It happened at several offices and I lacked cohesion with my treatment plan. You are always try to make extra money by telling me I have a tooth that needs to be taken out or my wisdom teeth needs to be taken out.The last two times I came in my teeth was not clean properly and I still had issues.My daughter is a flight attendant and have been flying in to see you every six months from New Jersey and you and your staff wait until the day before her appointment and she was already on the flight to Texas and told her she needed to have proof covid vaccinations or a negative covid test. This is the day before her appointment and choose not to see her after she went and got a covid test that was negative that same afternoon so that she could keep her appointment.My daughter called several times that afternoon to speak to dr satish and he refused to take her call.But you and your unprofessional staff will miss my business of 5 years or more. When I came to you I was asked questions about your staff because you couldn’t keep anyone.You didn’t have many clients and begged me to do a review just like I see many are doing.Don’t fall for it!You suck!Edited: 5/10Look at his response. No one is asking you to not take the necessary covid steps. But to say you, your staff and patients comes first means you don’t care about your loyal patients??? Who are we not patients. My mother has been seeing Dr. Satish since he opened his practice and I for the last few years. I was turned away this time around after not being informed that my normal travel to Austin (out if state flight attendant) would disqualify me from being seen with less than 24 hr notice. I’m very hurt by how I was handled having traveled 3.5 hrs just for this appt. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Dr Satish always condenses my visits to the fewest needed which I very much appreciate. Hes very skilled. The numbing process takes longer than the extraction process. My extractions were non-issues, no post-op issues and I left with well fitted bridges in both cases that I could use immediately. Very turn key process. He cares for his patients as does his staff. Highly recommended!

Extremely happy with the service and the staff. Dr. Satish has been taking proper precautions for COVID and I feel very safe when I go there. Also no unnecessary procedures suggested. I will go back for sure. Also, Marcy, the dental hygienist is friendly and amazing at what she does.

Dr Satish is great. He will bend over backwards to help you out. He is quick and gentle. He will give you oral sedation or gas, if you prefer. Gas is more expensive than the oral sedation. Seriously, if you have a dental phobia, like I do, he will put you at ease. I had some very bad experiences with dentists in the past and because of that I never would go to the dentist until I had no other choice. But with Dr Satish, I actually go and get my cleanings 2 times a year.

I had a great experience with Dr Satish and his staff, wisdom teeth extraction was quick, painless and without stiches. There is a bit longer waiting time due to covid-19 but its understandable.

The La Frontera Dental team is phenomenal!During this COVID-19 pandemic, I was nervous about going into any medical/procedural establishment.From the moment I arrived all my worries went away. They go above and beyond: They called to screen before appointment; I waited in my car until waiting room was empty; their friendly staff took my temperature in the lobby; they escorted me back to the room to insure that patients don’t cross paths; they all had surgery grade face masks, with medical grade masks 😷 over them. The second is discarded after and between every patient contact!! They installed high powered UV light filters in their main HVAC system, and had air purifiers in each room. I was SOO impressed!!I’ve since had to go to the doctor and they didn’t even take 1/2 of these precautions. And I know it’s to cut costs. Not Dr. Satish! He’s spending extra on every patient and taking exceptional care of his staff through this crisis.THANK YOU FOR SETTING THE STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE!!!Before Covid, I had nothing but good things to say about this team and everything they do. Now I just have to spread the word. Thank you Dr. Satish!

I have been going to him for years I had a near death experience with another dentist and I require anestesia because of my ptsd, I should have gone to him but I have a tooth to be worked on next week and is a great dentist. So knowledgeable and he makes the procedure so easy... Ive heard horrible things about root canals so i was terrified walking into the visit today.. I should have known he would have made the visit as easy as if i was getting a check up.. Friendly and professional staff. Checkups and cleanings are straight forward. As a new patient, you can fill out forms online, or on an iPad they provide, which is a nice alternative to pen and paper. It looks like these guys are new(ish) and hoping to grow, so give them a shot! I dont think youll regret it.

I absolutely love this practice. Dr. Satish is welcoming, personable, and funny, and the whole staff is wonderful. They were very clear about my dental needs and even took extra time to accommodate my tooth sensitivity. I dont often review anything online, but was so pleased by their knowledgeable and friendly service that I wanted to give them some digital love.

Communication is so poor with the patients/clients. We never able to contact or communicate with Doctor at any point regardless of the reason. More frequently canceling the appointments without doing any communications.

Got my root canal done here recently. Dr Satish made me feel very comfortable during the process. He is really good and knowledgeable at what he does. The entire process was also reasonable. The thing that touched me the most is how much he cares about his patients. We have a 2 month old boy and he gifted him with a wonderful play gym. Something we never expected. I had come in for a root canal treatment and tooth extraction after a not-so great experience with another provider that made me despise getting another extraction/root canal done, but Dr. Thirumalai and his team made it painless and a true pleasure. Since then, me and my family have been regularly visiting Dr. Thirumalai for our dental needs and every time he/his team ensures our needs are thoroughly met. Dr. Thirumalai has the best bedside manner Ive ever encountered in a dentist. Ive done cleanings with his dental hygienists and he removed my wisdom teeth. He always took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure I was very comfortable throughout every procedure. His dental hygienists were also very friendly and helpful.

We liked the service they provided to my son. Previously i went to an another dentist, for some reason he wants to remove the teeth, I was not happy. so i went to consult Dr.Thirumalai he advised that it can be saved, so he did a root canal for cavities and saved the teeth. Been meaning to write this. I started to see Dr. Satish in 2015. He was recommended to me by a friend. He was awesome. First, his staff was super friendly and then I was nervous to see him because I wanted braces but every dentist I had gone to in the previous 8 years would always say that I would need to get my wisdom teeth out first before starting braces. Not only did he disagree but started me on invisalign in just a few short weeks. He was accommodating with the braces throughout the whole process. I highly recommend La Frontera Dental and am so happy with my smile now.

