I saw good reviews so thought I’d try this place out- requested a spa pedicure (deluxe version) and manicure appointment. When I arrived I was rushed to pick a color and there was zero consultation. I am 9 months pregnant and this concerned me but thought I’d give the woman a chance. I wish I didn’t. She finished the entire pedicure in 20 minutes, massage was terrible, and cut my toe so bad it was bleeding even when I left. Two days later it still hurts. When I asked her about it being so quick she just said oops and took $6 off the total which I appreciated but I would have rather a just really nice pedi with massage. Salon was clean but wouldn’t recommend this place unless you know the professional doing the work- clearly from reviews this seems to be the case.

Nice, clean and worth it. Im really picky about my nails and toes so I read the reviews and decided to come. Glad I did, you have to make an appointment. Kim did my nails and she was fantastic

I have been going to queens for manicures and pedicures. The most pleasant experience ever.Clean, the staff are all so friendly!! The prices are posted which I like they don’t charge extra to cut down nails or fix a broken nail !! Highly recommend trying them out if you are looking for a new place !!

I’ve been with Jenny for several years now. I always leave happy. I send my daughters and friends my best friend is going today. I drive 59 min to go there. When I find something that is great and works for me cost and travel is never an is.sue I like all the girls but I work most with Jenny. Go and go now you won’t be disappointed 😊

It seems like the place just recently opened, and its looks clean.New message chairs and a large selection of nail colors!My nails were done by Jenny and she did amazing! I got dip powder with a ombre French white.ask for her! you dont regret it

Great experience at Queens Spa. Its a fairly new nail salon, so its very clean. For the month of February, they have a promotion going on for 20% off any services plus a paraffin was treatment for $35+ spent (such an steal!). I decided to get the dip/SNS plus tips instead of gel. It was my first time getting fake nails/nail extensions and it went great. They had an overwhelming variety of colors to choose from. Im so in love with how it turned out. Cant stop looking at it. Tan did a good job, youre the man!

My wonderful and amazing Jenny have been taking care of my manicure and pedicure needs for about 15 years. I have tagged along wherever she went until the opening of their beautiful nails and spa store, Queens Spa in Rockville, MD. I could not agree more with the reviews from other loyal customers. The place is neat, great mood setting anytime I walk in there, QUALITY and HIGH professional job. I get compliments all the time. Although I have always stuck with Jenny for my needs, everyone there are exceptionally great, professional and cordial. You wont regret making this nail salon your last stop. I came here during the grand opening and it was a great experience! Amazing place to get your nails done! Staff are welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is nice and the inside of the spa is very well decorated and cute. Nail techs make sure your satisfied with your nails. Overall it was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this place to get your nails done!

My mom and I both got our nails done and within a day they were already peeing off. The staff was nice though.

Jenny from Queens Spa Lash and Nails has been doing my nails for almost 5 years and I wouldn’t have it any other way. She is a amazing professional with great personality. I have been having my nails done since I was 16 years old and finally at 42 I have found the perfect tech. The salon is quite and clean and extremely friendly. The staff are skilled and aim to please. Go now and don’t go anywhere else you won’t regret it I promise you that. She does my lashes as well and she is great at that too!!!

Very very impressed! I came in for the first time to get my nails fixed because the other nail salon that I went to did a terrible job, I was extremely unhappy I had to get them re-done! Luckily, I found Anna. She was wonderful, she listened to want I wanted and even got the shape that I wanted. It was definitely worth it! I have gotten so many compliments. I’ve only been once but they did a great job on my nails. The salon was clean and fresh and not very crowded so I didn’t feel rushed. Hannah did my nails and was great and Kathy did my mom’s nails and was great as well. I will definitely return.

My wife’s review:My favorite technician, Hana, was formerly at ViVi nails. Now she is at Queens Spa and I couldnt be happier. The spa is clean and bright. Parking is easy. The atmosphere is very zen-like. All of the staff or terrific, and Hana is amazing. She takes the time to ensure customer satisfaction and my nails last a lot longer with her efforts. I strongly recommend giving Queens Spa a try.

I call for an appointment they told me the manicure price was 15 USD. When I arrived there, I can noticed the difference in the quality between the persons working there, the person next to me had a masagge and cream, I dont have the same service :(My price was 20 USD, and for the other person doing the same manicure service was 15USD with a better service.I wont come back to this place EVER.
