The ladies that work here are very sweet and kind! The lady that did my nails and pedicure was very kind and did an OUTSTANDING job! Will definitely come back!

This is my all time favorite place to get my pedicure. They are friendly and get to know your name. I have only had nothing but amazing looking and feeling pedicures here, over the last five years. Maybe, sometimes make an appointment if you are on a schedule:) otherwise they love walk ins.

I was left sitting for 20 min for my worker, only to find out that they were ill and I was not told. The manager should have been on top of this. I was not offered another worker or anything. Fire this manager this is an inexcusable mistake. I have been going here for awhile but I will not return here. Very bad manager who obviously CANNOT MANAGE.

Terrible experience! This is how my pedicure looks like. I was bleeding from the deep cut into my nail. The manager replaced the girl who did the job, send her to work on next client and she personally finish my pedicure by putting the nail polish on. No apology. Full price. Be careful!!

Ive been going to Studio Nails for years. They are always friendly & clean. The nail techs know me by name and always do beautiful work.

This place never disappoints. John used to do my nails and pedicure every 2 weeks way back in 2013, now I just get a pedicures since my work place doesnt allow acrylic nails or nail polish. Everyone there is super sweet, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The massage chairs are great. They accomodate me bringing in my own color nail polish. They do a great job I never had them cut or scratch me or gash me with any tools. Everything is clean and sanitized from what I can tell. Overall it is a great place, reasonably priced, and quality service.

They are so kind to me! I come semi often and I’ve yet to have a bad experience. :)

What a great experience! Vivian was hilarious and did a great job! I had previously visited a different nail salon and ended up coming to studio nails because the last set lifted after less than 2 weeks... Vivian took her time to make sure she listened to what I wanted and then took even more time to perfectly execute it. Thanks y’all!

I went here for the first time with my mother, sister, and daughters. Best experience ever! They took good care of all of us (we had an appointment). My manicurist Terri added one tip instead of 4 or 5 I thought I needed (which saved me money and trouble later because I have to remove it next week), and did an amazing dipping powder. She explained every step of the way and I really appreciated it.

I go here every 2 weeks. I gave the same 2 people work on my nails and feet. I have to admit if they were not there, especially Lisa who does my nails, I probably would go somewhere else. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because as others have stated sometimes theres a wait even with an appointment. But I have found this to be the case in any salon where walk-ins are welcome.

This was the worst experience ever. I brought two people with me for girls time and all 3 of us were cut up pretty bad. One week later, I am still in pain. Each of my fingers has a long and deep cut on them and it is torture to type, floss, and run water over them. Please save yourself some agony and go somewhere else. When we went back in all we got was Sorry and here is some cuticle oil. That did not help with the pain. Again, dont go to the Studio Nails and Spa, they are brutal with your fingernails.

I went here on two separate occasions in hopes that this would be a place I could come to often since it is so close to my house, but this is not going to be the case.I wanted to take my young girls in to get their first manicure as a cute mommy/daughter time so I called ahead to make an appointment as there were three of us. I was told to come in at a certain time, which we did, then we waited. We waited about 15 minutes, to which I wondered why I made an appointment.The staff was nice and the store is clean. There was not enough room at the tables when it was our turn so I had to sit at one of the pedicure chairs, away from my daughters. They kept insisting to not give my daughters full manicures and just trim and paint. I agreed as they seemed busy and my girls were still happy to have that. The whole process was very rushed. They were friendly but rushed.The second time we just decided to walk in, with four of us for pedicures and we again waited for about 15 minutes before being seated. This time though we waited for 45 minutes with our feet soaking before anyone came over. Mine was completely rushed and not done properly or completely.Overall, I do not recommend unless you like only having sub par service and being rushed due to over booking and understaffing. They are pleasant and its clean but I really wish they could have delivered on service.

I LOVE this place! Especially Kim! She always does me right and I LOVE my nails afterward. I always get SNS and Kim is the only reason. I had tried it before at other salons and hated it because it kept cracking on me. After Kim convinced me to try it again and I had no cracks, I was sold!

