The actual pedicure was great. I kind of feel bad only giving a 3 because the work was done well. I decided to give a 3 rating because each of us were charged $90-120 a person for a pedicure. I would have appreciated if they would have let me know how much the add ons they did were before they did them. They didnt mention they were additional costs at all. I assumed, because they built up one of my nails, that I would receive an additional charge for that but nothing was mentioned and no price was discussed. That extra charge was $20. For one nail. Then there was an additional $15 charge for gel nail polish (I understand gel is extra but I would prefer just add it in to the cost of the $60 pedicure and call it a $75 pedicure. No one uses any other kind of polish anymore do they?) Anyway, great work overall, just communicate better and watch the prices.

Last time I came here they were so rude I left crying. I went back because they offered me 20% off since it had been about a year since I had been here. My full set came out to 60$ AFTER 20% off, they charge more and more everytime I go it seems. Not to mention I got them yesterday and my gel is chipping.

David is fantastic! I had my nails done in July and they still looked awesome weeks later. With no issues! I went back for my second set there even though I live two hours away - I knew the best job would be done at Diamond!

Ok so I stopped by here juat for a simple fill in to try them out. I had intensions on adding pedicure, however by the time I got out of the chair it was time for me to headstraight out the door. The langague barrier was definitely an issue. A lot was said about me and my request howerer I couldnt understand the conversation. And nothing was translated to me. I initially requested for a longer set with my fill in, but that was tottaly ignored. During the process of shapping I got burnt multiple times with the drill as well as the Emory board. As I was in pain i would pull away and she would just grab tighter and continue along.. I love when a drink is offered, unfortunately I had to request this, just a simple mimosa... But it was majority OJ, absolutely no fizz. And the outcome of my nails. Smh The shape, the paint, the unevenness. . Its just too much wrong at once. My rating of a 2 is honestly on the decor. It is beautiful in there, they did very well with that part. Yay! Hopefully if you decide to give them a try you will have a better experience. -signing off for now!

They are absolutely fantastic, the man who did my nails was so great and stayed 20 minutes past closing to finish my nails. Prices are reasonable.

Very nice nail salon! It was very clean and everyone was nice. It is quite beautiful in there and everything is updated. My mom and I both went for pedicures and gel manicures. The guy who did my nails was very quiet but did a great job. My mom joked a lot with the guy that did her manicure and he was quite the hoot! Complimentary wine, water, or soda. The value is great and I recommend the Diamond Pedicure so you get the paraffin wax and mask. They took their time and I didnt feel rushed. The massage could have been a little longer but all in all, it was excellent service! We will definitely be going back!

David and his staff are experts at beautiful nail art. I went in for just a plain French nail dip and David went above and beyond and glammed them up with just the right amount of sparkles to not be too flashy....but stands out beautifully!! Thank you. Highly recommend them. Price is just right too!!!

I like that they offer so many different types of pedicures. I had one that was suppose to come with a mimosa which they did not offer me. They also kept asking about gel polish I had to tell them maybe 3 times no, so that can be aggregating while also asking if you want wax, if you want nails, when all you wanted was a pedi. I received a hot candle which wasnt hot just felt like regular oil, the massage was basic, didnt see anything special. They did take their time to clean the nails and trim around. Nice job with painting as well. Overall not bad experience.

A friend of mine took me to this nail shop today and I must say Tina done an awesome job on my nails and the gentleman that done my toes was great as well. Everyone was very pleasant. Although its a good drive from Concord to their shop, I must say I will be back.

Whole staff is so rude. If you go in and you don’t want gel they treat you terrible, they asked my friend to pick out her color and bc it wasn’t gel the man would laugh and tell her they were out of it. Highly unprofessional we just got up and walked out.

I’ve been going to Diamond Art nails here and there but my last experience with my daughter wasn’t pleasant. Not only did she not receive the services I️ requested but she was also mocked and told to hush in not a nice manner I️ was even apologized to after. I️ like this place but the customer service isn’t where it could be considering how well they do nails. But I think because they have that constant flow they treat you like an in and out. and I️ left with a simple set cause I️ could feel the rushing and annoyance so I️ was ready to leave as well. And then they requested a tip which I️ do usually leave but the manner it was presented was distasteful. I️ woke up unsettled about my experience and probably won’t go back not because the nails aren’t good but because I️ would rather feel comfortable and appreciated especially cause I️ tip. And I️ agree with previous comments about you tell them you want a certain shape and they still do what they want. I️ don’t pay $100+ for you not to hear me. But again other than that they do good nails.

