I have been going to this place for several years now and I never really had any issues. I urgently needed a haircut so I scheduled it for 4:30 PM on a Saturday. I was eight minutes late to my appointment due to traffic. They would not take me or reschedule me for another appointment. Keep in mind I requested an edge up which doesnt take any more than 20 minutes. This place does not really care about their customers experience and does not take care of loyal customers. I will probably be finding a new barber and I recommend you do to.

I had an appointment with Ethan (My hairstylist), it was my 1st time going to this place. And Ethan was the second person who touch my hair other than my wife., Ive been growing my hair for 3 years and my wife been taking care of it,.. Ethan did a wonderful job--- It was his first time cutting what I asked for- it came out Wonderful! I loved it.. I recommend this place specially to those guys have long hair and wanted some changes put layers and all that good stuff---, this is the right place. And dont forget Let Ethan take care of you and you wont regret the result at the end.

Great place for guys who are serious about their hair! Im growing mine long to donate it, and they had a lot of good advice on keeping it healthy. I like the fact that they also treat customers to a free coffee, beer, or other refreshment while they wait. I look forward to going back when I need hair care done again

Leslie always does an amazing job on my fade. Great atmosphere, clean and they always have an assortment of beverages on hand while you wait which is a plus. Overall they are professional and provide great customer service.

Went to a nearby barber and my cut was left rather incomplete. Saw an experienced stylist here and she was able to properly blend and complete. If you want it dont right the first time perhaps skip the middle man and come straight here. Have a beer while you wait or check out the food options near by.

Haircuts here are first rate, a touch pricy but worth it. Best I’ve had in the area, and I’ve tried four.. Customer service is good too. I had a problem with an appointment, and customer service went the extra mile to both correct it and accommodate me.

Im a slacker with scheduling and can always find someone great to cut my boys hair here. A little pricey, but a great cut every time.

I made appointment for my husband and he had a little trouble finding the establishment and he arrived 7 minutes late for the appointment.He said he apologized and the front desk woman was extremely rude and said that his appointment had obviously passed and they couldnt take him.He explained that he had trouble finding the place and he thought it was on a different side and she scoffed and said yeah well sorry we have to keep our appointments. God forbid a first time customer is late ! Rude.

Refine Men’s Salon at Roseville is a complete joke they over price you for services they don’t provide. I went in for a simple side haircut only. They charged me $40 for haircut + wash. The haircut should have been an average of $20 the most.Plus they gave me a BS excuse of why they couldn’t give me a receipt.I don’t recommend for anyone...

Not worth it in my opinion, hair cut was rushed and she missed quite a few hairs on both sides by the ears. For the price they charge you’d expect a higher attention to detail.

First time, usually hit somewhere like Great Clips. I scheduled an appointment with Ethan. I told him that I didnt know what I wanted to do with my hair, I just wanted to look good, and gave him creative control. He did me up real nice, and I enjoyed a cappuccino and a great conversation with him during the process. Great atmosphere and great staff. I will be visiting again.

What an awesome experience! When I arrived I was greeted by the front desk people who checked me in and offered me a cold beverage. The best part was the haircut I got from Evelyn. She is very friendly and professional. By far the best haircut I have ever had. She also recommended some products that will keep my cut looking great. I will definitely be back to 18/8, and will be re-booking with Evelyn.

Its been a great experience everytime, whether you have a little bit of a wait and get to enjoy a drink or walk right in for an appointment. Danny does a great job.

Lady at the front was just chilling on her phone the whole time I was there. About an hour in total. Hair cut was fine . $40 for the cut then $10 tip. Been there twice probably wont go back to much for an ok hair cut.

My stylist name is Lauren and this was my first time getting facial done from her and I will just say wow it was an amazing job done and hair color was perfectly done with no extra color on my sides or forehead. Definitely going back.

I have been to 18|8 twice now, Heather was the stylist I worked with. I have to say she is one of the best stylists I have used. She did great work on my hair, beard, and waxing both times. 18|8 is a good salon for men, however I wish they would invest in training for their stylists and add chemical peels, it was the one service I could not get.

Im a travel nurse so every 3-6 months I have to find a new stylist unfortunately. I must say Im very pleased with the hairstylist i chose (Heather) and the information and quality hair care shes provided. Shes very knowledgeable about products that work with individual hair styles and for the first time ever my hair was treated with a relaxer and I now no longer have wavy nappy hair! Not attractive on men haha. I would definitely recommend Heather due to her professionalism, talent and overall personality, Im saddened I have to move on to another location....

First off, the employees could clearly see we had entered, made eye contact, and completely ignored us. They were sitting around, the place was dead, and yet we received absolutely no acknowledgement. When we finally were acknowledged, were told there were no spaces available, but again, this place was dead. The woman at the front counter was short-lipped and had a better-than-you attitude. I can tell you right now that kind of attitude wont get you far, especially not with me. Humble yourself and treat people with a smile and respect. You will not be earning mine, my husbands, or any of my familys business as they we all there with me and witnessed it themselves.

Came for my husbands birthday he loved the complimentary beer and the hot towel did wonders to relax his facial hair.

Ive been using 18|8 for about a year now and have had great experiences. Highly recommend Court who has been great with his advice, a pro with his attention to detail and keeps me entertained. Give it a try and if you like it consider the membership option - nice to go in for a cleanup between cuts and save a few $ if you opt for some product now and then.

Nothing like great service and quality work to make your day. Cheerful atmosphere and professional manner. Highly recommend.

The service was great. I really recommend Cassandra there. She took the time to answer some of my questions around hair products and styles. She even suggested a specific cut that really looked sharp.Make sure you have a solid hour for this appointment as they take their time with you. Cheers to the free beer as well.

Provide beer and wine while you wait or for after the haircut. Staff is knowledgeable and knows what theyre doing. If they had a few mixed drinks it would be better.

I got my haircut with Raven and it was great. She gave me tips on how to style my hair and the haircut itself flew by because we were just chatting.I got a robe so that my shirt didnt get hair all over it. Great place.

So the service was okay the haircut was the same. Not terrible but not great. Very expensive for sure from what Im used to. I wont be returning again honestly because the price is too high for what you get.

The trim itself was good, the people were great, they took me as a walk inwhich its becoming harder to find these days.... but you guys lost me on the PRICE...$37 for a straight edge shave &beard trim!!!!no haircut even... at that price I wont be back for a trimthats why I go to Jersey s for haircuts

I usually cut own hair with the help of wife because I am paticular and dont like the results I get from the super/sport cuts places. I was in the mood to try something new and was more than satisfied with my experience. I usually feel uncomfortable in the frou frou type salon environments but this place was pretty chill and the staff was very friendly. The complementary drink is also a plus. If you are thinking of trying this place book in advance I wasnt able to get in the same day when I tried to walk in but they were wide open the next day. Block off and hour to take advantage of the full treatment. I will for sure be back.

I look like Woody Woodpecker after a haircut from Evelyn M at 18/8 yesterday. The first haircut she gave me several months ago was OK but this one is terrible. I have to go to somebody to get it fixed! What a waist of $30!!
