the best place for you. Management has no rules and people here have zero respect for other tenants. Note that the majority of this tenants are millennials who constantly have guests over to create a rather stressful, chaotic situation. Living here its like living at a Fraternity house.
If I could rate 0 I would definitely do that. The gym, lounge room, the pool only opens 10am-5:30pm, Mon- Fri, so I think the apartment just doesn’t want people to use these facilities. The room is cold all the time in winter even with the heater. Cold water on hot side and hot water on cold side. No security on back door at all (yes, people can freely enter the apartment via the path behind the back door).
Classmate from the university kinesiology class lives here. Too much noise from the neighbors in the after midnight hours she told me and my cousin Galina. Im glad we dont move into this property.
Nice place to live. Great location. No tweakers
Very convenient located! Remodeled apartments! Clean and quiet!
Absolutely horrible experience! I was relocating to Sacramento for a new job. I wanted to move into their 2 bed 2 bath with a split lease option. Andrew, had me complete all the requirements including the background check for $28. He advised that everything was good to go. My apartment would be ready by the predetermined date for move in. Even had me sign the pre-lease. This date happened to be less than a week before my start date at work. An hour before my appointment to sign my lease, he informs me that they changed the policy the NIGHT BEFORE. Now they require both roommates to move in at the same time. As a result they could not sign the lease. This business is extremely unscrupulous with absolutely incompetent staff. Rent somewhere else.Btw, if you give them $100 for the pre-lease. You might as well kiss it good bye.
I lived here for over one year. The biggest issue of this apartment is poor of management. People will jump into the pool during the weekend day and night which is forbidden. People will raise dog even though apartment doesnt allow. People will hold party at night and apartment is poor of sound proofing. If you are lucky enough you can encountered snake at night at the parking lot.The space in the unit is small and the appliances are old. And they will charge a large amount of your deposit despite you have cleaned it up for a whole week lol.
