First time here on a recommendation. Went for a wash/cut/style and seen Anne/Annie. Explained what I was looking for (get the same cut 90% of the time), showed some pics of long layers and side bangs and ended up with the WORST cut I have EVER paid for! I am extremely sad to look at my hair, and cannot do much with it except get it fixed somewhere else- which means it will be even shorter😥 Ended up with choppy cuts, and unblended layers. The worst part is, my side bangs are actually short bangs- as in, she cut them too short, and straight across! Not blended into my layers, and not just on the side. I cant even get them in my ponytail...I am truly sad. I have curly hair, so you can imagine how short, straight bangs look. Its going to take a while to grow out. I could have got a better cut at a lower end hair place. Maybe others there are better, but not her. I think if one is looking for a specific and/or trendy haircut, stay out of this shop. No skills.

My boyfriend and I went in as walk-ins. They were booked for hair appointments. However, we were able to get our eyebrows waxed. The lady took a pleasantly long time to do them. She made sure to do her best. We ended up with a couple hairs missed. Nothing that I was unpleased with. The total only came to $12 per wax.

Aubrey was amazing!! Never had my hair styled and she did a beautiful job!! I found my new stylist!! Trust worthy honest friendly I give her 10 stars as well as the salon!!! Love this place!

Ive been going here for YEARS...since i was a kid. Keith has been cutting my hair since i first decided to cut a roundbrush out of it when i was little. You wont regret any of the stylists though. Very reasonably priced for a haircut

Wont be a regular. I went with specific wants (had the specific colors and haircut I wanted in pictures) and the results werent near what I asked and paid for. Had to go back the next day and they still messed it up &I STILL had to pay for it the 2nd time! Im still dealing with my hair now to be able to grow enough to get it EVEN! Nonetheless styled/colored how Id like..

It would be lees than one star if it were possible! I took my daughter to get highlights for her on 16th birthday. When we left this place my 16year old looked like a 60year old...I did not flip out on the lady who was on her phone & letting the timer go on & on because I did not want my daughter to feel self-conscious about her hair!Beware of this place if you care about how your hair looks to other people who love you & dont want to hurt your feelings because your hair will take an unexpected odyssey!

I have been going there for a few years. Anna always does a great job. Very energetic & fun. I will never go anywhere else!

This place was amazing! Im new in town and have been desperate to find an affordable, professional and friendly salon--and this is it! I called ahead to check that walkins were ok--both walk ins and appointments are taken but its always polite to call first, and the person who answered was friendly and welcoming. I found the salon, its a cute little gem hidden away in a plaza across from Macomb Mall and its so beautiful inside! Everyone was super upbeat and they all had such beautiful hair, so you know its good. The girl who cut my hair was so approachable and kind, and she did a fantastic job. I was astounded at the kind of service I received for the price I paid. I loved it! I got a lot of compliments on my hair :). Will definitely be going back and have recommended this salon to my girlfriends!
