I normally dread dental cleanings but this experience was actually quite relaxing! Within an hour, I walked out of the office with squeaky clean teeth and no discomfort. The staff was incredibly pleasant and kind. I definitely recommend this office!!

They do have very nice people that work there. Yall are great. The problem is they cannot seem to keep a dentist around very long. So the dentist tells you your child needs to have some work done before getting a retainer after braces. You call to make that appt, but the dentist is no longer there. So they have to try and see if another dentist can figure out what that dentist wanted done. They also overcharge and when you question them on it, they tell you how they didnt submit everything to the insurance company because they knew the ins wouldnt cover it. And Im talking in the neighborhood of $200. Will take my child to the new dentist I found in his own practice who has been around for nearly 20 years and is great. Goodbye RR Dental.

Brush32 of Round Rock is phenomenal.I was very nervous about my wisdom teeth extraction procedure - but everyone in the office helped put me to ease from the very beginning. Dr. Jerry Chiu and DeLaine, from the oral surgery team, are top-notch professionals that will go above and beyond to meet your needs. From scheduling, providing instructions and following-up with your procedure, they made it all super easy. I was very impressed and appreciative with the professionalism, courtesy and quality I received from this office.

Was recommended to Brush 32 by a coworker and I was not disappointed! All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and made the experience stress free and easy. Dr. Shyani was amazing as well and extremely helpful!

I’ve had quite a few dentists caring for my teeth in the past and this office is by far my favorite. The work they do is awesome! They’re so professional, friendly, and go the extra step mile in making sure my teeth look great and feel great! I’ve been with them for a year now and will not go anywhere else.

Sharon does a great job cleaning my teeth. Very personable. If you are new, please ask for her. I love the way my teeth feel afterward.

The office is super clean and they take all the Covid precautions like taking out temperature and making sure we wash out hands. I had a great experience at my first visit at Brush32 in Round Rock! Nathalie was super sweet and made me feel really comfortable. I had to have a filling done and was a little scared of the shot but it wasnt too bad and the dentist had it done really quickly. Hands down my favorite place to go get dental work done. Thankfully my teeth are healthy and they help me keep them clean. Their communication is great and they’re customer service is warm and welcoming. The precautions they are taking due to COVID-19 are great and really appreciated. If it weren’t for their procedure to keep their patients safe during these times, I wouldn’t have gone in to get my cleaning. I’ve switched to them a year ago and I haven’t regretted it thus far!

First desk person was very friendly n helpful. Dental assistant was very informative and let you know what procedures she was going to do and why. The dentist (I can’t pronounce nor spell her name) was just curious and professional as her staff. Yes I would recommend this dentist.

The place is great everyone is super nice and friendly. I hate going to the dentist but from the first time I went in they have made me feel comfortable and now I don’t mind going. We recently bought a new home farther out but I am still coming.

I’m given 4 stars only because I couldn’t get any work done. I chose to finance and the system was down. Bummer!! However, the ladies in the office were great! The dentist addressed all my concerns and I was even thanked for my patience. I look forward to my next visit!!

I have not been to the dentist in years and I was a bit nervous, however, I could not have asked for a better experience than at Brush32. The staff is super attentive, friendly, and they kindly explain the finances if you dont understand them.

Brush32, let me start off by saying that I like this establishment, its clean, the staff are very friendly and nice and they have very good prices or deals for the services they offer, the ONLY reason Im not giving 5 stars is because of the quality of the service I received. I went in today to get a teeth cleaning, the staff were friendly and attentive so my experience started off great, once my cleaning started I noticed that it started to feel a little rushed and that some of the things I would expect to be done during a cleaning werent. For example, I have a permanent retainer for both my top and bottom teeth so I need a special flossing tool, during the flossing phase, to get in to the crevices where the metal covered. Or even a probing of my gum lines, to make sure my gums are healthy. By the time the cleaning was done I left feeling like yes, my teeth were cleaned, but they didnt feel as clean as I have gotten at establishments like castle dental. Upon further examination once I got home, my teeth had just an okay clean look, and not that deep clean type of look you could expect after receiving a good cleaning. Ive been getting dental work done on my teeth for years, so I know what a good teeth cleaning looks like, and as I previously stated, I like this establishment because of the atmosphere and good customer service, they just need to amp up their quality of the service being given, and my review will instantly be 5 stars.

