Clean place with nice washers and dryers. The workers were very helpful and kind. Accepts payment with your phone and with coins. A little on the pricey side but the washers are bigger than others. Overall a pretty good place to do laundry :)

I love the new PayRange app! Gives me 5% back for every $1.00 that I spend! Large machines, quick drying. I notice others saying the drying is slow but that is because people are not using common knowledge and over filling the machine. Try packing your home dryer and see what happens... Not to mention the snack machines, cleanliness, and space this place offers!

I tried out the digital coin payment today and it works super well. I was grateful because I did not have enough quarters and I had no cash. The machines work very well even with very dirty kids laundry. This laundromat is a little bit out of the way for me but its much better than those that are closer

I appreciate the new mobile pay option, but I agree that the dryers do not work very well. Also, there is no hot water in the girl’s restroom; otherwise, everything is pretty good.

The heavy duty washer is a little bit expensive and leaves soap on the clothes, also the dryers say .50 cents but you have to put more coins sometimes because it either wouldnt read the coin or/and you have to put more than that because 1 cycle is not enough to dry clothes well.

Clean, Fast, and you dont need to have coins if you use the app, all washers work, and all but 2 driers more do you need in a laundry place.

It got the job done at a descent price.

I had been going to a different laundromat in Provo, and I wanted to see if there was anything better. I found CougarTown, and it is so great! Its well-lit and clean, and the machines work well (no out of order signs anywhere). I will definitely be going to CougarTown to clean my clothes from now on!

The place is hot, dirty, machines are very difficult on taking your money . Pop machine will not take quarters and the snack machines are very limited on stuff

The most horrific experience. DO NOT GO HERE. The machines are a rip off and have taken my quarters regularly. Today I paid $4 for a $1 machine. It kept gobbling and for sone stupid reason I thought it would eventually work. All the machines do this and it worsens by the week. Enough and goodbye! Can I give negative stars?

First time using a laundry mat, I was very happy with my service and my experience. (Being a young female I felt safe as well!) the washers work very well!! And fast so you are not there for hours. The dryer must be pretty hot cause it didn’t take long either! Over all I was happy with my experience and will return. (:

I like this laundromat the best so far. I feel the prices here are fair for washing and drying clothes. I dont feel like there are sketchy people who come here to wash clothes. They also have a dispenser for soap, bleach, and softeners you can purchase in case you forgot to bring yours or you ran out.

Standard laundromat. Seen better and worse. Maybe dont run a gas leaf blower in the building while customers are inside. I asked him if he was going to keep doing it because it stank. Went to get change since neither change machine worked and he was doing it again when i got back with other people in there.

Its a five-star but just barely, everything works and its a competitive price, its not in too bad of an area but there are some downsides, its not really fault of the business, but sometimes the people that tend to go there arent always the most well put together, so you could be in there with really cool people or really strange people

They have plenty of machines and they have a quarter machine as well that takes 1s 5s 10s and 20 dollar bills. This location has WiFi and tables to sit at while you wait. They also have folding tables to fold your clothes when they are done. Sometimes it gets a little dirty with trash and stuff. You can throw everything into one big washer and large dryer so it’s real convenient to get a lot of clothes done all together.

This is my go-to. Definitely the cleanest and safest laundromat I have been to in town. Machines are really quick and efficient, I can finish more than my week’s worth in about an hour and a half.Prices are fair. Small washer are about $2.50 I believe, and the larger ones are about $4 and $6 (that one holds like 8 loads though). I wish they could use debit or something, having to get cash is a pain, but on the plus side, they have well-stocked change machines on the premises.Building is always kept very warm, probably about 70 degrees. Also, this is a MUST for me, they have wifi! I haven’t tried it when there are more than a few people there, but it always works for homework.Would recommend to any college student living off-campus.

Dont expect the amenities shown. No coke or snack machines and not as well kept as I expected.

They have really big washers (holds 4 loads) which is nice to get your laundry done quickly. High quality machines. A bit pricey, but they work much better than the machines at our apartment complex!

