Great gym. Clean. Friendly staff. Not too crowded even at peak times. I would absolutely recommend.

Been spending more time here over the past year since Ive been mostly remote. Gym is always clean even before covid, reasonable price and not allot of jerks as you get In many gyms in long island. Kettlebell area is prob the best in the bab/west islip area. Only thing that ever raised my eyebrows is that every so often someone smokes pot in the locker room.

I froze my membership in March due to the coronavirus pandemic. Unbeknownst to me, blink started charging my account again in August. I received an email that my account was past due. I tried to contact member services with no response. In September 2020 I received an email from blink stating that the last email was sent in error and to disregard. I now find out that in addition to being charged the membership and Assessment fees for the months that my account was frozen they also sent my account to collections and are threatening to report on my credit. I have called and emailed corporate, called the physical gym and have gotten nowhere. Not only did they lose a member that has been with them since the gym opened, I will be filing my claim with the department of consumer affairs as well as the better business bureau. Blink Fitness has terrible customer service!

Awesome gym! Clean and well working equipment

The pros are its extremely clean.Has a area for kettlebells.Have a respectable pair of 24KGsBumper platesPlenty of cardio if thats your thing.Two legit racks/cages.Only con is they have one cable setup and I didnt see a many what I consider standard attachments ( rope, V-bar etc ).Overall a nice clean place.

People are very nice, equipment is great, and theres lots of squatting in the text rack! Hee hee hee! This place is very clean and I dont worry about the pandemic here. Its practically an oasis.

Front desk staff are very welcoming. Everything is clean and there are plenty of sanitizers and wipe down stations.

This gym has More hidden fees than banks, dont go its a scam guysss

They have an awesome facility of free weights, machines, and open space for anything else you want to do. They also have an entire area for physical therapy in the back. The locker room area was spacious and clean! Since I was only here on vacation and needed the day pass it cost me $15 for the day. I didn’t have a chance to find out membership cost but everyone was so friendly and I highly recommend !!

The staff at this gym are all so polite and helpful everyone of they will say hello and acknowledge you. I personally death with a women named Michelle and she was amazing and I have my first personal training session with her. The gym is very very clean and I always see people walking around dusting and cleaning. I suggest this gym to anyone but don’t take my word for it the staff is very happy to give you a tour and answer questions and also you can have a free one day trial with a free personal training session to see if this gym is for you.

I loved that gym I wish they had one in Holbrook. They are clean and they have pretty much every machine anyone needs

Clean, neat, personable staff

Blink West Islip cut their size by a 1/3 when the built a physical therapists office in the back. Its too crowded now. The gym used to be better maintained or cleaned but now wreaks of BO. I dont know anyone who likes the music played in the background....sometimes way to loud. Location is convenient with plenty of parking.

I was a planet fitness member and I love this gym compared to that one. It had all the equipment I need it’s never to crowded even though it does get busy. The staff is great. It’s clean. She working with a personal trainer that is affordable is a great bonus.

Friendly staff. Clean environment. Membership plans have good prices. If you’re just looking for a gym to work out and don’t care for amenities or classes, this is a great choice.

The young staff is very courteous and attentive. The gym is very clean considering the cost of membership. If I could make a suggestion it would be to get another Smith machine perhaps, or enforce a time limit. I have been there for 45 minutes to an hour and havent been able to use it on several occasions because one person had multiple sets of multiple exercise to do.

Nice and safe place

This gym has been a terrible experience from the start. 8 months into my original contract I wanted to leave due to lack of equipment and consistent ring worm i was getting from the place. After my year contract was up, I was then told i needed to put in a notice and continue paying for an additional 45 days. I emailed a member of higher management about the reasons I was leaving. In response I was basically told it is what it is. I had left this gym for almost a year before deciding to come back. They had more equipment, hired more staff, and this gym is much closer than the one i had been going to. Since i joined I am now dealing with what has now come to be daily harassment by Manager John. He has always had an attitude when dealing with customers, but now my workouts are being interrupted by him rudely telling me I am making other gym members uncomfortable by running in socks... the very next day he told me that i was also making other gym members uncomfortable by TRAINING some members.... Uncomfortable.. really? And keep in mind, by training, he means allowing my younger brother to workout with me using lower weights. Overall tired of dealing with harassment, but the gym is too close to switch.

Overall far to crowded and their personalTraining is inconsistent. The staff is respectful but its worth spending a few dollars more to join a gym that provides more consistent training and more machines.

The staff Is helpful and there are machines available, but if you want to cancel just be prepared to pay almost 70.00 .Total rip off. You also have to pay maintenance fee every year. I recommend planet fitness or invest in a machine at home.

Just stealing the money please never ever go to this gym cuz they have no amenities and they will charge you whole lots of fee and then u won’t have any choice thn paying everything to get rid of it so disappointed been a member for a year and a half only went there for 1 week hardly but still wouldn’t get and fee waived!! There lots of other gyms you can go to #boycottblinkgym

Clean, cheap gym. Machines are fine. Doesnt smell bad; Probably because I see them cleaning often. People working there seem very nice.

Staff is courteous and gym is clean. I dont think I have ever joined a gym that doesnt have maintenance fees. When I cancelled bc o wouldnt be going for a few months there was no termination fee.
