Poor management, badly maintained building, nothing is built in a way that makes sense. Nobody living in California of all places should have to wait multiple months (and still counting) to get their AC fixed. Building is not kept in proper repair, some boards need replacement, and really weirdly designed.

I been here for over a year and enjoy the peaceful neighborhood, great maintenance and always kept clean. Great landlord name Curtis good fast communications.