I’ve been doing my laundry at this place since 2013. I’m very disappointed now with it. It looks like it has a new administration, because so far there are some drying machines that have been broken at least for a whole year. Now there are more broken, which have reduced the amount of machines to use for drying. Besides that, they have decreased the drying time to 18 minutes for $0.50 cents. Before you were able to dry your clothes for 10 minutes per quarter. Now you are obliged to put at least 50 centers for 18 minutes and it looks like the machines are not hot like they were used to be. Done with this place!!! Moving to a better one located in 300 S with State St. in Provo. There you can get the same machines, but with a better deal in time vs money!!!

I was doing laundry here on August 9th. I was visiting and we have gone to this laundry mat before. I was disappointed this time. Washing machine N was jamming and trying to get the 16 quarters to start the machine was frustrating. I probably had to put in 30 quarters or more and then push the button to get back the quarters that jammed. In the end I lost a quarter. The price on drying the clothes went up since the last time I washed laundry there too. I was used to free drying if you washed your laundry there. I sent an email to CougarTown laundry and only heard from the automated system. Not sure if I will do laundry at this place again. There used to be someone available for problems on site.

Clean, there are 3 sizes of washers, 2, 4, or 6 loads, good prices. Dryers are two sizes and dry well for a good price, $.50 for 15 min and commercial size dryer is $1 for 20 min.

Its alright. It used to be free drying about 8 months ago, but that changed, so the combined cost of one washer and one dryer load is more than the other local laundromats. I stopped going here and go to Bright and Clean instead where the equipment is just as good, but cheaper to get my laundry done.

Best time to go is latebat night, nobody is there so all the machines are empty. Washers and dryers are fairly priced and the dryers are hot, quick, and cheap. I recommend Couger Town Laundry over anywhere else!

This place is great, im happy that its a 24 hr and I can go whenever.

Prices are much higher than other laundromats in the area. My wife and I came here for almost a year while drying was free; when that ended, we promptly left. We notified management by email of our complaint but they never replied. That annoyed me.I decided to go to Bright & Clean on Freedom Blvd. The washers there are on average $1 cheaper those of Cougar Laundry. WiFi is very consistent. And theres fewer sketchy people hanging around as well.

Wonderful enviornment-great working clean efficient fast machines!! No trouble with laundry theft has ever occured here-for me..nor anyone else as far as I know of..unlike other laundromats in the general facinity!! I definately recommend going here**~~!!

The single worse laundromat ever any where. Over priced for washers that hold 6 articles of clothing. Cost $2.50 for a washer, put in $2 and then opened up the washer to put clothes in and couldn’t fit any significant amount of clothes in there and then it wouldn’t refund my money. Not including priced for detergents etc. Terrible

Truthfully one of the best laundromats in Provo juice Lee kept clean machines work all the time vending machines are full very nice place to go and do your laundry but recently its been dirty vending machines or low and a place is a mess.

Its a very convenient place. It doesnt get too busy during the week and the machines are very large so you get more for your buck.

I had run into a lot of problems here but I remained loyal until today. I overcome broken snacks machines, stinking bathrooms, aggressive customers, dirty floors, no AC during hot summer and now this... I wanted to use three machines of $4.50 each to wash my clothes. Now your change machine is broken. So I drove to a couple neighboors businesses to beg for my exchange of quarters. I finally got only $10 in quarters from a kind lady near by. I wasnt planning to spend my evening looking for more change. I went back to the laundromat and remove my clothes with the powder detergent spilling all over the place to put it into another machine so I have enough to wash. I am not sure but maybe I wont have enough change to dry all my clothes and it probably wont be wash propertly. I wont come back here. I have a couple other places closer and better. I will make sure I get my quarters before going to any laundry place. Lesson learned.

My whole family use this laundry mat and its just down the street and its clean it has wifi and they have big washers.

Its a nice place (its clean and it has nice machines). Its just a little expensive.

I dont have much to compare it to as far as laundromats go - it seems to work well enough, and you cant beat the hours - but I know bass wi-fi when I see it. The wi-fi signal is strong, but I dont think theres any internet connection behind it. Totally unusable. Dont plan on getting anything other than laundry done while youre here.

Wifi doesnt work. Whats the point in advertising free Wi-Fi if it doesnt work?

Every time we come there are more machines out of order and it doesn’t seem like anyone fixes them. Also don’t expect to use any of their quarter machines or vending machines because they don’t accept bills. One of the machines ate over four dollars of my quarters and there’s no number I can find to call. Bad experience!
