Its a clean organized facility. Friendly staff but not sure if my gel polish should look like this 7 days after they were done. 🤷🏾‍♀️ There was noticeable spacing between my cuticle and polish the same day but being new to gel polish, not sure if its normal idk. My pedicure was nice and holding up nicely.

Was there with a friend for pedicures. The lady that was doing ours seemed annoyed that she had to do us both. She rushed through mine. Barely touched cuticles, buffed or touched my toenails. My “massage” consisted of lotion being swiped down my leg. No actual massage, nothing rubbed into my legs or feet (my favorite part of any pedicure as someone who works on their feet all day). And my polish is not smooth and looks choppy on my big toes. Worst pedicure I have had in a long time.

Never had a pedicure before. My first time was at Upscale Nails and it was a different experience for me. I recommend it, for sure. Very clean and the staff is so nice.

I have been going to this location for 5 years now and I won’t go anywhere else! The owner and his wife are very personable, professional, and knowledgeable when it comes to running the nail salon and their vast range of services. I have gone to this business for simple manicures, dip powder, acrylic nails, pedicures, ingrown toenails, broken nails, dead nail beds, and everything in between. The staff is always so friendly and knows me by name when they answer the phone. If you are looking for a relaxing spa day or just a really good job done then this is it!

Me and my friend both got our nails done, she saw a man and hers turned out really good. i saw a woman and she was rushing the whole time, so my nails turned out lumpy, uneven and the design i chose turned out bad. will not be returning.

I visited here recently for the first time after seeing good reviews… felt very rushed for my appointment and didn’t feel like a personal experience at all! The worst part is that my gel nails started peeling up just 5 days after being done. Sadly won’t go back!

I’ve been going here for years. I always get a great mani/pedi and the staff is friendly. I have not gone since COVID but when I called recently it seems you have to make an appointment now which is understandable. They were booked solid for the day I wanted but when you are good and the current environment this will happen. I plan on setting up an appointment next week. You will not be disappointed if you go!

I moved here 2 years ago and went to a couple different salons until I fell in love with this place. It’s super clean, family owned/run, professional and super friendly. I’ve been getting my dip powder manicures done with Tina for over a year now and I’d never go elsewhere. All the employees do a great job here though. I love to be supporting a family run business, plus this place treats you like family! Also they never push extra services on you like some nail places. They’re honest.

I don’t get my nails done often, mostly because I work with boxes 24/7. However, after trying 5 different salons throughout Charlotte, Fort Mill and Rock Hill, I fell in love with this nail destination a year ago. The staff is family, and treats you like family. I recommend them to everyone, and never leave disappointed. They always remember me, and make me feel comfortable, and valued. They also price very fairly, compared to other nail salons around the area who charge more for less. 💜☺️

Mother/ daughter day yesterday. This was the first time weve gotten our nails done since covid. I was shocked that they dont use the liners for pedicures. The gentleman did a good job with my daughters manicure. I was jealous that she had a hand and arm massage, but I did not. Ive never had a manicure before that didnt include it. My paint is already chipping after 24 hours, but not my daughters. Would not go back if I ended up with the same lady.

Tina is wonderful! She does an amazing job as well as being super sweet :) She takes her time and makes sure it’s perfect. I highly recommend her. Tina’s mom also does wonderful pedicures.

The lady in here was rude and rushed. 15 minutes for a whole deluxe pedicure. She rushed so bad she scrapped up my leg with the foot scrubber because her hand slipped. The nail polish is still on the skin after asking her twice to fix it. I highly DO NOT Recommend this place!

This is the best nail salon in Rock Hill. Thida and Kevin and so sweet and kind. I have been going here for years and have never been disappointed. Thida always does my dip powder manicure and it looks amazing! The dip manicure usually lasts around 4 weeks. 10/10 recommend!

I LOVE Tina and Kevin. They do amazing work and its always friendly in their nail salon. They always remember me and my mom and sister. Super clean and my nails always look great! Theyre very affordable and Ive never had any problem with them being too rough or rushed.

