Got my face waxed and this is what happened. They said I have acne no I did not the wax did this. They didn’t want to give me a full refund. Please be careful

If you’re coming to get your eyebrows done just pluck them yourselves and save the money. There’s no point. Lucky for them I can’t leave picture reviews but my eyebrows aren’t even in straight lines, jagged and both way thinner then they naturally are. Apart from both brows being too thin, one is wayy thinner then the other. Never coming here again.

I was in town for a wedding, so I decided to have a pedicure. This salon was able to take me as a walk in, even though they were busy and one lady short. The young lady that did my nails was very quiet, but did a great job. I would recommend this salon if you live in Rock Hill or are there visiting.

Wonderfully nice technicians! The salon was clean and bright. The prices were great and they went all out with the treatments. I would definitely recommend these ladies!

On October 31 I went up there to get a feeling with gel polish and my toes painted. I had to ask the lady that was doing my nails to fix multiple problems during the process and on November 2 my gel nails started to chip . I called and I spoke to them and I said that I could come at 6:30 PM to get my nails fixed they told me no nobody will be there I said well it says it’s all close at 7pm I was told because they are not busy they leave early. Then the phone was passed on because whoever I was speaking to claimed that they didn’t understand what I was saying. I spoke with them and I said I could come on Saturday but if I come Saturday I would need a fill-in and fresh polish and they told me no you have to pay for that so I let her know that I’ve already paid for a service that was poor so I’m not gonna pay again and they hung up on me and have not answered the phone I’m assuming the blocked my number .

Wonderful shop. Took great care of my nails. Treats you like a friend not just another customer.

I went 6/19/20 and they were able to get me in, and were super nice. However the outcome was nails with a bubbly top coat. I messaged them through their website and never heard back.

Online it says opens at 9 am she was in there doing a ladies nails door open and all but tells me no 9:30

First, they managed to fit me in the same day. They were very realistic about what they could do. They were very kind and cooperative and answered all my questions. Im extremely happy with the results. They dont file down your nail too much or hurt the customer. I will be back.

Ive gone here for many months and its been a great experience each time. Gel nails look great. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. They even worked beyond close one night I got there late. Definitely recommend.

I went after closing and they let me in and asked me what I needed. Michelle volunteered to stay late to do my pedicure and she was so sweet. Also, my feet look and feel great. She did not rush me at all. I love the color on my tootsies!

I love sun nails! A great nail salon with affordable services. Friendly staff. I usually love going to Jade. But For the first time today I had a bad experience. The lady who did my nails seemed very distracted while she was doing them (don’t know her name but has gray hair). First off she filed my skin around my cuticle and it started bleeding and became sore. She did go back and fix 2 of my nails after accidentally bumping them but kept filing near the sore spot on my cuticle. She also thought she was done with my nails and forgot to add the top coat to the rest of my gel nails until I brought it to her attention.

Tina did a great job on my feet. Its been a long time since a nail salon worker took the time to make your feet feel great. Will use her from now on. Thanks

Always soooo friendly. Older setting, but they have everything you need if tote not looking for high end pedi chair, or nail bar. This is old school, mom and pop type.

I always come here to get my eyebrows waxed and for an occasional pedicure. Although it would be safer for the customer if they would begin using the tub liners during pedicures, I do feel that they do a great job!

Do NOT come here . I have a nail tech that I usually go to but she wasnt available and I really needed my nails done and Sun Nails were the last resort since they stayed open until 8 . I sat there for an hour waiting no one checked on me or apologized. On top of that the service was terrible .. I highly DO NOT recommend this place . Go to Magnolia Nails or Blush Nail Bar!!!

I could sence tension in the atmosphere!! Customers kept coming in and some staffs demeanour would be like ugh. I felt like an inconvenience. All I could see as a business owner is dollar signs!!! Poor service. Cudtomers pay the bills and salary we deserve a better atmosphere😧 I do recommend Dave he was professional and took his time on my pedicure and also my moms. If you decide to go there ask for Dave!!!!

I Called ahead of time to ask if I needed an appt. Told her the time I would be arriving. She assured me I could just walk in with no appt. Once I get there she proceeds to tell me after sitting for however long. They wouldnt be able to do a basic mani/pedi due to a 630pm appt. Not good customer service

I will not be going back I started going there the little guy name Dave did my nails the first time he did a great job the next time Tien or Tina did my nails now remind you my nails were fine until she started doing them ny nails started lifting up at the cuticle I was in the salon every day for a week after having my nails done the Saturday before I ended up taking all my nails off to start over and they charge 3 dollars to cut your nails even when you have to have fill in i will not recommend using Tina or Ly she is older lady THAT speak both languages i only gave a star becasue Dave did a great job and took his time

Poor service. I made an appointment and I wasnt greeted nor was my time honored. I stated I had an appointment and all the staff just looked at me. No one stated if they were going to be right with me or not. First and last time.

So I normally visit the shop on celanese where food lion is but figured they were busy since it was Friday. So I went here around 530 and signed in. All the sudden the workers were arguing and one in particular was very rude to her coworker about a client that was there about having time to do everything. Regardless I asked how long it would take and they said around an hour so I left. Besides that the time before I went there for pedicure the lady scrubbed my heel so hard that she broke the skin and I had a sore heel for a week or more. On the bright side I found my new favorite nail salon on the corner of ebenezer and herlong in the food lion shopping center. They are very polite and dont keep the customer waiting and a plus if you like gel nails they have a wide array of colors compared to other shops in the area.

Will not be returning after using them several times and its because they rip you off and are to busy chatting instead of paying attention. I was talked into gel polish and was told its easy to take off at home. When I returned for a mani/pedi the process to take off destroys your nails and not easily done at home. I asked to go back to regular polish seeing how bad it was and said ok but continued to do my nails in gel and i had to stop her. She quick tried to remove it by just wiping like i wouldnt know its still there. No lotion after soaking my fingers in polish remover or anything. My nails are so bad that right now Im contemplating if I should cut them down. The best part is they charge you more for the gel polish and then charge you to take it off. So essentially I paid for them to ruin my nails and I have a party to attend tomorrow. The pedicure I got is sloppy with polish on my toes, which took longer then needed bc of the language barrier or simply not litening to what I wanted.
