I went there for the very first time today Tuesday 9/14/2021 being from out of state I didnt know any place that was good. I just went in for just a Gel Polish to my natural nails. Cindy took care of me and may I say shes AMAZING.She took good care of me and she took her time with my nails. Her kindness, professionalism and courtesy was right on POINT. I’ve been going since August and they literally never fail me! Always able to find me a slot with my rotating schedule for work and super accommodating! You will not be disappointed! I absolutely love Madison Valgari Salon I just moved from ny and everyone was so welcoming and genuinely nice good hard working girls. I see the owner Jena who is AMAZING not only is she my nail tech but I also consider her a friend not only is she amazing with my nails she also is a ear to listen if I have problems I cant tell you how much I appreciate her! Now to the Salon itself every tech is amazing and does great work if you are the type of person who looks on pinterst like myself for designs this is definitely where you want to go they can do any design you bring them a picture of and will be totally honest with you if what your showing them was filtered and even then they will still do their best to give you what you want and will never let you leave the Salon unhappy and not feeling beautiful. The Salon is immaculate cleaned and sanitized consistently so who worries about covid! I can honestly go on and on about this Salon but I really dont have to because their work speaks for itself. I promise if your the type that likes to be different and not boring like other salons this is definitely the place for you.

Great service and nails looked great but they really cater to those that want designs (which are amazing just not my thing). She took her time and is a perfectionist which is great but the price is just too high for me. Thats the only reason why I couldnt give 5 stars.

I moved from New York in January and I was afraid that I was not going to find a place that would meet everything I was use to. My nail tech Jena is amazing. The entire place is clean, always good music playing and good conversations. I walk out of there happy with my nails and feet every time.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this nail salon. My nails are so gorgeous. The designs they do are stunning. The price for the full sets I get are around 100-120 each time which is not bad at all compared to the other shops in the area. You get what you pay for! This is my forever salon. I highly recommend.

This salon has a new forever client. I must have tried 5 different salons in the west palm/royal palm beach area and this one is an absolute 5 star. They are appointment only which I love because I know exactly when my appointment is and they do not rush because someone is waiting. My nails have never been more beautiful. The price is just right as I have been spending around 60-90 each time I got a bunch of designs at other salons and Madison Valgari has the even better designs and my shape has never been better. SO HAPPY I HAVE FOUND THIS PLACE!

I have been looking for a new salon forever because everyone in this area is subpar. Madison Valgari salon in Royal Palm Beach is the absolute best salon I have EVER been to! Their quality of work is beyond compare and I am so happy to say I have found my forever salon! My full set with designs ran me about $90 and my pedicure was around $30 which was not bad at all considering so many other salons charged me well over $100 for just a full set with designs and it was nowhere near as good as what I got here. Highly recommend!

They are appointment only which I love and they are so skilled. I have trusted many different techs in this salon and never have they disappointed me. Customer for life. Prices are very reasonable as well. I think my fills with design run about 70 every 3 weeks.

I love Madison Valgari Salon!!! I’ve been going there for the last few months and I’ve never had a bad experience. All of the staff is super friendly and so sweet! The salon is clean and well kept and they have great safety and sanitizing protocols that make me feel safe getting my nails done during the pandemic. Luna does my acrylics and I’m in love with them every time. All of my sets turn out looking like the inspiration whether it’s ombre, encapsulation, or hand drawn designs. You name it, they have the supplies to pull it off! I get my nails long and they always hold up even if I come in three weeks later for my next fill. Just got one today and I had no clue what I wanted but Luna came through with a gorgeous design and tweaked it just the way I liked. Their prices are great too considering the amount of creativity and quality provided. Plus, my shape has never been better! Crystal and Jenna have also done my gel pedicures and give great massages. Jenna put me to sleep today the foot massage was so good lol! I can’t rave enough about this place. Best salon in the Royal Palm/Wellington area hands down.

I have been going to Madison Valgari Salon for almost 2 years now. I have never had a bad experience there, they are always so warm and welcoming. I love the atmosphere they provide for their clients. My nails always come out amazing and they last a long time. They use nothing but good quality products that still leave my bails healthy. Might I add I drive a good 35 min just to come here for there work! Always recommend.

Honestly wow. I was blown away by this nail salon. The receptionist and nail tech Crystal (hopefully I spelled it right) killed it. Super nice, HONEST, reasonable, and helpful. The salon is chill and the service was awesome. I called the day before and they got me in right away (their Appointment only so no “revolving door”) I was able to relax and Crystal was amazing. I came in with botched nails and right away they explained everything and I left with awesome nails. Seriously try this place I’ve gone from places from Brooklyn NY to here and this by far was the best.

