Top Nail salón it is a safe, clean and very relaxing place to expend time while getting pretty at the same time, Helen is awesome and always do an outstanding job, I gave Helen a last minute call for a pedicure and she fitted me in without hesitation.I followed Helen everywhere she goes because I think she is the best!Thank you Helen!

Professional, great service

First time at this nail salon, Lily did a fantastic job!

After coming here for a little over a year, I just went inside for an eyebrow waxing and she literally ripped 1/4 of my eyebrow off. I now have uneven eyebrows and will never return here again. I’m supposed to be going out of town in 3 days and now I’ll have to try to fill them in with makeup.

$32 for gel manicure! I wont make the same mistake again. I only came here because I work in the area and had a limited of time. The lady was nice but the price for gel nails is outrageous. My nails arent even long!

This people, overall Stacy, are rude. They don’t care about customers, they are expensive but they think they are doing a favor to you. They think they are in Vietnam. They have a tv but they say the tv is for them not for the customers. That is unbelievable! The customer service sucks!

Very accommodating. I came in with out an appointment didnt have to wait at all. the took me in had my nails done, my eye brows done with in 1 1/2 hr. Very nice job. the technician took her time and did an amazing job. Ive had these nails on for about 2 weeks now and they still havent fallen off. would recommend to every one.

I’ve been going to Top Nails for quite a while and am typically satisfied with their work, but some techs are definitely more talented than others and my last visit was disastrous. If you come in with tips from a previous manicure and would like SNS, apparently standard protocol is to simply buff it a bit and do your new manicure right over the old one. So you get a manicure that is lumpy, extremely thick, and quite frankly, ugly. If you’re anything less than pleased there’s no point saying anything because rather than fixing it, they will unapologetically talk your ear off and make it seem as though in giving you the ugliest manicure of your life they were doing you a favor. What a joke.

This place is great, and you can’t beat the paraffin wax that comes with the mani/pedi ($$) my go to spot even though I don’t live in the area anymore!

I wanted pink nail polish but most of them had gone bad. The manicurist could not find one that could be used for me. Ended up just getting a nude one. Salon needs renovation and update. Won’t be going back.

Very talented and friendly nail technicians. The place is clean and comfortable, and the prices are reasonable, especially if you pay cash. Im always happy with results.

****UPDATE: I had to update my review because they actually pulled a fast one on me. The owner wasn’t here today when they did this. I walked in at 6:30 and asked to fix 2 of my nails and just change the color on my nails completely. They said no because they don’t have time and they’re trying to close early so that they can only fix the 2 nails. I look at the clock and it’s only 6:30. Idk if it’s because the main girl wasn’t there but I always come in around this time and they take me and everybody that walks in after me. So even though they close at 7, don’t come 30 mins before they close and expect to get your nails done because you never know when they want to close early.Also! The girl that was fixing my nails was also calling me names in Vietnamese but little do they know I know Vietnamese I AM VIETNAMESE! I told the girl she then got up and got someone else to do it. SMH, sad to say they lost their business from me. I go there twice a month and also told everybody to come here, not anymore. They will unfortunately be a back up from now on.****love love their sns nails! its a set price for their services. But if you pay with cash they take off $2! :) and their prices are already not that high either. They always accommodate me even when i call them at 6 and they close at 7. They are all very nice.

This business is dishonest and does a subpar job with manicures. They advertise one price on their website, but you need to know two things: 1) when you get there, they are likely to increase the price and 2) they have a separate price list for those paying with a credit or debit card. They charged me $60 for all my services but wanted to tack on an extra $5 when I offered to pay with a debit card. They also yelled at me because I pointed out that what they had done was dishonest. In front of a store full of customers and a 10-year old girl, my daughter.
