Extremely regretting having had a haircut yesterday. It pains me to write this comment because the lady who attended me was so lovely and kind but in my request I said that I would like to cut out just “one finger” in size because my hair is curly and I had been growing for months. Unfortunately she cut all my curls very short and I wanted to cry from the moment I was sitting in the chair. My self-esteem was all in my hair. After 10 months of cutting in this unit I dont know if Ill come back again.

Slowest service ever! Was quoted for45 min wait and wound up being 1.5 hrs!!! I then got pushed back another 30 min so one could go on break. I did not get a haircut and wasted 90 minutes. To bad 0 stars isn’t an option!

The haircut was good, but the manager came out and was teaching a client how to give me a fade, The manager was rough with the clippers, she burned my skin with the clippers in multiple spots and it feels as if I was sunburned brutally. It’s been 8 hours and it’s still bright red.

Look for another branch! I was two minutes late and the woman there pushed my reservation back 50 minutes! I was only two minutes late! And she wasnt nice about it.Had to go somewhere else.Never coming here again.

I would give zero stars if I could. My husband brought my son to this location today. We usually go to The Quarry location in which we have very positive experiences. My son was scheduled at a specific time. Upon arrival, they were not greeted and someone came in and was taken first even though that customer said we were first. They still proceeded to take him instead. Once my son was taken to the chair, the stylist was incredibly rude and the end result of my sons haircut is awful. I will now need to take him someplace else today to have it fixed. Therefore resulting in my time and money. Both of which we dont have. Horrible experience!

Great place for haircut and or trim

This is my second time going to this Sport Clips location and I have had nothing but the best experience. My most recent visit, Veronica had taken care of me and I honestly received one of the best haircuts I have ever had. She made sure my cut was exactly what I was looking for and gave me pointers on how to style it and what would look best with what I was looking for with my haircut. Great conversation and great personality made the whole experience very enjoyable and I will definitely continue to come back to this location. 10/10 would recommend.

They were kind enough to squeeze me in at the end of the day right before closing and the cut was above average

They did an amazing job on my hair. As a person of color who has a few scars on my scalp, cutting my hair evenly and making it look good can be difficult. I get great results at Sport Clips every time! The stylists really do their best to make me feel valued as a customer. Id recommend Sport Clips to anyone looking for a great haircut.

Veronica did a great job. Shes very good with suggestions, the trimmer, the scissors, the shampoo and conditioner, and the blow dryer. On top of all that, a very pleasant person. My girlfriend actually complimented my hair after my visit, which doesnt happen too often. Because of that, I will definitely be back!

Got my haircut at this location a number of times and was very pleased and then some new lady cut it and i got home and got made fun and for my birthday party because she did a horrible job. Well, I have had my hair cut here about 8 times. 6 of them were very good. Veronica had been great for 4 of them. But the last 2 were not good. I felt as if she rushed through them. Ignoring what really worked before. Leaving me a flat, long not existent hair style,a poor a disappointing experience to say the leas . I emailed this problem now 2 times with no response. Not sure what thats about.

They make it super easy here. They keep my notes of what I like for a haircut in the system so every time I go back there is never any question or re explaining of what to do. I get the VIP treatment every time I’m there because it’s a guys equivalent to a spa day. I feel refreshed and clean every time I walk out of there and I’ve never been upset with the haircut I’ve received. Jasmyne M is one of the best stylists I’ve had to cut my hair. She’s a great person to talk to and she’s superb at her job and that’s why I keep coming back. Sport Clips really does cater to guys and I don’t see any reason to go elsewhere.

Stopped in close to closing time, they greeted me and fit me in. Very happy with my service and cut from Flora, I will defiantly come back next time after checking in online to make it quicker. Would have been a 5 star experience if not for the other stylist taking over an hour and half on 1 customer, leaving the rest of us to wait for her to stop talking long enough to finish a cut, or flora that got the 3 customers in front of me done and on to me by time she finished 1

This was probably the worst hair cutting experience I have had in a while. The hair cut was really bad, it was extremely rushed, the stylist did not understand what I wanted, ended up doing a uniform cut all over! I was too stunned to say anything, just walked out, probably never going back again.It seems some folks are coming here for the good conversations and all, if thats what you are looking for - go for it, dont expect a good hair cut.