Brush32 in Round Rock has been a terrific experience for my entire family. My husband and I have been seeing them since we moved from Washington 3 years ago. Recently I decided that I had had enough with our pediatric dentist due to recurring issues with one of my kids. In addition, my youngest would never let the pediatric dentist work on her teeth. She was terrified of him so we could never do a full cleaning. It took just one trip to Brush32. They were patient with my littles (6 and almost 4) and worked with them in a way that made it easy for them to accept the entire cleaning process. When we got home my youngest couldn’t stop talking about how much she loved going to the dentist and insisted on brushing and flossing even more. They are wonderful there. I could not recommend them enough.

Was almost 30 minutes late getting started despite it not being very busy. Repeatedly tried to sell me Invisalign despite it only being a minor cosmetic procedure for me and even made me watch a 5 minute marketing video from Invisalign on YouTube while I waited. Didn’t even get a toothbrush to take home at the end. They did do a good job on the cleaning, although I won’t be going back.

Everyone was so kind and patient and compassionate! From my 1st phone call to my visit. I have alot of work that has to be done and a deep fear of going to the dentist, they listened to me, asked me how I felt and why and let me know all my options and that I am in control. If Im freaking out or uncomfortable or in pain we can stop at any point and figure something out. They work with you on your treatment plan and explain everything.As I have alot that needs to be done I will be going back again in the next 2 weeks.I would definitely recommend them.

I have to share my experience with Brush32 of Round Rock, because it isnt often you find such great care all around in the medical world. I had a few procedures done and the care team was so gentle and always checking on me to make sure that I was comfortable and not in any pain. They made the entire (long!) process much more enjoyable than I could imagine dental care ever being. They also have little TVs in the exam stations, so its not your typical boring dentist visit! I cant rave about the care enough, but what really makes this place stand out to me more than anything is their front desk team, specifically Ashley. They are so kind and prompt, and make your appointments seamless from beginning to end. Ashley specifically gets a shout out from me, because I had some confusing billing questions and she was SO patient and kind with me the whole time. I knew there was something I wasnt understanding (turns out my insurance was providing me the wrong EOB, so I had incorrect information from them), but she never made me feel like she was annoyed to walk through everything with me, she emailed me all of the paperwork they had, and provided the best customer service Ive had in a very long time. If youre looking for a dentist in the Round Rock area, you cant go wrong here, they are truly amazing!

As a new patient, I expected there to be more of a wait and paperwork hassle involved to get an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get in right away and the paperwork was minimal.Everyone was very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Ive never been to a dentist that actually showed me xrays and/or pictures taken of my teeth, so I enjoyed finally getting to see what the dentist / hygienist sees. It made my curious, nerdy brain happy. I look forward to my next appointment!

During COVID, they have taken many steps to insure safety. This was my first visit here and changed due to dental insurance change. With regards to process, I had quite a few xrays taken but they weren’t shown to me. The dentist herself did the decalsifying. The assistant was very nice and communicated well. They left polish on my lips which wound up uncomfortable after I left. They used a gel fluoride which was different and I had to spit frequently to avoid swallowing it.

Had very bad experience at Round rock location. They cancelled my appointment twice after a month they got me scheduled. And they cancelled my appointment on that day because i was late by 10 min. Receptionist was very rude.

I went in today for a toothache. Everyone from front office, back office and Dentist were very sweet, helpful and very caring. The hygienist was very sweet, gentle and through. I will definitely be returning and will make them my dental office.....Thank you all at Brush32.

Did a great job with my Dental Anxiety. Very welcoming and Dr. Dawson went above and beyond to connect with me and make me feel as comfortable as possible. They did a great job of taking care of my teeth and helping me get back on track for healthy teeth and gums.

