Just finished appointment at Rock Ridge Dental. It was AMAZING! WOW! I may need extensive work but Dr. Look and the staff are so professional, kind and thorough it is unbelievable. He is getting me set up to do the work. These people are fantastic to work with. They take all the pain & anxiety out of dental work.

My 8-yr-old needed a baby tooth removed to aid her orthodontic progress and she was very nervous and scared. We went in and Dr. Louk immediately addressed her fear in a way that made her smile, then proceeded to numb her and pull her tooth with all smiles, giggles, and jokes! This same kid left the dentists office saying she had FUN!! I wouldnt believe it was possible if I hadnt seen it myself! Thank you so much to all of the friendly staff and Dr. Louk at Rock Ridge Dental! You guys are amazing!!

Dr. Louk and his staff always take great care of me. I couldn’t be happier. I chipped a tooth and Dr. Louk was able to fix it with minimal fuss and time out of my day.

***update from 1/24***I returned for my dental care and the staff was awesome. They were very thorough and took pictures photos of my teeth (not just xrays). I was extremely impressed with my visit and will be returning for dental care.***update***The staff came and found the error. I will be going back to have them provide me with service and will provide another update. The staff was very transparent about the mishap.************1/17Wish I could provide a better review. My appointment was at 1:30 PM today and to my surprise after waiting almost 30 minutes, no one has arrive to building. I heard they were good but I guess Ill never know. I took off work to be here. Hopefully if anyone shows, they will provide excellent and untrusted services.

Dr. Louk is a very professional and skIlled dentist. I have been his patient for 5 years or more and he has provided a filling, bite guard and crowns. He uses the latest imaging equipment and techniques and I never feel pain or get apprehensive about an appointment. He is honest and does not try and sell you on procedures. Everyone at Rock Ridge is so friendly and welcoming. Ive been a patient too long to remember. My wife, daughter and a couple of friends are also patients. Cleanings are gentle and done with care. I had my teeth whitened before my wedding and they still look great. They make you feel like part of the family.

I went in to Rock Ridge dental on 19 Nov. 2018 with the expectation that the build up and crown for my #31 tooth (rear molar) would result in several visits and a less than desirable experience. On the contrary, my experience was fantastic as I quickly learned that the process would be fulfilled within several hours - start to finish. They respected my time and took care of my issue promptly and professionally. What a positive customer experience. I would strongly encourage others to engage in the Rock Ridge dental practice as they truly embrace a practice of exceeding the customers expectations and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Clean and updated office (love that I can watch/listen to the TV while they work on teeth, it makes for a great distraction). They have nice/understanding/helpful receptionists, love my hygienist (feel like she is extended family), and the Dentist takes the time to make sure I am comfortable, explain things I may have questions on, and is the first dentist I have ever liked (most dentist make me feel bad about the issues I have with my teeth). Highly recommend them to all friends family and even strangers .

I’ve been going to Rock Ridge Family Dentistry for most of my life, literally since I first came to Texas as a kid back in the late 90s. The quality of care has always been excellent, and after Dr. Louk took over the practice in the last several years I daresay it’s become even better with increasingly more modern technology and practices. The staff are friendly and I’m always made to feel comfortable during my visits. I would definitely recommend Rock Ridge to anyone looking for a good Dentist in the Austin area.

My friend referred me to Rock Ridge Family Dentistry after I refused to go back to the dentist after a horrible experience. She actually called and spoke to Dr. Beck and told him about my experience and he actually called me at home to calm my fears and encourage me to make an appointment. I made the appointment and I am so happy I did. I have been a customer since then.Although Dr. Beck has retired. Dr. Jeremy Louk took over the practice and thankfully he is just as great as Dr. Beck. If you need a great dentist Dr. Jeremy Louk is your guy. Not only is he great but all of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Louk is the most gentle and thoughtful dentist that I’ve ever had. He always makes sure that whatever dental procedure he does, that I am comfortable and painless, down to the little details of lip balm on my lips or pillow under my neck! He lets you know exactly what he’s doing, what to expect, and how to care for yourself afterwards.I trust Dr. Louk to only do necessary procedures, he will not tell you that something needs to get fixed when it really doesn’t. He doesn’t overcharge either.The most extensive procedure I had with Dr. Louk was a tooth implant. If you ever had one, it’s a lengthy process. I had it done over a period of a year and it’s working great and it looks amazing. And the whole procedure was worry- and pain-free for me beginning with the old tooth extraction.The office staff is super kind and nice to work with. I love Bea! Also, I appreciate the reminders and confirmation via texts.

The Rock Ridge team is great and Dr. LOUK does a fantastic job making a nervous patient feel comfortable and relaxed. I recently had a cracked tooth that required a root canal and a crown. While I suffer from a VERY high level of anxiety at the mere mention of any sort of dental visit, Dr. Louk and his team did a fantastic job of putting me at ease and assuring me that all would go well. They even over communicated my fear to the endodontist (Dr. Simon) who performed the root canal. Truth be told, I even fell asleep during the procedures! I could not recommend the team at Rock Ridge Family Dentistry, and also ATX Orthodontics, highly enough.And a special thanks to Ms. Ali Calkins, RDA for calming presence. :)

Several of my older crowns and fillings had reached the end of their life span. They had started to wear out and cause problems. I was referred to Dr. Louk by my periodontist, so I figured hed be really good. They have the latest in equipment and techniques. And, his office is easy to get to in Round Rock. Dr. Louk made a thorough initial exam, complete with close up photos of all my teeth. That way I could also see the issues that needed attention. He created a 3-phase plan, prioritized with the teeth that needed work the soonest. By now, Ive completed 2 of the 3 phases, and will finish the third phase in the next two months. Now Ive got new crowns and porcelain work. Everyone in his office excels at what they do. Two more things that stood out to me: Dr. L and his staff were VERY meticulous about the way crowns fit, so that my bite is even on both sides, and floss goes between the teeth OK. AND, the injections of anesthetic hurt the least of any dentist Ive ever been to. To me, this is huge. Highly recommended.Update December 2017: Still Highly Recommended. This past week I went there twice. Once for a cleaning which was outstanding, and another time because an old molar crown broke. Dr. Louk and his team made a new crown for me. They finished the whole process -- including making and fitting the new crown -- in about 2 hours. It fit perfectly with no adjustments. They were able to work this fast and accurately due to a milling machine that custom makes crowns in their clinic. They let me watch the machine make my crown,. It was amazing. If there were 6 stars, I would use all of them to rate Dr. Louk and his team.

Two fillings replaced in about one hour, headphones to drown out the drill sounds. Excellent service!