I love Madison Valgari. The name alone is great. From the very first moment I walked into this boutique styled spa world of class, chic and elegance all wrapped in one, I knew it was everything. Let me start off with saying this is the BEST nail salon by far. I’ve been getting my nails done at Madison Valgari for a year, and still going. This is the only nail place I can come into and feel like I’m walking in a room full of friends. I feel comfortable, a place I can be myself around. I always leave satisfied with my nails, let me remind you that’s 365 days of full happiness. That ain’t easy. And I know for a fact if I wasn’t happy with my nails they’d help me out. If you really want to get their attention call them, don’t “DM” them on Instagram. Cause that just makes it seem what you need isn’t that important. I’ve been going to Madison Valgari for about 7 months now and I’ve never been disappointed! Not only is the staff incredible but their work is as well! If you have an idea they will make it happen, and if you don’t have a clue about what you want they are full of ideas. The salon is such a comfortable environment and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It is appointment only so it took me about 3 weeks just to get in which i was a little taken back with but i totally understand after i got there why they are so busy. The appointment only thing is perfect becuase i didnt feel rushed at all. They take their time and are very into making designs perfect. They took the time to figure out exactly what i wanted. The staff is the most talented staff i have come across in the area. Absolutely recommend this place.

I am so in love with the nails I received here. They are literally a work of art and my shape is everything. I paid roughly the same amount as other places in the area (I believe around $60 or so) but so we worth it especially since I paid $55 at my other place and the shape was horrid and barely lasted 2 weeks . I am so please that I booked like 3 more appointments.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!!!!!!! You have been warned! They are unbelievably unprofessional! I went in about 2 months ago to get a fill on a set. The first time I went, my tech did a great job. However, this past time, she did not. I left the salon feeling very dissatisfied. I wrote Madison Valgari an instagram message explaining my complaint. I did not want to cause a scene at the salon. They responded back very nicely and said they would refund my money AND in the future, comp me a new set! I thought this was so generous. I gave my nails a break since then and messaged them through instagram last night. I let them know I would like to come back in for the free new set. I messaged about 4 times until they finally responded. They told me they get a lot of messages per day and they rarely get back to them. Unprofessional but ok. They told me the tech that would be doing my new set is no longer accepting clients, which is someone different from my original person, and they wouldnt be comping me a new set since it was 2 months ago. I explained my disapproval with the response stating that a deadline was never expressed. They told me in the future, when if I decided to come back, it would be free. If they would have said in the next month to come back, I would have! I actually saved the entire conversation and when I copied their words back to them, proving they said what they did, they deleted that comment! Then they proceeded to tell me that I was being hostile and blocked me! I have NEVER encountered such unprofessional and disgusting behavior!!! Unfortunately for them, I saved the whole conversation last night. I have contacted the appropriate parties to move this forward and will update in the next week or so. I am very grateful for the refund, but if you dont plan on sticking with your word, it means nothing to me!!! BEWAREEEEEE of Madison Valgari!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok im 62 years young i have been wearing nail over 30 years i have lived in 2 different states and have had so many different nail techs over the years but I have NEVER NEVER been so educated on my first visit and i was just there to make an appt. The next visit 2 days later they took of the set that i had on and again i learned so much. The hundreds of salons i have been to its always been like an assembly line. Rush to get you in and out. Alot of salons wont even do artwork at all. I had one owner in Stuart Fla that told me and i quote...no time for artwork take to long got to get you in and out no time no time in his broken english he said this i told him then you dont care about your customers and i walked out..... Madison did not do that i asked questions got answers plus like i said before an education at the same time. I have appt in 2 weeks for my new set. I am glad their policy is By Appt Only no rushing to get you out.... I gave them 5 stars i would give them 10 if i could and i havent even got my nails done yet!!!! Very professional polite knowledgeable. I cant say enough except i CANT WAIT...

This is the best salon around . Excellent service. Its extremely sanitary not like other salons at all . I liked that they dont use the same palmice scrub on you that they use with every other pedicure . They open new pedicure tools everytime and throw the old ones out . Not expensive. Must be your go to. Ill never go to any other place after finding this one ☺️

Top quailty in palm beach area !! They get you, they listen to what your looking for on your nails .First nail shop that i been that doesnt burn my nail when using gel product . Friendly lay back non judgment staff & Owners super awesome . I stop using nexgen after damaging really bad my nail beds, jena has been nourishing them back to life ! Their ombra full set is AMAZING ! Nicely blended and any shape you desire they do a beautiful job on making sure very angle and length is appropriate to your standards. Hope this helps anyone out there looking for real care for their nails .

I am so in love with this nail salon. They always come up with the best designs for my nails. I get so many compliments everywhere i go. I totally recommend this place! The prices are also amazing I was paying the same price for boring nails at other salons so the prices arent bad at all.
