It will be one of the biggest mistakes you make in your life, trust me. I currently live here with my family and it was a big mistake. I literally at times feel like living on the streets, as drifters, would be better than this. Its horrible. Where do I start? Let me start with the most obvious problem if youve read other reviews. These people will not treat you like human beings. These apartments are like experiment apartments. An experiment where they literally put themselves in your home among your family to see how us low income people live. By they way, they are Federally funded. So, this is not a stretch saying they are experiment apartments. Anyway, every few months they put notices on the door to tell you, not ask you, that they are coming in your apartment. The time for entry they put on the notice is from 8AM to 5PM. Do you all understand how inhumane that is?! Telling a person Im coming into your familys home whenever I want, even if your not home. Its disgusting, as if we are criminals and they are our probation officers or police entering to raid like Nazis. In a civilized world you would think that professional people would have the decency to narrow those hours out of respect for peoples schedules and lives. By the way, they put those hours so that way they could basically choose when they enter for their own dark agenda. Like I said, EXPERIMENT APARTMENTS. These notices are frequent. This is not every once in a while. The main notice is the yearly inspection. They then use that excuse to pick at a bunch of stuff wrong with your apartment that you must fix or else. After that, everything that they need to repair is broken up in multiple entry notices that stretch. Again, you have no say when they are coming in your apartment. You would think that they fix everything in 1 visit but they dont. Some of the pity stuff they pick at us tenants for is having recyclables, not having any pans in the oven, nothing on your porch. Theres a bunch of stuff they will threaten you for. See YELP for my full review, Google limits characters.
ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!! Its like they want you to live with ROACHES! Instead of using a company that works they continue to use highlander meanwhile the roaches KEEP COMING AND HAVING BABIES. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ITS ROACH CITY, PAY RENT FOR YOURSELF AND ROACHES. If i could give ZERO stars I would
Corporate whose told about the corona and i think that they need to tell that tenant to keep they door close no one else need to get sick im worry for my health i have blood pressure and im diabetes
4 stars for management and maintenance. They listen to any concerns you have as a resident and try to help in any way possible. Also held activites for the kids which was nice! Maintenance was always fast, on time and respectful. Even though management is great, the neighborhood is not.
I called and check the status of where I was on the waitlist today Ive spoken to Management in the office they were very polite they were very nice they talk to me with Respect I love the area I love the complex and immunities that they do have they also have a lot of things for kids Great work team i look forward to living in your gated community complex.
Been living there 3 years, no major problems, office staff and maintenance is doing a great job, everytime I call for maintenance service or office for issues, they get right on it. Thanks Amanda and staff Marcelstroman
This complex is unprofessional & completely unethical! I was approved so I thought 3/27, I received a call my name came up again on the wait list so I rushed into the office to pay the holding deposit $100 and application fee $42.00 I paid extra $150.00 and was super excited. I was scheduled an appointment for 2 days after 3/29. The very next day I received a call my credit came back & it would be a $400 deposit. (They range from $400-$800) When I went into my appointment I signed a lot of papers gave all verification my daughters birth certificate pay stubs back until December. Given a move in date of Apr 10th. & told sorry we made a mistake instead of the $400 deposit it was requesting an additional $400.00 we misread it. Will that be okay? As upset as I was I agreed to a $800.00 deposit. As long as my move in date could be Apr. 13th. The manager Chaing agreed. I spent nearly a half an hour in the office that day. They just called me today and left two unclear voicemails I called back and got Chaing she was very mumbled and actually hung up the phone after a few seconds. I waited a few mins. before calling back. I then got the same employee who accidentally messed up my deposit total she explained to me I made to much. I didnt understand I put notice into where I currency live as well as with my storage facility. I asked to speak to the manager. (Chaing) By this time I was upset and asked my uncle to speak with her so I could calm down. She kept interrupting him with answers before he even asked the full question I grabbed the phone and let her know maybe if she heard what he was saying she would be able to answer accurately. When I first filled out the application I bought my pay stubs in they looked at them and said I would be added onto the wait list for 50% & 60% of my income because I was eligible for both I was on the wait list for 3 weeks my income did NOT change! She was so passive like all the times I left work early didnt matter & the notices I put in didnt matter. She insisted on giving me her managers full name & ext. This must happen often I said. She kept reiterating they sent my information over to a 3rd party appliance department and per my job description at 40 hrs a week with the rate I get paid my income is to much. But I gave you guys my stubs all the way back to December. You should have been told me this! Yes. I have a full time job, but you knew this as well as my rate of pay. I let her know this is an outrage and super unprofessional she repeated this is the process approving people having them sign all these papers, take time off work to go into the office, & then letting them know they are not actually approved? Im still waiting to hear from Changs manager. This is horribleupdate; Its now 4/11 I have been waiting on a call back from the cooperate ever since 4/5 & I have left 2 voicemails since in regards of a followup and have not heard anything I understand the process but the FACT remains I was given an apartment number 136 and a move in date and was informed I was approved. So if per state & federal laws your complex cannot approve me until the compliance department gets back to them then please let me know why I was approved? Then turned away, or if you have the complex owner Gina call me back that would be great today will be my 3rd time reaching out to her