My wife was seen by Dr Dawson this week for a toothache and she LOVED her. She made my wife feel very comfortable which is difficult to do and her staff was amazing. She highly recommends her and I will start seeing her as well.

Visited this location recently for my 6 month check up & loved it! The location is very clean & welcoming. The staff was friendly & very professional. While you wait to see the dentist you can watch TV, definitely helped with the wait and is great distraction for anyone nervous about the dentist. I recieved x-rays & Dr. Dawson went into great detail about what I was seeing & how I could improve my oral health. I did receive 2 fillings which went very smoothly and was handled with great care. Dr. Dawson has great hands when it comes to dentistry. I would love to continue being treated at this location.

I was originally referred to this office by my kids pediatrician and it has definitely been the right fit for us. The front staff is very personable and friendly and the dental staff made my daughters first dental appointments smooth and not terrifying at all. I myself am not a fan of the dentist, but after seeing how well my kids did I scheduled an appointment for myself. They are very courteous, professional and make you feel very welcome. I highly recommend making this office your permanent place for your dental needs.

I agreed to postpone a treatment, due to COVID-19 crisis, but the even the office is closed these days, the responded to my call for help about the pain in about 1 hour. Ms. Sharika handled my request perfectly, from responding to my call within the time frame, calling the doctor to write the prescriptions, all the way to calling my pharmacy with Rx.And to top it, she even made a follow up call to see everything was done correctly.I know Dr. Alyssa Dawson for a long time but Sharika made my day!!

I recently had an appointment at this location, this was my third time here and I just wanted to take the time to provide some feedback. First the office is very clean and welcoming from the minute you walk in, someone is there to greet you with a smile. Most importantly, I had a last minute change in my work schedule during my last appointment. Both Anthony and Karina who I ended up speaking with that day, were very understanding about my situation. I went from having an 8 o’clock appointment, to calling them at 7:30 AM and been able to move it for the same day at a time that was convenient for me. I am not sure how they did it, been that it was super last minute, along with the fact that they are normally booked. But that to me was exceptional customer service, it will keep me loyal to Brush 32 for years to come! Highly recommend 🤓

I really liked my experience here. Brush 32 was recommended to me by 3 people. Everyone is so friendly here. My old dentist’s office was very pushy on trying to sell me extra treatments I didn’t need, but no one tried to solicit me for anything here. In fact, I received free whitening trays for life as a new client.

We have been going to Dr. Caballero for the past 3 years. My children are 8 and 6 years old. They do an amazing job with kids! The doctor and staff are wonderful and friendly. They listen to your concerns and answer you questions with easy to understand answers. I highly recommend them for all adults and children.

Used to be a good locally owned dentist with a great staff. They sold out to a corporation about a year ago. Before then I had the same hygienist and doctor for years. Now its a constant rotation of staff and doctors. They are now also much more focused on selling services that you my not necessarily need.

Clean office with cutting-edge equipment. They are using some type of digital receiver for the oral x-rays not those slides that always cut into the top and bottom of your gums. Personally I got tired of paying out-of-pocket over what my insurance plan would cover for a cleaning. This location charges what your insurance pays for your cleaning so your not getting taken advantage of. The dentist was pleasent and everyone had a gentle touch. Always worth noting in my opinion the rest rooms were clean. I will be returning.

This place is great,I found them online and Im glad I choose them. Upon going to Brush 32 in was very nervous because I hadnt been to the dentist in years. I went in for tooth pain and right away Jasmine made me feel relaxed! She assured me everything would be fine.After discovering that I needed two teeth pulled Jasmine helped me find a financial option that suited me! I didnt have to choose between my health and being over changed. My nurse was Shanon she is great,she walked me through everything she was doing. Dr Wang is very gentle and she got the two teeth causing me pain out in the same day! I love this place and I will return for future dental work! If u dont know where to go, go to Brush 32 it was my first time but definitely not my last!

Amazing!! Like the rest of the human population, I hate going to the dentist. I hate the lecture, I hate the pain, and I hate the inconvenience. But there was NONE of that at Brush32! I had a chipped tooth that they were able to repair immediately, without having been to the office before.
