Definitely go. I have never gotten acrylic nails before but these amazing ladies did not disappoint. They were so sweet and gentle and the final look was stunning. They were very fairly priced but they do take cash only.

First time having nails done since the pandemic and first visit here. I will definitely return as they did quality work. They have clear plastic panels at all of the nail stations and all employees are fully masked up so felt very safe during this pandemic era. They are also keep the front door open and have fans going to ensure good air circulation. I made an appointment which is always helpful as they know to expect you though a couple of walk-ins were also accepted as they had employees to service them.

They are the best!! pleasant, friendly fairly priced and do excellent work .. every single one of the ladies do great work they are all sisters and makes for a great environment.. its always a relaxing experience..

I came to this place around three weeks ago and had an image that displayed what I wanted for the whole time and when a nail was desgined completely different from the image I asked to get it re done like the picture but the woman doing my nails screamed that she couldn’t do it exactly like the picture so basically throwing a tantrum another woman came and did them not as I wanted them but I stayed quiet because I didn’t want to get screamed at again. When the second woman was done the first woman came back and treated my hands roughly during the massage. Not to mention that I came in time for my appointment but didn’t get started till about 15 minutes after the schedulded time for my appointment.

Ann ( I hope I spelled it right) is amazing! She gets my shape down perfectly every time. I’ve been going here for over a year and it never fails me.

We came here for the first time yesterday, (thank you for being open!). Good service, got a full set and a pedicure. The location is very clean. My nails came out really good, my fingers were not sore from all the drilling and buffing and the nails arent too thick. All the ladies were nice and they do keep you on track when you make an appointment so, be on time! LolOverall we had a great experience 😁

I’ve been going here for several years and I’ve always loved it except for one manicurist. Today, I unfortunately got her and additionally they overbooked. When they realized their mistake she proceeded to race through my pedicure, hardly doing anything (this is my first since lockdown so I know it needed a lot) I finally had to stop her and ask her to slow down because she was hurting me. I want to support this company but this was just a bad experience.

Anne is a goddess at nail art. I love everything she does. They girls are friendly, the shop is clean, and relaxing. I am so glad they opened back up.

I wandered from salon to salon like a nomad.... looking for another shop in Windsor after they sold Palms Nails and moved to Santa Rosa. After a year i realized no one was as good at their job, funny and friendly as these women. I gave up my search and am now making the short drive to Santa Rosa to see my favorite family of nail techs💐.thanks for the beautiful purple sparkles! Bonus that there is an Oliver’s right next door!

Lisa was really nice. Owner very rude and loud. We were last clients and she wanted to close by 6:00 we had pedicures. And she wouldnt let us dry our nails. We left with wet sticky nails. Place could use a good cleaning.Avalon nails the best and cleanest place in santa rosa. Wont be back to Diva Nails.

Good quality work, but if you have appointment and if they are working on a person and they ask for more than what their appointment was for, they do it and you get screwed out of your appointment time. I make appointments so I dont have to wait because I am a busy person.

I love coming to this salon. All the ladies are good at what they do. They are funny, friendly, and professional. I always leave laughing from this place. My nails are always on point and never lift or break....They have a ton of colors to choose from. You all rock!!!!

These ladies are very nice, and very accommodating. I always call to schedule my appointment (better time management that way) and they always see me same day. Im also very clear about what I want done so that they can allot the appropriate amount of time for my appointment (unlike the irresponsible and hateful reviewers on Yelp who booked for one thing, then got mad because they changed the plan mid-appointment and blamed the salon for not being flexible enough...geez). Ive seen some reviews about gel not lasting or things of that nature, but Ive never had a problem and have been coming here for months. I would highly recommend them, and also highly recommend that anyone reading the reviews really reads the quality and content of the review, and not just the vague negative comments.

The customer service was great, the ladies started a conversation BUT, my nails were uneven, my cutical bled a bit, they chopped up my actual nail, and the end result was painful to look at. They seemed VERY inexperienced and the prices were up there as well.

Took my daughter there and she was very pleased which is not easy to do!

I have been going to Diva nails since it opened next to Oliver’s Market There is one of the sister that does most of my pedicure She is rude Today I went in there telling her I just had a knee replacement She said if you can’t put you foot up the way she wanted she said or she would not cut my nails, so I put it up but it was painful . She was hurrying like she always does and cut both big toes with her clippers, my toe on the right was was bleeding. .I told her when she was trimming my left toe she was hurting me but as always she ignored me. I asked if I could sit at the counter where you dry your nails and she had a tantrum so I stayed in the chair hurting my knee and ankle Finally she comes over so could pay her and loudly reprimanded me in front of the customers because I didn’t bring thongs and could not put my tennis shoes on. I was so angry but kept quiet because my temper would have lost it . My grandaughter was with me so I chose to be quiet Between me and my grandaughter we spent about $150.00 for me to be treated worse than anyone has ever treated me She needs to quit her job because it is obvious she not happy there I couldn’t believe no one including me said anything to her I have a walker so it she didn’t want to help me she should have said so instead of being so rude and mean to me I will go in another day and tell them how I feel

Theyre awesome, what else can I say? Definitely not a walk in kinda place though, so make an appt. Best mani/ pedi ever. Moved away and make a point to schedule services during my lunch hour or right after work

I got my nails done like 20 minutes ago and my poor thumb is still bleeding i think they broke it bc it’s all bent and at first i asked to get them longer bc she cut them way to short on purpose and the lady charged me $10 extra when only three nails needed to be re done. they were $65 for a full set of gel nail polish ..... never going here again ! i was told i was only gonna pay $50 !

They were not busy at all and were rude... didn’t like this place at all.. wouldn’t recommend! Especially for walk Ins

Been here multiple times gave them many chances, they argue with each other while your trying to enjoy your manicure. One tech does the nails too thin so they end up breaking and the other tech did my set way toooooo thick, I have never been so disappointed with my nails and not to mention, they have mice

I have given this place two chances to do my acrylic nails they came out thick, crooked, and ugly I did not like them at all the staff were very nice but the nails just were not good I would recommend this place for their other services but not for their acrylics