I feel like this review is necessary. In turns of an over All spa the staff is nice, but service is limited. The pedicure I received was good. No complaints about that at all, other then that I felt like my seat was so far up, but anyways as for getting nails done here I would suggest to don’t. I posted below on how I wanted my nails to look and how they turned out. Keep in mind I did show them the picture and told them I wanted my nails to look exactly like it, mid way through painting my nails the gentleman chose the wrong Color and didn’t ask me about it until he was about half way done, then when my nails were finished he used gel instead of powder and told me after he finished that I should’ve used power instead of gel. Again i didn’t specify what I wanted I just asked him to make my nails look like the picture, as for the overall experience I felt it was poor he kept on switching spots over and over even through we were already half through the process, I’m always open to trying new experiences but I will not be returning. Not to mention they cute my finger and didn’t even give me a discount.

So I went here because both reviews were good but trust me it is AWFUL!! I have never left a review before but I have to warn people. I got a manicure and my eyebrows done. The lady was extremely rude!! I have polish on my fingers she didnt clean off and as I was leaving I felt something on my bangs and when I reached to brush it away it was wax in both eyebrows she didnt clean off. When I asked for something to clean it off she handed me a tissue!! You cant clean wax off with a tissue. Manicure and eyebrows cost me $36.00 - this is the first time Ive never left a tip - Ill NEVER go back - not even worth one star!!

Got off work early to arrive by 5. One hour later she’s not even started my polish! Advised manager I needed to be out by 6, which won’t happen. Tech was on her phone a few times . Going to another salon when leaving here to get nails done. Not good service and high prices. Highly recommend you choose another place.

If you can find somewhere else to get your nails done, do it. This place wasnt hell or anything (it appears to be clean so Im not giving it only 1 star), but I dont think its worth it for the money. I pretty much just paid someone $23 to trim, paint my toe nails, and tap on my legs for 5 minutes.Whenever I sat down I asked for the very basic pedicure. My technician goes, Ok. So, $28 pedicure. I disagreed and told her that I had called earlier on in the day and was told the basic pedicure was $23. She goes, Oh yeah. Thats for little girls. Its a quick pedicure. Quick it was. Totally pointless and my paint job on my toes looks like I did it... and I am seven months pregnant and cant see my feet. She also continuously used the nail tools (nail file AND cuticle cutter) she was using on my feet to scratch her face. DISGUSTING!As I sit here and wait for my bad paint job to dry, Im a bit irritated that I just didnt go to my normal nail salon a little bit farther away. I normally tip very generously, but probably wont tip more than $1-2 and definitely wont be coming back.

This place does not take care of their regular customers. I went in yesterday to have one of my nails fixed (done by this salon) but they asked me to “come back tomorrow”. Had I been getting a mani/pedi I would have been taken care of right away...I understand my one nail doesn’t cost as much as a mani, but I should still be able to get it fixed with no problem. I will be in search of a new salon.

After spending 30 minutes on google trying to decide on a place to get my nails done in Round Rock, I ended up here. Best manicure Ive ever had! I told the lady I have bad cuticles and she worked on them so well! Ill be back.

This place is awful! Made an appointment the day before. Got there 5 mins before was told 5 mins. Several other ladies came in and were taken back before me this went on for 45 mins before I left. Each time someone would come up and say 5 more mins! Why make an appointment? I was asked 4 separate times would I like gel or pedicure and declined since I made it for a fill. Dont waste your time. Go elsewhere for an extra few dollars!

I came out here to get my eyebrows waxed. Im not from here and I usually get them threaded. First off threading costs $11, they charge $10. The lady was very incompetent. Im paying for a wax yet your so unskilled your using beauty supply razor. She barely used wax at all. I let her try multiple times. DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE. I did pay because she did try her best unfortunately her best is substandard. It looks like I did it myself so basically its horrible. Worst place ever. I will never return to this place again. I wish I could give a --5 stars cause Im very upset so upset Im in my car writing this review outside this shop. Im livid. INCOMPETENT and SUBSTANDARD SHOULD BE THIS SHOPS NAME

Dont get waxed here! I got my eyebrows done. The woman didnt make any effort to clean the extra wax off. Two days later my skin has broken out where she waxed (Ive done it before and never broken out) and its looking suspiciously like staff. Now I get to go to the doctor, because who doesnt like infections around their eyes.

Always have to wait 30 minutes or more just to get waited on. I dont know why I keep coming here, frustrated everytime I come.

Do not go here. Messed up my nails bad and my eyebrows. Save your gas, money, and time and go somewhere else.
