FIRST OF ALL... when I walked in another customer overheard that it was my 1st time going to this nail salon and she said Sis, look no further, this place is everything!! So I knew I had to be in for something good. 👌🏾 I was definitely late for my appointment 🥴 (which I was able to easily book online & confirm via text 👌🏾) but Kevin was an absolute gem about it. He did a fantastic job on my nails & we had such a rich conversation, the time flew by! I had acrylic put over my real nails (no tips) and this is probably the best manicure I’ve had in ages. Very very clean salon - which is IMPORTANT to me. 👌🏾 The staff were wearing masks and making sure customers followed suit - also appreciated. 👌🏾 And I noticed that they had a lot of regulars who they all warmly greeted by name when they walked in. Overall just *chefs kiss*. My dad’s birthday is next week and I will definitely be coming back so we can get a couple of pedicures too!

Mimi is the best she is very, professional, knowledgeable and the quality of her work is excellent. The atmosphere is great, friendly and professional staff. Kevin was very nice but miss who sits two seats down from him was very rude. Kevin asked the lady with the short hair cut who sits two seats down from him to do my mom eyebrows? Miss states she’s not getting up! That was completely fine because I was fully aware she was already working on a customer nails. So Kevin asked another woman to do my mom eyebrows and she did after she finished a polish change. The lady was very polite and nice but the eyebrows looked rushed and you can’t even tell the difference that the eyebrows were waxed after $12. But overall for my first experience its a No for me. Went for a full set and polish change and left with a polish change only because the rude one with the short cut was the only one doing acrylics which was not expressed when we first walked in lol. So I guess Miss was overwhelmed. But my mom and me experience may not be your experience because you know everyone is not treated the same!

This is by far the best nail salon in Palm Beach. They are always very accommodating of my needs. The staff is well trained, courteous, and always professional.

I had an appt. with Kevin, who did my Nexgen last 2 wks. Ago. Made an appt. then for today. Got there today5 mins. early and walked in and Kevin asked how can I help you? I responded, I have an appt. with you Kevin at 1pm. He responded, I dont take appts. on weekends. I stated, I have a text to show my appt made that was done 2 weeks ago. He then finished a clent and came to check the computer. Then immediately took another customer after asking what they wanted to have done. Not fair to have an appt and still have to wait to be serviced....after twenty minutes, still no utter. Not happy nor will I ever be coming back or recommend them to anyone . Poor cust. service and treated unfairly with an appt. Be warned!!

Started coming here about a year ago, after the quality of work from my previous place went down hill. I stopped in one day to check it out as I was now looking for a new location. I leave impressed every time. Not only do my nails always look phenomenal, but they last longer than Ive ever experienced. Asia nails definitely cares about quality work and quality products. The vibe is real laid back as well. You can tell the staff enjoy each other and that says a lot about management. I am a manager for a furniture/design company so I recognize things like that. Also, Im hard of hearing, and now that everyone is wearing masks, its impossible for me to communicate normally. The owner bends over backwards to make sure everyone knows what I want, and makes my visit comfortable everytime. I appreciate the customer service more than she knows. I recommend anyone that cares about paying for quality work, to check this place out. You wont regret it.

They do great nails but it depends on who does it.The last time I went this older lady did my nextgen and she cut my “Cuticles“, nothing gentle about her. I went back three days ago and had a totally different experience. The young lady with the braids did an excellent job. But on the other hand, the guy that did my pedicure cut my toe to the point it was bleeding. I felt like he was very rough.

My boyfriend and I went to get manicures and were met by slow wait times even though we called for an appointment. He was given a gel manicure, when that is not what we asked for and 3 of his fingers were cut and bleeding when the tech was cutting his cuticles. When we indicated that we did not ask for a gel manicure but a basic one, we were still charged for the 32 dollar gel manicure when we asked for the 17 dollar basic manicure. In addition to his, my nails are cut to the quick and uncomfortably short and not cut straight. Overall, unhappy with the service, refusal to ammend the problem and damaged result of his fingers.

I came here to get my eyebrows waxed by Mimi and instead got my skin ripped off, I didnt even get an Im sorry all I got was oh you have sensitive skin now my eye lid is swollen and Im hoping I dont get a scar, and when I called today to let the owner/manager (kevin) know all he said was to come in after work? I wasnt sure what that was even going to do for me. I always try to be the nicer person but that never works out for meNot going back!

