Despite how long the car buying process can be, we had a wonderful experience! The sales representative Cole that helped us was very knowledgeable and patient. The financial team did everything they could to meet our budget and the delivery coordinator Tyler was full of tips and tricks which allowed us to drive away in confidence. Walking into a car dealership can be a very daunting experience, but the folks at Ciocca Subaru of Pleasantville truly alleviated all of that anxiety for me. I was immediately approached by salesman Nick in a friendly and welcoming manner. He was never once pushy when we were discussing the details of my purchase. The environment felt very comfortable and they were very accommodating, offering my water several times. The finance director Eric was just as friendly and welcoming as the salesman. It was an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a Subie, and of course, I am absolutely loving my new Impreza hatchback.I was prompted to write a review after receiving a call from the salesman following up with me about the car. I always HATE the process of buying/leasing a car. I actually have anxiety during this process. I have dealt with the same dealership for many years but my salesman isnt well and we moved away. Time to find a new dealership.Decided to test drive a Subaru Crosstrek. 2 friends bought and loved it. Went to Ciocca(new to the neighborhood) today.... was greeted outside by a young woman Brianna. Pleasant, down to earth, listened to my needs, concerns and was willing to get me to achieve what I want wanted with no pressure. They made me an offer and I basically told her what I needed to spend. I filled out some paperwork, the finance manager came out, was very honest(didnt realize they exist in this business) and got me close to where I wanted. Put me in the car, hooked up my Bluetooth.....general manager came over, thanked me for my business...... this dealership is not your typical car dealership. I dont know ANYONE there, no referels, just off the street.....QUICK, HAPPY, a new CIOCCA customer.....Try them, you wont be disappointed!
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP IN PLEASANTVILLE, NEW JERSEY! Zack the sales manager assured me that he would correct a problem with my CarFax report on the vehicle I purchased from them. They caused the problem (a mileage exception) because the car had 32 miles more on it then the title. THEY NEVER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM caused the devaluation of my vehicle. THEN ON TOP OF THAT, I sold my car 6 months after I purchased it, and the dealership NEVER sent the title to the finance company causing a delay to receive the title of a min. of 120 days. If you finance a vehicle from them, BE SURE to check with your finance company that they received the title from this dealership. THEY REALLY SCREWED EVERYTHING UP and cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
New Ownership has its Rewards!Much to my surprise our local Subaru changed ownership last month. I was interested in a new vehicle, but they did not what I was looking for immediately available, what they did have were some great pre-owned options! The sales staff worked together to get me in the right vehicle and my purchase experience was easy. A month in and their follow up has also been great. Before I went to kerbeck Subaru I had gone to at least 6 or 7 car dealerships and looked at 20 cars for my sons first car, but found nothing. We finally found a great used 2002 Acura that looked like it just came out of the showroom. I talked to Lee the sales guy,there was no high preasure sales, no over price and no up sale in fact it was the opposite. He waived some fees even took the time to go to motor vehicles with us to make sure it went smoothly. My wife,myself and especially my son are very happy with the car,my next personal vehicle will be without a doubt from Kerbeck.
Bought my Subaru at the Ciocca in Allentown, but now that Pleasantville has opened went there for the first time for service, very courteous, they explained to me what I needed to get done, they did it in a timely fashion and I was on my way, Great job. I definitely will return

The week before entering Kerbeck Subaru I totaled my car on the way to my fathers funeral. I was vulnerable, angry, and in need of new wheels. When I came into the dealership Michael Kane greeted me. We bought a 2011 Suburban back in December when I got home from a year long deployment. My wife was driving the car last week when she almost lost control of the vehicle after going through a tiny bump on the road with my 4 children. We drove the 3800 miles and this happened. I have tried to talk to the manager named Willis and he is giving me and my wife the run around. The suburban didn’t have just some surface rust the truck is completely rusted underneath and extremely unsafe. It is literally falling apart.

I tried to get a service appointment (Oil Change, Tire Issue and a window that won’t open *which they didn’t fix the first time I brought it in) on my 2019 Subaru WRX. I called twice to make an appointment with the same response “Sorry we don’t have anything until later next week and we are working on a lot of recall issues.” I have a coupon that was given to me for a “free” oil change and the reason I don’t go to another dealership for an appointment. Unfortunately the only times available are from 8-5 week days, which is convenient for someone who works and lives near the dealership, but no one else. It is absolutely ridiculous that they are unable to “budge” and are unwilling to accommodate to anyone who needs service, especially for something they “forgot” to fix the first time. A lot of Subaru Dealerships in the area, look elsewhere!