To explain how amazing Dr. Satish and his staff our you should know a few things about me. As soon as I lay in the dental chair my heart starts to race and I feel like I want to get up and run. As soon as the doctor would walk in I am shaking. During the work I am getting done I am tense and shaking and crying. So today as Dr. Satish started my root canal it was the same thing as all the other dentist Ive been through until he realized what was happening to me. He stopped everything! Dr. Satish and jackie asked if I was okay and both wiped away the tears streaming down my face as I burst into even more tears. Dr. Satish left the room for a couple of min and Jackie made sure I was alright and sat me up so I could calm myself and breath. When Dr. Satish came back into the room he asked if I was alright and then told me that he dose not want me to feel this way, not here and offered me nitrous oxid. After leaving the room for a bit longer while the nitrous oxld took affect he came back and asked if I was feeling better. This may not seem like much to some of you that may read this but I was stunned. I was crying and shaking I was not okay and it mattered to him. After the work was done and it was time to leave he gave me a hug and told me that now they know what to do for me. Jackie was just as kind she let me crush her fingers and wiped tears from my eyes and said that this is not how they want to do business and that we would figure it out so its not like this every time. So to say the least La Frontera Dental is my dental place for as long as they will have me. I cant thank them enough!

What a great office! I chipped a tooth, called the office and was scheduled for the same day. They were running right on time, Dr. Satish fixed my problem in 10 flat. My Aunt was visiting us on international trip, Due to some negligence by her previous dental treatment she developed some serious infection over time. Apparently her pain was excruciating when she was visiting us. I came across Dr Satish through a friends referral, we went there with some nervous as my Aunt had lot of pain and she was on a trip with minimum insurance. However Dr Satish took care of her problem with comfort and made her ease at surgery time by even playing a song from some South Indian movie that she fond off... She was well taken care at very reasonable price as well. I highly recommend Dr Satish for any dental related diagnosis/treatment/surgery.

He was also able to fix a small chip on one of my front teeth that my last dentist told me was too small to fix. This was all done in only one visit! Dr Sathish and team are very courteous from the very beginning of my first time appointment. Dr Sathish took extra time to explain all necessary information at a very detail level to make sure I am able to easily make a decision about doing a laser surgery Vs extracting the tooth out. His team was very patiently worked with insurance company to take care of the dispute when the insurance company declined to pay.I would recommend Dr Sathish and his team to all my friends and family.

I keep forgetting to leave feedback. I was referred to this office by a co-worker 2 years ago, and it has been the best experience Ive had. The staff is nice, and Dr Satish is great at what he does. He will work with you on prices, and make sure you are completely satisfied with the work that needs done. I had an emergency on Sunday, were my front veneer from another dentist fell off and broke in 1/2. Of course I panicked and called the office and left a message, ( knowing they are closed on Sunday), but I got a call an hour later from Dr Satish to squeeze me in on Monday to take care of me. Ive never found a dentist who will check messages on their off day, call, and work with you to get you in ASAP! I have been going to him for 2 years now, and have never had to wait more than a 1 day go in for something that needed fixing. He has always been very thorough of what he will do, and make sure you are comfy while in the chair. I cant speak more highly of a dentist, and glad I was referred to him. I like how he is a hands on person with running the office, answering the phone, and even cash you out! A visit to Dr. Satishs office is like a visit with Family. The entire staff is warm and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Satish. This was my first time going to the dentist since I was a child and so I didnt know what to expect. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had a cleaning and needed 3 fillings which were done quickly and painless. I also needed two extractions. The first came out easily with no pain. However the second was a little problematic. So much so, Dr. Satish was no able to remove it. I was impressed when he told me he knew his limit and said if he continued it would cause me discomfort. He offered to refund the cost of my extraction but I just purchased a sonicare toothbrush and paid the difference. Dr. Satish was very professional and always asked if I was doing okay throughout the process. He also made a few jokes here and there which relaxed me when I felt nervous or tense. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family that needed any dental work. 5 star service!!!!

My daughter needed to have crowns completed for implants that had been started some time ago by another dentist out of state. In addition, she had to return to college out of state within ten days! Then, to our horror, it was discovered that the implant hardware that had been installed by the previous dentist was discontinued!It was like finding a needle in a hay stack, but Dr. Satishs assistant, Christina, RDA, saved the day! Christina worked diligently, calling numerous dentists nationwide until she was able to locate the crowns to fit the hardware. Dr. Satish had the crowns rushed, and complete the restoration work! My daughter was able to return to school on time, and with two front teeth!We cant thank Dr. Satish and his staff enough! It was an incredible experience! Have been having a pain in my tooth for months, this past couple of nights the painwas at a point I knew I had to see a Dentist. Could not sleep due to the pain so Iwent to the internet and typed in Emergency Dental Care- out popped upLa Frontera Dental. Read the positive reviews on Dr Satish and hoped he would or someone in his office would respond to my request for help the next a.m.,Well, I got up early to check my email and I had a response to my email at 5:45 a.mI was so pleased as they said they would see me at 9:00 a.m. Went to the office tolearn that Dr. Satish was checking his incoming email that morning, he was the onewho answered my request-I was impressed. Took me right in and offered meseveral options to treat the Bad Tooth. He did not try to Hard Sell anythingas some of my past Dentist have, I really appreciated his honesty and professionalhandling of my situation.
