I highly recommend checking in online prior to visiting because the wait time was pretty spot on. I was helped by Meri and she was awesome! Super professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my haircut.

Had my haircut by Lee Ann today. She is the manager and a great stylist. I suggest you go here. Get the MVP treatment too. Sure will be nice to get the stupid masks off and Newsoms dumb restrictions lifted. That nutcase, supposed Governor; single handedly ruined CA small businesses the past year or more. GO support Lee Ann and her store. I went to see Lee Ann again in August and she leads the gang with a good attitude and spirit. Support her store.

I just went in today after receiving a free MVP haircut card from Maureen a month or 2 ago. I have to say, the service was excellent. She was very friendly, payed close attention to detail, and gave me the full MVP experience. One of, if not the best haircut of my 20 year life. I would highly reccomend requesting Maureen on your visit! 😎✂

App said arrive at 3:45 which i did. Checked in was told another 9 minutes and that I would receive a text. Waited outside another 20 minutes decided to leave. Still have not received the text 45 min after the arrive time stated by the app. I understand times are tough but a better understanding of time needs to happen.

I went here with the intentions of getting my hair trimmed with scissors on the sides and back. I told my stylist that and she decided she wanted to take a lot more off the sides than we originally agreed. Now I look like a mushroom. My special needs cousin could’ve done a better job. So now I’m stuck with wearing beanies for the next couple months, wouldn’t recommend coming in especially if you have longer hair.

I have been coming here since opening day! Since then I have seen a bad group of ladies (Gossipers) get replaced with a awesome group of women. One particular stylist has always provided outstanding service to my two children and myself. Today I experienced a major appointment discrepancy with the online check in. This is the third error with online check in the last six months, each time effecting my personal obligations. I cant depend on the appointments here and I dont have a extra hour or two to throw away so I will go back to my local Barbershop that cuts hair just as good and keeps their appointments on point! I hope they fix this because the staff here deserves consistent quality of operation to keep their customers.

Ive been going here for about 11 years. And its hard to find a complaint of a haircut during that time. These ladies are professional and theyre very sweet and kind. Theyll take care of your hair and if you dont like it you can always come right on back and they can do some more work.

Went in with husband for his haircut. We are huge SportsClips fans for our haircuts.On Sunday, we did an online check-in as we knew the wait time was going to be long. After checking in, the wait time jumped to 2 hours, which is normal. When we heard them tell the employees that any other customers that come in, tell them we are not taking anyone else. This was at 1230pm. After hearing this comment and heard employees had an early schedule, he stood up and walked out. If customers are not your priority, you dont need our business. Went to Jerseys haircuts and brews instead. If Im correct, arent you supposed to take customers until closing time, not when there is a long wait?

Biggest downfall is often the wait time. They are supposed to be rolling out a reservation system online. It also depends on who cuts your hair. I have been butchered by some who leave me looking like my blind grandmother cut my hair on a ship during a hurricane. You cant go wrong with Stephanie. She always has customers stacked up and waiting, even when the other employees are sitting around hoping for business. She is worth the wait if you want to make sure you walk out of there with a good cut.

I was told that there was two individual before and there is a 35 minute wait. No problem sign me in I will be right back. After a few minutes I come back and several new clients arrive. They helped them first. Then it was my turn and they took their time cleaning there areas before somebody would help me. Could it be discrimination? Maybe. But I will never return here again.

My go to hair cut place. Constant staff turnover but I always get quality cut and care. Very welcoming staff.

Awesome atmosphere, especially if youre a sports fan, like myself. My hair requires nothing too fancy so its not very easy to mess it all up, although Ive seen it done before, but definitely not here.

I just dont like the idea of a barber shop chain. Yes, they do have long waits often. All my life we had a local barber, almost always a man. The All Female cutters at Sport Clips seem challenged by a mustache. They usually try to upgrade from basic haircut to some extras like shampoo.I go here because it is close to home, but it seems so sterile.

Arrived at 330 and was advised of 35 min wait time I had 4 people ahead of me. So I sat down, and little by little I see the people ahead of me go before me. Then an hour after arrival people who arrived after me who were advised of an hour + wait time were being taken in before me. I have been going to multiple sports clips for a few years and have never been treated like this. And when I asked how come everyone was going before me they said we accidently crossed your name off the list. But you have to wait until we finish this next person (haircut had not begun). This is the last time I will ever go to that location and will be going to corporate about this because this was a bunch of bull crap.

Long wait time, probably waited a half an hour when they said 15 minutes then it took an hour maybe more to do a simple haircut. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