At first this place was great. They took my appointment quickly and the girl I think her name was Angie did my pedicure and was absolutely wonderful. However, the owner Infront of me told her to hurry up and then ended up switching her with somebody else to quickly finish my polish on my toes and she sat doing nothing After which was incredibly rude because she could’ve finished my pedicure because I actually really liked her doing it. Then the girl who did my nails was good too, however their prices online and in store don’t reflect what they tell you. It’s different prices everywhere. Which impacted the tip as well because of the gentleman in the front and how snippy he got with me after I asked him the total for everything. The polish is old and needs to be replaced. Prob won’t come back, first time there, and just disappointed with the people who run it. You would think they would be a little better being able to work again.

New in the area. I saw this was a highly rated nail salon so I decided to come. Initially, I came for a pedicure which really was great and Mimi dug out my ingrown toenails,Mimi did a phenomenal job. I then got dip nails. The dip nail color selection was huge. The workers are really nice and I was really happy with the overall service. Prices are really reasonable. I think I found my new nail home.

Very nice staff. After 8 months of not doing my nails bc of Covid, I decided to treat myself. My tech was Toi and although he had his job cut out for him with my non touched 8 month nails he totally pulled through and did a great job. Ice Dance manicure and Firewalker pedicure. The owners were very nice and made me feel welcome in the store. The nailTech that did my nails was very skilled at her craft. I also want to mention how I was made to feel involved in the process that went along with the nail art process. You wld think thats a given but most nail salons say pick a color and how long and they just do it they dont really care how satisfied I are. The only negative thing I would say is that I was charged 120! For a full set of medium to short length acrylic nails with jewels on three fingers on each hand. I wasnt really informed before hand on the price and the price listed was much cheaper. Since the nail tech took care of my I told here that tip her 80$ and then I was charged 124$ after that so a full set acrylic cost me 204$ granted they are beautiful but even before the tipThe price was ridiculous

So last year when I went here I had a horrible experience today I need my nails done desperately so I went in and Im actually glad I did and I think this is going to be my new salon the staff was super friendly the wait was super short and my nails came out amazing they all worked well together super change from the last time I was there I loved it and I highly recommend

This is by far the bast experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon. Where diverse staff who are very fun, nice, and playful. The negative comment that says they don’t greet you when you come in is just false, I was welcomed with open arms and a smile. Everyone was talking to me and making sure I had everything I needed. My nails look beautiful, both hands a feet. I’ve never felt more at home. I can’t explain to you how much I would recommend this place, if I could give more starts I would. Definitely coming back here.

I will never return back to this nail spa. The person who was doing my manicure Did not know that I spoke Spanish and understood that she had called my nails dirty and nasty to another employee. I was referred by a friend of a friend and read the reviews. Most were great so I gave them a try. They took my appointment quickly, however that is where anything good I have to say ends. The young lady who did my nails (Nextgen) didnt want to use tips, but I know my preferences. I asked for a the nails to be slightly tapered on the side (not a full coffin shape) because my natural nails curl a little as they grow and rounded corners. She only glued the tips in the center, so my natural nail was pulling away from the tips just a few hours later. The shape is not what I asked and showed her and I had to remind her to round the corners before I washed. The surface of the Nextgen is inconsistent with dips in several and a few of the tips were glued on crooked and the nails look twisted after 1 week of growth.I also had a pedi and did an upgraded one (smoothing pedi). A normal pedi at my previous salon was better than this. The guy was good on the massage, but very brief. Did not get the sides of my toe nails, even though I asked twice. He hit the bottom of my feet at the end of the massage which I know is kind of common, except he hit so hard and was so painful on my heel that I yelped and jumped slightly out of the chair. But the absolute worst was that he used his vape pen TWICE while doing my pedi!!! I will NEVER go back!!!UPDATED 7/12/20: 2 days after posting this (now 1 full week after services) 1 nail popped off at the tip that was barely glued and Ive developed an infection on another finger at the side where she over filed my nail and knicked the skin.

I took my fiancé to get her nails done here, she got dip powder and pedicure, the end result is she was extremely happy. A happy fiance just makes my life easier, my tummy would be happy too :). Her nails look great. So much attention to detail! They werent an assembly line like most shops! I highly recommend this place!

