I speak as a concerned friend of someone renting from you: you state that you cover the insurance, and give the renter a false sense of security. What you fail to inform is you only get the minimum state required liability insurance, but not collision, and you don’t even offer a paid upgrade to add it. Then the forms received from the insurance company have 2 completely different loss dates. If there is something in fine print somewhere please let me know. Can your renters provide their own insurance with the coverages they choose?

Thank you to everyone at Millenium for helping me get into a rental when I needed it most and not over charging. I couldnt be happier with the service. Staff is super friendly and genuinely cares. Renting a vehicle was quick and easy. Its also really easy to renew if you need the vehicle longer.

Rented a Toyota Prius thats in good shape with their insurance for $307 for the entire week! When compared to other car rental places its a great deal! They were fast & professional not requiring an outrageous amount of money for a deposit! I dont return the car for 6 more days but up until this point Im really glad I chose to rent a vehicle here! Best and reasonably priced to rent a vehicle. Customer service is great and folks that work there are honest and helpful. I give it a thumbs up!!

**Warning** Do not rent from this company! They Act like your best friend and they’re going to take care of you and blah blah blah. it’s all hot air. Their car fleet is garbage. They are overpriced for the quality of car that you get. they’re filthy and not cleaned when you get them. I went through two cars in one month that both of them broke down and then they told me I couldn’t get a new car until I paid for the last car that broke down. garbage.

If I could give this place a negative star I would but it makes me give them one. From the start of my rental I got into a completely filthy car which I had to immediately take the car to the carwash n clean it out from top to bottom then the outside as well. I drove from their location to phoenix to a convenience store n then car stop. N the card flashed a caution message. I followed the directions the message said n the car started. I drove the car directly home n parked it, didnt move it until this morning. This morning while I was driving it began to smell gas to the point I feel nauseous. Their customer service is awful n a complete inconvenience

Good for ride share, except the 2008 Prius ....it was dirty as hell.

This company is very relaxed. They were upfront with all their pricing. It may seem expensive but taking into account everything they take care of it is good pricing. They are fast and friendly. I was out of there in an hour. Although I am not renting no more at no fault but my own. They communicate everything through text and email. Which is really convenient. Thank you for the chance I appreciate it .

So far I have not had any issues with their service they were very friendly on the phone and thats why I gave them my business and every time I had a question someone was there to answer them for me. I have not had any issues with the vehicle though the car does have some wear and tear from constant usage and Rental.. I am not complaining I only use this vehicle for deliveries so I dont have anybody in my car that might give me a bad rating for any reason.If youre looking for luxury this is not the place for you this is for Local transportation anywhere in the state, to and from work or for work vehicles. They are a family-owned business and I think thats why they get return customers because they know how to take care of them and give them the right kind of service. For the foreseeable future I see myself renting from them and utilizing their services. My reviews are pretty honest so if sometime in the near future I have a situation where I dont feel accommodated I will update my review but for the time being I am satisfied with my services and Ive been using them for about a month now continuously.☺☺☺

Great staff fast and easy to get into a car. They have a lot of different makes and models to fit your needs. No down payment, no credit card needed runs about 200. Dollars for the week depending on what type of car or truck you get. Highly recommend this place . If you want to keep the car longer you just go to there website and extend your rental agreement. You dont even have to go down there.

I dont think I would ever rent from this place again. My husband rents a vehicle we had our battery die, a flat tire and we lost the key and al times they never could send anyone out to help us. They say call is we can help you and send someone out next time it happens but nope cant send anyone out for four days? Well Im not paying almost $300 week to not have the rental company say I cant help you. Just stay stranded I guess is there motto. On top of that we already paid and cant even use the vehicle I joe they give us a refund form the time we said well pick up the car then since we cant use it. I bet there is someone that will come out to pick up the car ASAP.

I was so so disappointed with the lack of accommodation, the quality of vehicles, and the overall discompassion if the employees. Not only did every I used (3). Have some sort of mechanical issue, but the efficiency and and speed with which my issues were handled is the true issue. I was offered no discount except to give me my money back for the final 2 days of my rental. No discount, or other offers of recompense. I did 1 time lock the keys in the vehicle. I was immediately asked if had AAA 🤔. I thought you’re services were all inclusive? They have an emergency phone number which no one responds to promptly; or at all unless probed. The last thing I was told as I left in my (now 3rd). Vehicle; another garbage Prius with basically no air conditioning. Was and the is verbatim “Bye! I hope I never see you again ! “. With a sarcasm and giggle. I didn’t appreciate that at all. I’ll be returning the vehicle tomorrow Friday the 21st. Hopefully I’ll be compensated for all my hassles. But I doubt it. This company is owned and ran by crooks.

This place is great for renting a car when you dont have a ton of money that traditional car rental places want. Great prices for rentals cars. Great service too. Susan was so helpful and friendly! She got us into a rental and out on the road in no time!

Amazing company and the people that work there are even more amazing. Had an issue with a car and they resolved it in no time. I like the fact that I can talk to them personally and not everything being done through email. I I highly recommend this company especially if youre doing rideshare. Stay away from the company Udrive.

I have driven rideshare for a while and they provided me a vehicle. Never had any problems and they were easy to work with. They had all the inspections done and I was able to start driving once I left the office.

Needed a car and they bailed me out for less than what I could buy and pay for a car on my own. Great staff and easy to work with.

I wouldnt do business with them. They know youre renting the car to do Uber and Lyft, then cut off the car ( without warning) for an oil change, when I took it for one 3 weeks before. They knew I depended on that car, because Im a victim of domestic violence fleeing my abuser, living in a hotel. The manager literally turned off the car, closed for the weekend, told me on Monday it was my fault and charged me 4 extra days and towing fee. Thanks 😊 Millineum Autoshare

I leased a prius to drive rideshare they made it very easy and quick. Best thing of all is I was turned down at Hertz and Maven because I didnt have a credit card and was able to get a nice prius from millenium they didnt even require a deposit. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