I brought my car into this place for a transmission awhile back. It was covered under a Subaru warranty and they took care of everything. One person in particular that stuck out to me was an technician name Pedro. He went above and beyond ensuring me that everything would be ok and that my car was in great hands. I’ve been going through so many ups and down in my life so just to know that he took a little extra time out of his day to comfort me spoke volumes on what kind of worker he is. Most dealerships get a bad reputation because people feel like they just want to make a quick buck. However when you run into workers like Pedro it makes you change your entire thought process. I’m a retired Firefighter and I recommend each and everybody I know that has car trouble to Subaru just to meet Pedro. He’s an admirable worker and he deserves to acknowledged. Long story short, I experienced engine failure that should have been under warranty and first contacted Subaru of America Corporate - they were not so helpful. I then contacted Kerbeck and Joe went to bat for me, got the repair taken care of. Incredible customer service, thank you so much!
Horrible. Tell me car is in great shape and to schedule drive. 90 minute drive to get there. Car is convertible that is leaking. Obvious leak. Told I could pay to jave it fixed if o did not like leak. Of course I did rhe 90 minute drive back home. Complete bs move on their part. Nice
Made an appointment online for an oil change/tire rotation, pulled into garage only to find a knowledgeable staff and back out the door in less than 45 minutes. Will definitely go back every 6000 miles. I couldnt help but like the prices also.🚗
Went there for the first time for a recall. Was figuring on just making an appointment for another day to address the recall and instead they asked if I had thirty minutes and if so they would do right then and now. No argument there from me! I usually do 90% of my own work but for the other 10% I would bring in my beloved Subaru to these guys!

Overall a great buying experience. Dealt with Phil and James the GM. Both know their stuff and are very accommodating. No high pressure sales, no confusing lingo to make you get in above your head. A straightforward dealership with professionals working to get you the best deal.Stop in, take a test drive and see what their best offer is. I had been on the hunt for a 2014 Volvo S60 for a few weeks and and saw that they had one available a Kerbeck Subaru. I live approximately 1 1/2-2 hrs away so I wanted to make sure that this would be a worthwhile trip. I arrived there at 4pm and literrally by 6pm I was driving away in my new car! Never have I put the words pleasant and car dealership together in a sentence but honestly, this was a pleasant and welcoming No gimmicks, or violins playing... just quality service and conversation. Never did I have a wait for long periods of time. Everyone was just great to be around. Both Lee and Matt did a great job and I am so thankful! Thanks you guys!

But I bought a certified Subaru and salesman offered a complimentary first oil change service as a courtesy. when I was gonna get it, guess what? nothing!!! salesman was not with the company anymore and then, they said first oilchange free is only for new vehicles. so if they offer something like that, you better get a voucher or something before you walk away!!hate the fact they promise a lot staff just to make sure you buy!!
Beware, they mustve used force of God to put on my oil filter. I was about to put a screwdriver through my filter until my ford wrench and strap wrench finally broke the torque! If you end up changing your own oil like I do, but you have them perform the oil change on occasion then tell them not to use oil filter wrenches to install it .

With heated seats, sunroof, fog lights, cargo cover & safety net..it has everything I need. Ok, except the newest Wi-Fi connections, etc....Love the service dept. because they respect my attachment to this car.

I had a terrible experience at Kerbeck Subaru. With the intention to purchase a vehicle that same day, I ended up leaving feeling bullied and insulted. Management handled negotiation in a shockingly unprofessional manner proceeding to tell me I should be shaking his hand and thanking him for a deal of a lifetime. continuing to verbalize how he and his dealership is the best corvette dealership in the world. Customer service was very poor, and accommodation was completely absent. Despite my knowledge on the vehicle, I was told I had no idea what i was talking about. with declining an offer that was less than sub-par. I would not recommend Kerbeck unless you are looking for an egocentric, one-sided deal.
Walked into the Dealership today 7/30/16 to look at a 2012 Camaro SS. I fet insulted throughout my experience as first off I was lied to by the Internet Sales Manager Vincent Armstrong telling me he would meet me there and wasnt he also lied about the deal that we were working on. Next was good old Randy the Sales Manager, I honesty thought it was his first day on the job he was pulling numbers out of his you know what that did not add up at all a $25,000 car was going to cost me $36,000. When I tried to explain the deal to him, he got lost in the context. I left the dealership and will never go back, as the so called manager should understand how to treat his clients and not act like an a-hole. Hope this review is helpful!!!

Its a neat dealership, but their parts are way, WAY overpriced. I mean some parts that cost $7.00 at other dealerships cost $30.00+ here. Their mark up is insane. Im sure it carries over into how they sell new subarus and their service costs. I am just a mechanic that uses them to buy parts. They are 4 miles down the road, but I still travel over an hour to buy parts from vineland instead because the prices are insane.

I bought a new 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer here less than two years ago. I recently received coupons from Mitsubishi for service on my car and decided to take my car in for all suggested work at my current mileage (28,000), and also prepare for winter. My Mitsubishi coupons offered an oil change, replacement of engine and cabin air filters, tire rotation, and 27 point inspection for $75. When I attempted to use my coupons I was told that they are not longer a Mitsubishi dealership and they would not honor any manufacturers coupons, or perform and work I may need to have done with my 5 year/100,000 warranty.....at the dealership I bought the car new. I was charged $150 for an oil change and air filters....way too pricey for this work even at a dealership. Also couldnt help but notice that every elderly person waiting to have their car serviced was approached by a salesmen and harassed to do a trade in the entire time they waited. Obviously the last time I will buy a car here or have my car serviced by Kerbeck.