Pedicure only and it was delightful!🌸🌼🏵️💮🌺🏵️🌻🌼🌸 but last time I had it done somewhere else was $40 cheaper. That was before covid. Didnt know things changed so much. You will enjoy this place and hey, the pamper time was worth it.

I’ve been coming to this salon since I moved back home in October and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in rock hill. Tina is AMAZING. I love her! It’s always clean and never an overwhelming smell of polish like most places. They have excellent customer service and always do great quality work. I would definitely recommend.

Kevin and Tina are wonderful. My acrylics always look great and theyre super friendly. The manicure and pedicure combo is very reasonably priced. They’re taking precautions against covid and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I called for price on gel manicure, it was $35. I asked to have a different color on my ring finger she said no problem. I had 2 broken nails that she fixed again no problem. At checkout the price jumped to $43! What I wasnt told about was the charges for a different color and nail repair. Ive been tl several shops in the Carolinas and New Jersey first time getting charged like that. Nice staff, but I shouldve been told beforehand. Seemed shady.

Coworker referred me over to this place and i went there today to get a fill in. Kevin greeted me as soon as i walked in and was so helpful even with customers. he’s so informative and has a great sense of humor!! quick, quality service, extremely clean, and good pricing. will definitely be back!!

Happy with the gel acrylic full set i got yesterday. the tech shaped them very nicely. he was quiet while he worked but definitely skilled. they got me in for an appointment very quickly which was great. my only complaint is that the polish i got wasn’t made completely opaque and you can sort of see my real nails underneath. it’s not extremely obvious luckily but it is visible if you look closely. i’ll be coming back

I find it hard to go anywhere else other than here. I love the staff and feel at home here. The service is through and the facility is very clean. The standard is one vent fan in salons but they have 3 which allows the salon to not smell like a nail salon. Ive had to bring my 8 month old before due to lack of sitter availability last minute, but I felt comfortable bringing him due to lack of fumes and the staff was so accommodating.

I absolutely LOVE this place and adore these people. I usually see Thida when I go. The acrylic- gel polish- pedicures- everything is perfect. I had been going to another salon for 12 years and the customer service got so bad. I came to Upscale Nails because a friend referred me and I have zero complaints. Tina and her husband, Kevin have always treated me like family and never let customers leave unhappy or disappointed. They’ve stayed after hours to take in last minute walk ins and even people that needed a nail fixed or just polish fixed. This is a wonderful salon- I HIGHLY recommend it.

While traveling from Hickory NC to Florida we stopped in for a quick pedicure. Three of us were taken in immediately with wonderful hospitality. A wonderful place to get pampered!! This was the best pedicure I have had since living in NC the past 10 yrs. The Rock Hill Upscale Nails rocks!!!

I didnt like the service. First time and last on 9/23/2017. Very argumentative people. Prices are overpriced. A regular pedicure is $28. Where I normally go is $20. Then a gel fill is $45. I dont know why This area charges so much for nails. Its not that serious. Maybe there are very few shops to go to. Im not comfortable being inflated when I can go where I normally go for a more reasonable price. I got the pedicure and I wasnt thrill with it. He cant shape nails whatsoever. Then he tried to charge me $10 for 1 toe nail tip but he said it was $5 when he initiated it. I had to argue with him for 5 minutes.I have went to the same shot for the last 4 years in my old neighborhood. Whenever I tried new people/places it doesnt work out. I have to drive further to be satisfied.Moral: Stick to what you know. Dont hop around from shop to shop.

I went to this salon with my daughter in-law and two granddaughters yesterday for the very first time. Very disappointed with the service and we will never go back. I had a manicure and pedicure in which nothing was done to ensure that my toes or fingernails were dry. Everything was flawed, and a total waste of money. My daughter in-law got a pedicure and asked the lady if she could work in a manicure and she told my daughter in-law no, that there was no time. So we accepted that. However, there were several walk-ins with out an appointment who asked for a manicure and the same lady told them yes, she can do the manicures. For someone new the first time to their business and you are treated like a second class citizen, I found it odd treatment for a business owner. I thought that they would want new business coming back. I will never ever set foot inside this establishment again, they just lost 4 paying customers and I do not recommend anyone to this establishment. Very disappointing. They did not offer to fix the flaws and they sent me out the door without making sure the nails were dry. The gentleman told me it will be alright, just dont drive so that the polish wont mess up. Clearly he knew the nails were not dry. They didnt do the ultra light or spray to speed up the drying. Dont throw your money away! Both fingernail and toe nails are messed up and polish had to be removed.

