I was so excited to get my nails done for my Graduation and i chose Sassy Nails. My nails were an almond shape with a simple white French tip. The nails were horrible and I will never go back. EVER.

I decided to try this nail salon out as it’s close to my house and my sister’s wedding was this past weekend. I made sure to be clear with exactly what I wanted so there was no confusion.It seemed like the lady was new and had noexperience whatsoever. I wish they would have told me this to begin with as it was a big occasion which I’ll never forget.I had to go to my sister’s wedding last weekend with nails a 7th grader wouldn’t even be proud of. Not only this I still feel pain with how she filed my nails.Would not recommend, especially with a big event coming up.

I have been going here for a very long time and this past time I went I was very upset with the quality of service I received. I got a basic gel manicure and I needed previous gel removed. When removing the gel the lady filed away almost all of my nail instead of soaking off the gel which I asked her to do and she did not. While filing off the gel she broke 3 of my nails and caused a lot of pain to my nails as well. After completing my nails which were not painted evenly and unevenly filed, she told me my nails were extremely thin which is why they looked the way they did…. Even though she filed all my nails down and broke them. I am not typically the one to complain about my nails but this was just upsetting. I will most likely go back later this week to try and get what’s left of my nails fixed

Do not go here! I have been going here for months and this last time I went for my SNS, I had to return twice from an easy break and crack. When returning, I explained that the dip was thin. The technician told me, it was fine and looked good after I repeatedly asked to have more dip applied to all my nails. Also, the nail she repaired was too thick and uneven. If you want to be just another person for monetary gain, go here. I plan to get services someplace else. I am a great tipper, your loss! Goodbye!

The prices are not posted, Im charged something different every time I go. The last two times Ive had new people doing my nails. This last time I had SnS and they started chipping the very next day. I wasnt happy about that since I just spent $140 the day before, which includes a $20 tip! Now, my nails are turning black, like some sort of fungus. I have to dip them in bleach to make it go away. I am so upset about this, I almost have no words.

I would not recommend coming here. I felt so uncomfortable. They used the same tools from one person to another - weren’t cleaned. I hadn’t realized it until she started doing my pedicure and I’m not a confrontational person so i just sat there paranoid. I have no idea if that other person has a toenail infection and she just used the same tools on me.I only came here bc I got a certificate to this place and I didn’t want to drive all the way to Hutto today to go get a pedicure. Absolutely regret that decision.

My pedicure was amazing and the staff was super welcoming. Which meant a lot since I brought my 4 month old in and I was worried about how they would feel about that. But they were great.

Poor quality, not sure what has changed but I wont be returning. I have been a long time customer but the past 3 times, I have been unhappy with the results. I have gel polish on my cuticles, bare spots on my nails and uneven polish. I also paid for the pedicure with the longest massage and it was the fastest pedicure I have ever had. I feel that it was a complete waste of my time and money.

So unprofessional! Filed my nails instead of using nail remover for gel. Now my nails are thin and breaking.

The only time I have ever gotten SNS that started chipping and breaking within a week. (I’ve been getting SNS for over three years and it always lasts 3 weeks to a month!) When the 2nd and 3rd nail started chipping and broke, I went back and Sarah who said she was the owner/manager informed me that SNS NEVER lasted more than 2 weeks and she refused to repair the 3 nails that were chipped and broken.

Lady sat in her chair the whole time, I couldnt tell if she was a customer or someone who worked there. I strictly will NOT go back just because of the poor customer service. I NEVER leave reviews. I felt like I needed too after today. Do NOT go here if you want good customer service.

Very impressive in decoration ! The salon is clean and best sanitized ! Its conquered my heart on the first time I came with my wife to prepare for our wedding ! The salon is professional in Shellac, Pink & White, SNS Dipping Powder . Ask for the nails tech named Quynh or Andy, you will not disappointed !

I had a Deluxe Pedicure. I tried this salon for the first time. Its more expensive compared to other equal or better local salons.BTW, this is from a male perspective.

My baby had mincure yesterday half of it gone today and they not scientist nothing, pedicure not good at all, after more than a years I was excited to go to salon but I feel now I put me and my family in risk of get covid plus waste of money .

These ladies are very fast! I brought my daughter to get her nails done and they got us right in. Offered me a mimosa while I waited! I declined due to me being the driver but it was nice to be offered. My daughter nails came out beautifully! Highly recommend this place!

