Always quite. My upstarts neighbors are awesome. Has a gate which is something I really do like. I would recommend this place.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! THEY UPPED OUR RENT TO 2100.00 FOR A ONE BEDROOM ONCE WE COMPLETED OUR LEASE AND ARE SAYING IN ORDER TO GET BETTER RENT WE ARE BEING FORCED TO SIGN FOR 12MTHS! NO PARKING DUE TVO NONRESIDENT CARS AND NONREG. CARS. THEY DONT FOLLOW THEIR OWN RULES. THAE LAUNDROMAT HAS BROKEN MACHINES FOR 2+ MOnths dont rent here

Went for an apartment tour and it reaked of cig smoke. No thanks

The neighborhood is poor to Ok. There is hardly any visitor parking, no assigned parking for the tenants . There is also no covered parking . The inside of the apartment has no been remodeled since the 60s or 70s, the kitchen cabinets are really ugly old and brown, the bathroom is also out dated. Gas stove outdated and the pilot went out in us a few times before they put in a new one to heat up the apartment.