This is a great place to go for a haircut. They do a very good job, and the staff was very friendly. They have some great options for products, and their MVP option sounds very nice and worth a try next time I go in. Would highly recommend trying this place out!

Ive been here twice. Had one good haircut and one poor one. I just got back from the poor one. It was over an hour wait, but that is my bad for not checking in online beforehand. What I dont like is she zoned out and went way to short on one side of my head. Then she went the length I wanted on the other side, and combed it over to cover the short side. I didnt notice this until I got home - my hair is very lopsided (it is literally half the length on one side of my head than the other). Im now trying to fix it myself. I would rather I didnt get this last haircut, even if it was free. But people are human and she made a mistake. I just wish she wouldve told me so she couldve evened it out rather than her trying to cover it up by combing my hair to the side. Hopefully she learns. Ill update this review if I get more experiences here as the two haircuts I had were very different. Ill pay more attention to what the barber does next time so I dont leave with very lopsided hair combed over...

I went there today and I had a great experience with Trudi. I have cut my own hair for a few years now because I never liked the way other stylists have cut my hair, but Trudi did an awesome job. She was very nice and overall I had a pleasant experience. I plan to go again in the future.

I checked in online and it suggested me to be at the sports clips location at 5:56 PM, which was 65 minutes later than initial online checked in time. I was in there on time and while I checked in using store kiosk, it said 14 minutes wait time. There were two other persons waiting in the store. According to the time on the screen, one person was before me, 3 minutes wait time and another person was after me, 25 minutes wait time. When it came to my turn, hair stylist called the next person not me and it showed my wait time on the screen changed to 14 minutes again. Waiting 14 more minutes was not an issue for me, it just didnt feel right!

It is the best place to get a haircut they treat you with the respect that we as the customers deserve and actually try to have a conversation with us which I think is nice

First time going to Sports Clips even though I always wanted to go to one. I am a sporty guy and liked the experience.

Staff was nice but definitely did not leave with the cut we asked for, which was disappointing. The cut we left with was 1 of the trendy cuts you see around but way to short and nothing like the picture we showed. Its like she didnt even look at the length in the picture we showed and she just did her own thing like what shes probably used to doing. Lamesauce.

I was just at the dentist getting cavities filled a few days ago. This place was like that. I felt trapped and couldnt wait to be done. I walked in and got pointed towards the sign-in tablet right away. That was nifty and quick. The stylist was able to see me right away. That felt nice! Downhill from there.Now I know that this stylist has a positive reputation so I dont know what was going on today, but I just want to give some honest feedback. I did not feel connected with or made comfortable. When she was asking about what cut I wanted, she seemed to think my ideas were a bit silly (or at least misguided), but when I said I was open to suggestions, she didnt respond at all. I tried making conversation since I thought if I could have good rapport with the stylist that maybe this could be my new place to go. She seemed mostly uninterested in connecting with me. In fact she connected more with the customer getting his hair cut behind me than she did with me. I actually got cut off when I started talking because she was asking him a question about the conversation he was having. That was fine, but she never came back to what I was saying and I honestly didnt feel like she wanted to connect with me even on a level of what I wanted done with my cut. The cut itself was rough. She apologized for pulling on my hair with the comb, but then continued to do it. I havent had this issue elsewhere so I feel confident that it was because she was rushing too much. Also, when she slid the comb into my hair it was always rough, teeth jabbing into my skin. The cut ended up looking very mediocre. Mainly due to the fact that she went strictly off of my suggestions and not offering any expertise whatsoever. Never had this issue before anywhere else.The hot towel and the electronic massage are very overhyped. They say that they Automatically Upgrade you to the MVP Experience with those features, but it doesnt mean anything because that is what they offer everyone! Its mildly insulting to try to make me think like Im getting a deal.Lastly, the stylist hands me several referral cards so that my buddies can get a free hair cut if its their first time. Thirty seconds later when Im paying she asks me if I have any coupons. She already knew it was my first time at a SportClips, but she didnt offer any discount at all and I ended up spending $19 + tip for one of the most uncomfortable hair cuts of my life.Now obviously Im frustrated, but Im not looking to ruin anyones day. Thank you for your consideration and hopefully this ends up helping and not hurting. Please dont offer me anything to make up for this. I just want to know that my feedback was received and considered.
