I has a horrible experience at this place, I definitely do not recommend it. After having to wait for them to decide if they wasted to assist me or not, even though they did not have ant customers, I had to put up with them treating me as if I was not paying. When a customer arrived I could compare how the service for me was so different than to the other person. These people did not even wanted to talk to me at all. They definitely dislike people like me that do not look or sound like them. They were successful on making me feel as if my money is not worth. They do not have the sign reserve the right to refuse service but they do apply it through their discriminatory treatment.

So I go to Terri for just a little snip here n there, no problem. Letting my hair grow out so there isnt alot to be done. Took my teenage son in with me and he saw another gal. I specifically told them what numbers to use on the buzzers. That he wanted a fade. OMG they buzzed his hair and we both left UPSET!!! Not cool!! Not going back!!B

I like it here. Kind staff peaceful setting yay!

Haircuts here are done well, Amy was my cutter - have me the choice without asking, of scissors or clipper, which I liked a lot!!! The Lincoln High School endless coupon card brings cost $4 down to $13 which was a super deal!!! Lets split the savings for your tip! The haircut came out better than most & I hope I get Amy again!!

Ive been coming to this location for several years. All Supercuts locations look and feel the same but the staff is what makes this location great.If you need a haircut ask for Terri. Shes hands down the best stylist they have. She has a great attention to detail, she can cut a lot of different styles, and she is fast.

The lady that cut my hair did a great job! I am use to going to the cheapest place I can find, but I can tell the quality of the cut and the way she cut it was so much better than what I was use to getting. Its been a couple of weeks now and my hair still looks and styles great.

Melissa has been cutting my hair here for years. Shes quick, does a great job, and knows what I want. My son, who likes his hair cut differently, has been coming here a long while as well. Im staying as long as she is. :)

You would think barbers whom been there for over 10 years would learn to cut hair but no, you come home and look in your mirror and its a joke.Good place for people with no hair!

15 minutes wait turned into 45 minutes because the girl doing the scheduling did something wrong. Not sure what, but the stylist correcting her had a terrified look on her face. On a Sunday afternoon have more people working or at least have someone who knows the system working the computer.

I went in to get the same hair cut I got on my last visit which happened to turn our pretty good. I showed the stylist pictures of the last cut. This time around my hair was super flat (no style at all). I have pictures to show how bad it came out. The manager noticed I was not happy but instead of asking to see the pictures of what I wanted she asked the stylist “ how much longer are you going to be?!! I looked around but there were no customers waiting so her point was - stop trying to fix the problem and just be done!!!

Really nice people at this location Ive been going here for years, Id definitely recommend it for a decent haircut without paying a huge premium. Best idea is to hit the place up Monday evenings steer clear of the Saturday/Sunday mid day crowd if you want to get in and out quickly

Had the worst hair cut ever! So bad I went into the store after a couple of weeks and gave them a fair opportunity to fix it. Both hair stylist agreed it wasnt right! A simple mans 3 and a 4 cut! The hair stylist that cut my hair was present she would not take ownership of her bad lack of skills! They called the store manager and they would not honor their product! Sad how we spend good money and wear a bad cut!

Very good consistent fast haircuts and usually short waits

Quick and easy. They havent messed up yet. But I feel its on the more expensive side now. I tip 5. So it ends up 25 dollars for a 5 minute hair cut. Same price for someone that takes 30 minutes. Meh, maybe Im just cheap?

My daughter had blonde highlights done to her brown hair along with a trim by Melissa..she did an AMAZING job on both the color and the cut, and she was friendly and helpful. We are very happy!!
