Honestly the worst nail salon experience I have had in years. The gel manicure, which should have been simple, ended up being a long and painful experience, and the final result was chunky and sloppy. They messed up several times, and had to switch technicians after the first nail technician cut my cuticles causing it to bleed, and then (after the first botched effort) used the drill bit so hard that it shaved my nail bed down to the root. So painful, and the final result was embarrassing. As if things couldn’t get worse, she knocked over our bags onto the floor, completely destroying the cakes we had purchased down the road. It was almost comedic how terrible our experience was. My sister (who was with me) had a very similar experience. Never coming back again.

I went here two times and liked the work of Holly. However, I returned another time and the technician did not do a good job. If you want something different or creative go somewhere else. I showed her a picture of a simple design. She said she could do it before she started working on me. Then when I came time to paint the design she tells me she cant do it and that is not one of their designs. Simple snowflake, that I can actually do myself. So, I ended up calling another salon, and they told me to come in and they will do the work. I will go back if Holly is there but not for anyone else. I have never had my nails manicured and needed to go to another salon to have the work fixed. Plus she did not even file evenly until I asked her to fix it. Why would I pay to have a manicure and walk out with nails that are not even?

It was an okay place. The lady was very pleasant, but i got acrylic tips with dip polish and i had to go back the day after to file down edges near cuticle that were getting caught in my hair. some of them looked clunky and right around the two week period, one snapped off and then the other chipped off...so ill be trying something else to see if it looks/lasts better.

Extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend any woman of color to go to this salon, apparently they only take white clients my friend and I was meeting up at this place for the same service and she’s a white woman I arrived before her and the lady told me they can’t do my nails because they don’t offer full sets. I told my friend and she says she gets her full sets done all the time at this place, all I wanted was my nails done somewhere nearby my hair salon...

Horrible.....DO NOT GO HERE! They use to be go be good, lately not so much. I went today and there was a lady that either did not know what she was doing or did not want to do my pedicure. She kept wanting me to come back the next day, which is crazy because why would I come back if I didnt like the way you cut my nails, she kept asking the other lady what to do....waste of money

At Mirage Nails & Waxing, I often came really late in a day, usually very close to closing hours due to school and busy life, but they still treated me really friendly. I usually come here once a month for a pedicure and manicure. All the Nails technicians here always sweet and very happy to oblige with my requests. I will definitely be returning and bringing friends!

Que is the best! She personally gets 5 stars! The salon seems a little cluttered and messy in some areas. They added some new touches which are nice, but they need to eliminate the old, dated pictures. Staff are friendly enough but they chat a lot amongst themselves, which detracts from a relaxing environment. Walk-in guests are assisted quickly.

The best salon Ive been to. The place is always clean, the people who work there are very nice and they do a great job. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is friendly. Love this place. I went there after a friends suggestion and got my eyebrows waxed. Did a great job! I will be coming back.

Super friendly and always remember your name. Service here is excellent. Super cheap, too! Walk-ins are hit or miss, since theyre so busy, so try to make an appointment whenever possible. Theyre also open on Sundays, which makes it super convenient for lots of us who cant go during the work week.

Ive been a longtime customer of a manicurist who currently works at this salon (7+ years). Last week I had an appointment and got scolded for re-scheduling it!! There are many ways to say things, but this was said with a lot of attitude. I wanted to stand up and leave immediately, but Ive already paid. Then she proceeded to talk about me in Vietnamese to her colleague, right in front of me! Everyone discusses customers in Vietnamese, thinking that no one understands whats going on. Its incredibly rude.They are also very aggressive in trying to sell products to you, even if you say you dont want it. One time my long-time manicurist even said: Are you trying to save a few bucks -- trust me, this is a great product. Seriously?? I wouldnt be getting a manicure every week if that was the case -- I am just discerning about the products I use...

Very unfriendly, spit CONTINUOUS insults at my girlfriend and myself, as I sat silently and my girlfriend was extremely polite and we both noticed their insults being bilingual. But we sat through it and paid. But this ethic group is almost known at this point for terrible customer service and “pay and leave” service. DO NOT waste your time and money purely out of self-respect honestly. This is America yet none of them spoke English or even tried to engage in conversation with my girlfriend. Very bad service I have thick skin but they made my woman very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Which is the only reason I wrote this review. Can other ethic groups open up nail salons PLEASE?!

Got a full leg wax. While the staff was friendly and the price was decent. There is so many spots she had missed, and the spots she did get still have hair. I would have gotten a much better result just shaving! It looks like I shaved 4 days ago and the stubble has grown out. Would not reccomend!! Save your money!!!

I am African American. They made me pay upfront after allowing the client before who was white with blonde hair to pay afterwards. Treated me like a criminal for no reason.

Got to the salon at 4:45pm on Sunday and it was busy. Woman askedme to come back at 5:30. I went did a few errands and was back at 5:20. I eas told the one person that was able to provide the service isnt available and she offered me a service that someone else could do. I said no, I will wait. I was then told that she told me 6:30. The salon closes at 6pm And I did not have anything to delay me for that long in the area. She asked to come back tomorrow and I asked are you refusing to do my nails?.We cant was her response.Horrible customers service. Dont waste your time. Ive never been to a salon that doesnt offer swrvice is your willing to wait.As a first time customer your treatment to me was unacceptable.Keep your word and dont lie and make me feel as if Im crazy.Totally deplorable and UNACCEPTABLE.

I was their client for a half a year. Today I made an appointment, came on time and at first they tell me for 10 minutes, then for another 10 minutes. Every time they were saying “I will be with you shortly”. I left after 20 minutes of wait. I hate bad client service ruining my plans for a day! Why they took my appointment if they were not planing to accommodate it on time! Don’t go there, they don’t respect their client’s time!

Unfriendly. Lazy.Closing time 6 pm. I walked in at 5 and they said “no, we are closed at 6.” ????All I wanted was a basic pedicure, no mani, no spa pedi. Just a basic pedicure. At most a 20-30 minute service. They should then post closing time as 5 pm if that’s the case. Bad business and very rudely done. I rarely get pedicures and when I do I tip huge, but certainly not at this dump ever again.

Unprofessional and unfriendly. I came in to get a full set taken off, gel manicure and a pedicure. The lady had me soaking my feet and started filing the full set off, the speed was set to high and burnt me. Mind you dust is flying everywhere. Ive had this process done before and most nail places let you soak during your pedicure and once completed they proceed with filing. This was the worst experience Ive had at a nail salon. I did not even stay to get my manicure. Which is sad bc Im 38 wks pregnant and this was suppose to be a relaxing afternoon out for myself and it turned into a horrible experience. Left with dust all over my clothes and chunks of acrylic on my dress bc they refused to wait until I was done with my pedicure before filing my nails. Im beyond disappointed.

Worst company I have ever delt with. Purchases a living social voucher for this establishment. Made an appointment two weeks prior and inform them that I had a living social voucher. When I arrive for the appointment they told me they do not accept a living social voucher and refused to keep the appointment.

I arrived @7:17. Waited in the pedi bowl for 10 mins BEFORE someone decided to tell me they would only do one service not both because they close @8. Customer service ZERO.

I went here off of a Groupon and unfortunately it was an awful experience. First they painted my nails with a seafoam green color I wanted but it must have been extremely old becuse it kept separating on my nails. Finally after already doing a few coats she decided to start over, rebuff my nails (damaging the beds), then asked me to pick a different color. I picked a tan and she brought out a shimmery champagne color that was not at all the same. She did that and it looked lumpy and you could see the lines in the paint. It must have also been really old. They filed my nails down way too short. My pedicure was also nicked before I left the salon. It looked awful.
