Honestly, I trust almost nobody to cut my hair and after months of trying horrible places I have found a place to go and feel confident. My first experience was exceptional and Sam is super cool! Great eye for details, knew exactly what to do and fluently. Like a few flicks of the wrist!! Thanks for a bomb experience and I will be back!!!

I first sat in Sams chair when I was 9 years old and here we are nearly 25 years later. During that span, Ive been to a handful of different barbers out of convenience (closeness to my office), availability (Sam is EXTREMELY popular) and location (stints in which I didnt live in the Sacramento area). My hair is not complicated by any standard. I sit in the char and say, 3 on the sides, fingertip length on tip, high fade and for one reason or another, NOBODY could get this write. But no joke, Ive NEVER had to tell Sam what to do with my hair. The man has a gift. If my haircut was outdated, hed UPdate it. Did someone else screw it up beyond recognition? Hed fix it. Did I come in with a beard this month? Boom, trimmed.So, like the prodigal son, I finally made the decision to end my ceaseless wandering and return to Sam whereupon he greeted me with open arms, slaughtered the fattened calf, gave me the robe off his back and gifted me his signet ring (okay, a little melodramatic). But seriously, Ill never go to any other barber now and I couldnt be happier. Yes, hes definitely on the pricier side of a haircut (you could get TWO cuts from a sports-themed barbershop for men for the price of ONE from Sam) but hes worth every penny. Okay, at this point, stop reading. You already know you want to book him, so stop being stupid about this and just do it already. You and you magnificent hair will thank me later.

Sam has been my Barber for 15 years and with good reason. He is professional, considerate, fun to be around, and is exceptional at his work. I drive from Sacramento every time I need a haircut, no exceptions. I highly recommend his services.

I was in from out of state visiting friends and family and needed a hair cut. After not finding any barbers that would take walk ins, I found Barber Sams. Sam himself cut my hair and cleaned up beard at a fair price. Excellent work and great company. I might add that Sam has great taste in sports teams also!!! BRING CASH! Walking in and seeing it busy was a great sign. Leaving with a great cut confirms the five star rating! They dont rush but its time well spent.

Walked in on Monday afternoon turns out the shop was appointment only. As I was leaving the barbershop the owner came running after me and he was so welcoming. He filled me a spot in his schedule and got my haircut.Owner seem to have a lot of experience in cutting many different types of hair and was able to understand what I was looking for. Nonetheless I got my haircut perfectly and I will be going here from now on.

I was in the area for a few days, and needed a haircut. Always a risk, in that situation, but I hit the jackpot with Sams. Super friendly staff and a great haircut! For bonus points, they are open earlier than other places in the area.

Right away I felt welcomed when I walked into the barber shop. The atmosphere is amazing. Sam is a great guy and he knows how to cut hair. I will not get my hair cut by anyone else. Sam has earned my trust and I will continue to have him cut my hair.

I recently moved to Rocklin area and I was looking for a Barbershop that accepts walk-ins. After I stepped in they were very friendly, even when Sam was leaving he offered donuts to take home and share with my family. I like my haircut and definitely I recommend this place cause they take care about customers.

Only 2 people work here. It is a great business and the guy Sam is nice and down to earth. $16 and excellent haircut 10/10 would go again.

Sam has been cutting my hair since I moved to Roseville, it has been 12 years now. He has cut my hair and I am always pleased with it!!! He has been cutting my sons hair his entire life, my son is now 7.He is a good man, he has a good barbershop, and its always fun to be in his shop and get a great haircut.

I am new to the Rocklin and was in need of a haircut, so I tried Barber Sams. I have found my new barber. Sam cut my hair himself, and it is the best haircut I have had in almost 10 years. The shop is large and clean and lots of parking.