I just recently started coming here to get my nails done. Over all my experience of getting my nails done here have been ok but i don’t think I’ll be coming back after my last experience. The customer service here needs to be better. And they act like they don’t like to fix broken nails.

The first time I tried this salon I got a full set of gel nails within three days they were falling apart. I had to go to another salon to have them taken off and another set put on. Gave them another go today for my daughters birthday, made an appointment for mani and pedi- which they confirmed! We sat there for 30 minutes while they took other clients - if you’re going to take appointments, honor the appointment!

I’ve been living in Rock Hill a long time but I never have found a nail salon that I absolutely love. I hate feeling rushed and paying for services that I feel weren’t 100%. This was my first time I was here. I had Peter. He was fantastic!! He took his time, he made sure my cuticles, Calluses and toes were perfect. My leg scrub was lengthy on each leg and he took the time to really scrub my leg. I am 100% satisfied and I have finally found my to go place for my nail services.

I went there to get a full set by being turned away by my “usual” salon. For the first time in many years, I got what I was looking for. I believe his name was David, did an amazing job LISTENING TO ME, not being irritated by any comments to what I wanted throughout the process, and made suggestions on things I haven’t thought about! Very personable. The salon is beautiful!! Chic luxury without being gaudy. The check in/out is positioned in a way where you won’t be met by 10+ faces all turning your way as you walk in. They’re currently doing 15% off too. It’s very clean and from what I saw, hygienic. I hope they keep and improve that in order to REALLY set them apart from other salons.. They found a new regular. Best nail place around!! Couldnt ask for better service!!! I visited 6 different nail places in town until I found this one and fell in love with my experience!!! David is my nail tech and does a Fantastic job and Kim does all my pedicures. Hands down the best place in town!!!!

They are the best nails in town but every time i go i ask for long square nails and they completely ignore my request and give me taper coffin every SINGLE time. I even started showing pictures of the exact square shape i want, they say okay and proceed to do whatever they want and ask if i like it better and i just say no i didnt want coffin but its always already done and i dont like seeming like a problem so i say its fine. But its very frustrating when i dont ask for that and always end up paying fully price for set i never asked for. But overall they do an amazing job.

I gave this salon a chance and now I wish I didnt. Booked an appointment for my wife and I and my service was done first since my wifes person that I was supposed to get was super late. My person was clearly new or inexperienced, left a bunch of product on my legs and feet then moved on to the next person. I waited for 20 minutes for my wife to be done since I was halfway done before he started on her feet.

I went there for a polish change and 3 rhinestones on 2 fingers. They charged me $42 for this service. A simple polish change and design. I was told upon entering a polish change (gel) was $15 and $5 for 2 finger design. I will NEVER do business with that place again. Although it looks nice on the inside....DO NOT BE DECEIVED!! I was so disappointed with the service I received. The customers were more friendlier than the staff!! I was never offered anything to drink however every person that was Caucasian that entered the business was offered wine, water, soda some sort of drink 🤔. They will never get any of my money again!

The place is too overpriced compared to other nail salons so I was not pleased with the prices. A little word of advice since I see that you all are a new place, it is not good to have services that are overpriced especially since there are TONS of nail salons in the Rock Hill area that does the same exact work for a cheaper price. I didn’t even get a full set and I paid $45 ...that’s an issue. With regular nails no tips (full set), it shouldn’t be $45. I pay $45 at other nail salons when I get a full set and gel so I would hate to see how much I would pay with you all if I wanted a full set and gel.

I got a pedicure which done good & the polish still holding well I got a full set with dip the 1st issue was he physically dipped my fingers into the power then the next issue they were not sturdy and only lasted 2 days which was a waste of time & money I would definitely go back for a pedicure even though they charge a little more.. I didn’t appreciate he physically done my nails while I was trying to relax while getting my pedicure

I got my nails done December 26th and they only lasted 2 weeks so therefore I wasted 60$ for them just to come off I have never had my nails come off within 2 weeks unles I was biting them off

Ruined my cuticles with whatever acetone bath they soaked my fingers in. Terrible shape, lumpy, uneven. Way shorter than I wanted.Half the staff was walking around without a mask on. Didnt ask me to sanitize when I came in.