First bad review I’ve ever written. The most unprofessional rudest establishment I have ever experienced in my life. Although being treated terribly, barely greeted by MiMi for months - i continued to go because Kevin does a great job with my nails and couldn’t find anyone else in the area as good as him. I continued to treat her and everyone else with respect although I could feel the indifference and was extremely uncomfortable. To be told today in other words not to go back there and hung up the phone for no reason . I’ve never been treated this way by absolutely anyone and I’m completely shocked.

Very strong nail smell. I took my wife and the wait was very long. While waiting, we observed that they do not use a liner for the pedicure spa— they just kind of wipe it down with a sponge after each client. That does not seem sanitary. We left after seeing that.

I went there for a pedicure and was told I would have to wait a few minutes which I did not mind. Then the man that was there decided he was going to do my pedicure. He was done in record time, plus, the other two people who were already there doing their pedi before me was still in their chairs when he was done rushing through my pedicure. Now, there were no pending customers at that point, I wasted my money. My feet feel the same and the paint job looks shoddy. He is obviously not a pedicurist and probably one of the owners but decided to sabotage my feet anyways. Your response speaks volumes! There is no misunderstanding on my behalf only yours. Walked in and never greeted. My mother and I signed in, she got called and started getting her manicure. I patiently waited to be called on next since they were all busy but they never did. This place is great! All the people are kind and respectful. I know some people get annoyed or uncomfortable when nail technicians talk a lot in their native language. They didnt do much talking at all unless it was to a customer. They were all very focused on doing their job and getting it done quickly and neatly. Ill definitely be going here a lot! Went there today and it was an awkward experience. I was told by the manager that the employees did not want to do my pedicure simply because of a previous visit where I asked for my pedicure to be corrected. Didn’t think much of it. Once I returned a month later I was told no one wanted to do my pedicure because I was too “picky” that was the term the manager used. Also she stated they had already discussed me in their native language once they saw me coming. So basically they were discussing me and saying they didn’t want to do my pedicure. Which is strange because I hardly come there and asked for my pedicure to be corrected once. Didn’t think much of it in the end it’s all about customer service. The employees have no customer service and they just stare at you. With the exception of Kim they all are rude and nasty.

There’s no greeting, no human emotion at all. Lol. Good luck if you end up going after reading this. Completely dissapointed. Sad, such potential with its location.

I normally dont leave reviews anywhwere, but I wanted to leave an honest review on the service. Two weeks ago I went to get my nails done here(I got the nexgen done). My nails were done poorly and I couldnt tell that night because I didnt have my glasses on. The sides were bare, my nails looked grown out even though I just had gotten done the day before. I went back the next day so that they could fix my nails and I felt pain a couple of times while the lady did my nails and she told me it was the friction of the powder even though it truly hurt. As she kept doing my nails my cuticles started to bleed and they hurt very bad. Two weeks later some of the part above my nails have healed and others keep reopening when something touches them. I did not see them clean their tools in between customers. Im a little disappointed because Im not a picky customer. I had two ladies do my nails and I didnt have a good experience with either of them. :( Honestly I would never go again. It was my first time getting my nails done.Thank you.

On Sunday, 4-24-2016, about mid-day, I walked in to the Asia Nail Salon on US Highway 441 and Southern Blvd to have a pedicure.The first clue things would NOT go well was the front door was wide open with minimal or no air condition on in the inside. This was a very hot day and NO A/C? Hmmm, perhaps the business was not doing so well they had to save on the electrical bill?As I walked inside, I saw there was only one patron having her nails done inside. The woman working on her client was wearing a mask and without looking up said, can I help you? At first, I didnt know it was her speaking. When I asked how much was a pedicure, she stated, $22, so I agreed. Shortly after, a young Hispanic female came over and directed me to one of the chairs close to the front windows and door (a little cooler there). She started the flow of water into the bowl and asked me to sit down and place my feet in, which I did. The Hispanic woman tried to up-sell me two over rated spa pedicures, which I declined and stated I was just looking for a cut, file, and lightly buff my nails...nothing more. Simple.Im sitting there for about 3 minutes, when I heard that same lady call over the Hispanic woman. Then the Hispanic woman came to me and said the cost of the pedicure would now be $25, plus a gratuity fee, because I didnt want polish, but they would buff shine my nails.I got this terrible feeling in my gut, so I said, No. Thats alright. Im leaving.I strongly recommend you do not waste your money or time at this salon. Just terrible.
