I was really impressed with the well maintained gardening landscaping throughout the complex.

If there was lower rating I would have done so this is the worst management office I have ever dealt with I made an appointment to see an apartment at 10am and when I went there, the lady said there was no appointment and then she continued to say that they have no availability when I was told that they had a vacancy for September. They mess with people and then they apologize as if it was the mistake of the customer. If this is an indicator of their treatment for their residents then I will say it is the worst management I have ever seen and they should be more responsible about the information they give out to people. They wasted my time and money

Clean, landscaped grounds, relatively quiet complex usually except the usual screaming kids in the afternoon. Currently undergoing renovations; new siding, double-pane windows, and painting exterior of buildings.

Best apartment complex ever!! Staff and management are just too awesome. Cynthia will serve breakfast super early in the morning. I should have took a pic. She will do the absolute best to handle any issue or work with you to solve anything. Been staying here for years neighbors are friendly the area is quiet the community is active. Kids, people Exercising using the gym and pool area basketball court. management will throw parties. Up to date news letters. Working class community quiet in the day more active in evenings.

Do not live here. we lived here for 3 years and in that time they towed one of cars even thou they had my plate numbers on file. when we moved out they used fear tactics to make us pay to replace flooring that was damaged when we moved in, a ceiling fan that we never turned on, on top of all of the normal expenses. these wooden boxes that they call apartment all have dry rot, pest damage, and numerous wiring and upkeep issues that are constantly neglected. they do not care about anything but taking your money, at any cost. while i lived there I took the time to photograph as many issues as i could and spoke with a few of the other residents. I am not a single case. please dont give them your time or money. I learned the hard way.

My cousin and I were looking for a two bed apartment so we decided to check this place out. Management was extremely nice and helpful, the complex was well maintained, and the location is great. My only problem was the size of the units for the price. Extremely small 2 bedroom units, I currently have a 1 bedroom with a bigger sq ft at a lower price. This was about 2-3 years ago so Im sure things have changed.

They offer full size washer and dryer.

Overall I have been satisfied at this complex. Office staff and maintenance have always been very helpful and I appreciate that they are dog friendly. Parking can be a pain, Ive had to call security a few times when someone has parked in my parking spot in the middle of the night when I get home from work and told I have to go park on the street outside the gated complex. Unfortunately today, their online payment portal caused huge errors when I attempted to update my payment account and did not take out my automatic payment nor did it take a one-time payment when I attempted to do that for 5 days in a row. Now Im being charged with a late fee even though I attempted to make the payment and even submitted a request for help via the online portal. Shame that things like this cause good tenants to leave properties.

The worst place I could have ever lived in Sacramento. Totally took advantage of my roommate and I because it was our first time renting and living on our own. Management is terrible and rude and acts like youre ruining their life just to ask for maintenance help or pick up a package from the office. Front gates hardly ever work right so you cant feel too safe. There was an attempted break-in in our apartment because the gates were broken at the time so they were left open overnight. The outdoor maintenance cracked my windshield by leaf blowing a rock onto my windshield and the complex management tried to say it was probably just a kid or something. It was eventually taken care of by the maintenance company, very graciously I will add, but the complex staff tried to avoid taking care of the situation completely. After our lease was up, they hiked the rent up $400 for a non updated unit. The appliances are extremely old. Our lease was a 7 month (really weird?) and they ended up taking over $600 of our $1000 security deposit. There was no damage done at all in the apartment. We kept it very clean. Cleaned it regularly and cleaned it spotless upon move-out. Said they needed to do extensive carpet cleaning which is ridiculous because we were hardly ever there and only lived there 7 months. Only positive thing I can take from living here is learning that I needed to take pictures of literally everything on the day of move-in. Highly suggest not living here. Not worth the lower pricing.

Why my rent is increased to the same level of new commer. If I sign a new contract by 02/11/16, my rent will be at least $840 for 10-months contract as same as a new person who selects one of two 1-bedroom to be available by mid-02/2016. I am living here almost 3 yrs. now.

READ BEFORE RENTINGDont ever sign a lease before seeing the inside of where your renting. These women claim you can never see the interior because they have to clean and what excuse they can come up with. I was stupid and judged a book by its cover. The photos, landscape, exterior, and renting office all looks nice I took the chance of believing it would be worth the $1275 they charge every month. After the lease is signed I enter to find an apartment with most of the appliances not working, very out of date, things looking to break at any moment. Shame on the owners/property management company to charge the amount of money, renters insurance, ect for this piece of trash. If you want to charge people this rent, RENOVATE! These people will rob you of your money if you stay in these apartments. I expessed my concerns and refused to move and demanded out of my contract because as renters we have the rights to see/expect what we are paying for. Denise from the office is careless and the management should rethink her role representing this company. She disregarded my concerns as they werent big issues and has no understanding or care for her tenants. Anyone who wants to rent from here rethink this decision. There are many property management companies in Sacramento that will give you what you pay for. Now my husband and I have a 2 bedroom house with much more than we would of had for the same price we would of paid for this trash apartment. DONT SETTLE FOR LESS! I feel bad for anyone that lives here, renting in California is difficult right now but whatever you do, research and make sure you know exactly what your paying for.

So far so good. They just repainted everything. Parking gets a little tight.

Avoid living here. managers are always changing, very arrogant and non caring. lots of car theft and vandalism. groups of teenagers and young kids running around screaming. constant loud arguing. security will do nothing in any situation. people always park in your space, only thing office will do is put a notice for them to move within 48 hours, which does you no good. I was told with a lot of attitude it would take 48 hours to change a florescent light bulb by a young Asian manager. washer and dryers work very poorly. had a washer that would not turn. was replaced with one that kept flooding the apt. took months to get them to take any action. we ended up with the washer we started with.other tenants I talk to had the same complaints .nothing accomplishedI moved out to the river view apartments in march 2014, and it is completely different. I am glad that nightmare is over.