So far, 5 minutes in and I’m not happy. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted my toe nails filed or cut she just went to cutting them. Now they are already too short. But I need to get this done for my sons graduation tonight and she just cut me. 😡 Nope won’t be back here.

WOW. I am a salon regular (twice a month, at least) and this has got to be the nicest salon Ive ever visited as a guest (not my regular salon). Im a bit of a difficult customer. I get a complicated service on my nails and Kevin, who attended to me was FANTASTIC. Seriously one of the best pink and white power manicures Ive ever received. And this place is SO CLEAN. I wish I could give this place fifty stars. Give them your business!

I was up there a few weeks ago getting a dip mani after about a week the polish started chipping and falling off this type of service should last 2-3 weeks I should know I’m in the beauty industry I paid $45 for this I will never return to this hair salon

I went earlier today around three and they were very nice when I when I got in and she took me in did my nails, was very careful and treated my hands like they were glass, which was very nice and they made very good conversations and it was just a good experience.

Made an appt and they still were not ready even though I arrived early. Prices are way overpriced for a basic gel full set. The least you could offer is a bottle of water with those inflated prices. Will not be returning!

We have found our new nail place! The nail techs are super nice and they do exactly what you ask them to do. They talk to you and they are very gentle. Leng and Pong(sorry if its wrong) are excellent nail techs. Reasonably priced. 10 out of 10 will recommend to friends!

Dont expect an actual manicure if you want acrylic or gel full set. They will charge you for a manicure on top of it if you wanted your nail beds pushed back or your hangnails cut. They say $30 for an acrylic set on the price sign but charge you another $5 to have the white tips to be put on so if you dont already have long nails, dont bother. They dont even give you the small hand massage let alone hand lotion.Sorry but every other nail place Ive gone to includes a manicure when Ive paid for a gel or acrylic MANICURE. The powder is bubbled. They also have a habit of putting everything further up from your nail bed so it looks extra fake. I for one will definitely not be going back. Too expensive for too little service.

I love this place! I have been getting my nails done here for a few years now, they are always friendly and do a really good job! If you walk in without an appointment dont get mad or leave a bad review because they cant see you immediately....common sense tells you they will fit you in if they can. No one here has ever not greeted me, argued with me or ever been rude....makes me wonder if some of these people are reviewing the wrong salon. I recommend this place to everyone!Good nails arent cheap and cheap nails arent good!!

I personally won’t be going back. I went to get a gel manicure. I wasn’t greeted at all despite there being no one else in the shop. I had to actually go up to the nail tech (after standing around awkwardly for a minute) who was just sitting on her phone right in front of me. She was very unfriendly, wouldn’t even look me in the face as she barked at me to pick out a color. I sit down, she clips my nails, throws on the gel polish and says “$35.” The whole process didn’t even take 10 minutes and my nails were embarrassingly bad. Worst of all, she was still acting indignant! Wouldn’t look at me and had her arms crossed as if she was waiting for me to challenge her (bc she knew she did an awful, slipshod job), as if I was the one who ignored her, spoke unnecessarily harshly to her when deigning to speak to her at all, and serviced her to the least of my abilities. I don’t know what was eating her that day but I hope she’s better now or found a more suitable job where she won’t be so miserable.

They are prejudice and unwelcoming. I just wanted one nail repair and the man told me I had to wait two and a half hours. Unbelievable and ignorant thoughts come to mind, when I think of this place. NEVER again. However, Im sure theyre happy about that. because my skin is brown.

Went and got my nails done. The guy that did them got an attitude when I mentioned my nails were hurting. He was super rough when he was filing my nails. I said ow that hurt and he continued filing in an aggressive manor. I mentioned that my nails were different and he copped an attitude again. Needless to say, I wont be going back there.