The lady doing my pedicure is extremely friendly and so far from what i see is very good at her job. The gentleman who works here is completely unfriendly. All in all not a bad place. Prices are decent and they offer you a drink while you wait.

Great selection of gel nail colors! Usually pretty quick always multiple people on staff. They do offer you cold bottles of water and have a nice waiting area. I have been here multiple times I prefer the men that work here they have always done a better job and tend to more kind. They do take reservations if you need them but I havent needed them in the past.

I only put 4 stars because one of my nails are crooked. But other than that, they’re professional and very polite.

Fast, efficient service, and my nails look beautiful! Ive had SNS at another salon and it was bubbly, bumpy, but these are sooooo smooth and shiny. She got the shape right and I was out quickly. Will be back!

This morning, I arrived at Sassy Nails 20 minutes before they opened and waited in the car. I had a busy morning of errands ahead and wanted to get my fill out of the way first. At 9:30am, I walked in and signed in. There was a lady in the back who said hello and continued putting away towels. I knew I was very early so I sat down to give her time. What happened next was beyond hurtful . I’m a 27 year old African-American woman and I was dressed comfortable (hoodie/sweats). As I sat and waited, a Caucasian woman walked in and was also greeted.. she was asked what services she needed, and she replied SNS. The Sassy Nails worker began preparing her seat as the woman explained to her that I had arrived before her (information the worker already knew). She ignored the woman and my presence and began servicing her without even acknowledging me or inquiring about the services I needed. I quietly got up and walked out to my car. I’ve never been discriminated against and I honestly never imagined it would happen so close to home. It’s 100% disgusting, unacceptable, and wrong. As a business owner myself, I treat everyone regardless of skin color with love an respect. Thank you to Joe Nails down the street for doing just that for me after such a disgusting experience at Sassy Nails. I refuse to invest a penny into that kind of discriminatory behavior.

Love the girls, they always do an excellent job on my dip SNS nails. They almost always offer refreshments and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

Its really hit or miss here depending on the service you get and the person you end up with. The pedicures are good all the way around though. Got acrylics done on my nails about 2-3 weeks ago and they were awful! But I went back today and got SNS powder and the guy did an amazing job, they look perfect.

Ive tried this place 1 time but I had an awesome experience. Staff were freindly fast and did a great job Ill definitely go back again.

The service was excellent and quick. I always enjoy getting my nails and brows done. The ladies are always nice.

The people there are very nice, BUT every time I get my nails done it’s never busy, and I feel like they’re rushing to do my nails every time so I can leave as fast as possible. I asked for a very simple coffin nail with grey SNS and the lady barely put any clear coat on my nails so it came out sporty afterwards. Then she didn’t shape my nails correctly, and two of them fell off within a week because her glue bottle ran out and she decided to put the nail on with the slightest amount of glue. They knew it would be for my prom so instead I went to Bliss Nail Bar and they fixed everything right up.

The salon was very clean. Great chairs. Our Mani and Pedi were great. My daughter, myself and my great niece all went together. All three of us were very happy with the services we purchased. Great artwork for nails too.

I am a regular customer and have always found the staff capable, professional and artistic. My nails always get compliments. The salon is peaceful and inviting, with meticulous detail to cleanliness. We have had 4 generations in for pedicures at the same time.

My niece got a gel manicure and a pedicure and it turned out ok. I got a pedicure and I wanted a design on my toes and the results looked nothing like the picture I showed her. Also, they ask you to sign in when you get there using your cell phone number... be prepared to get spam text messages from them!

Sassy Nail is a great salon. My nails always look great! They are always friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend them😊

Relaxing music, spa centered environment. Staff very quiet enabling a peaceful environment. The color scheme and extended massage just added to the ambiance of the experience.

Every time I go there they do my nails perfect, just the way I want them, and they always do my eyebrows perfect. On top of that the staff is incredibly friendly.

If I could give no stars I would...tip put on crooked -asked to be straightened out she said she would when filing...didn’t happen. Product was thick and could see the ridges from drill!!!! They tried to fix...to no avail. 2.5 hours later I left...😢

I got shalack mani and my 4 yr old got a mani pedi with designs all for $55 they have cute little girls chairs and have Capri suns the lady was so nice a patient when another employee came to do her toes she got scared so the First Lady did all of it for her my lady did my entire set standing! While i sat in a pedi chair to be next to my daughter but get done quickly! Will be back the quality was on point with my French tips and my sisters acrylic set was perfect
