Jackson came out on a Saturday to fix our a/c after being without it for 2 days. He was SO nice, it didnt take but a couple minutes for him to figure out what the issue was, and he was done with the repair in less than 30 minutes. Their pricing is much better compared to the big competitor in the area and definitely more responsive. Will absolutely call them again if/when other issues arise. There is a maintenance plan, and its a great value. Absolutely recommend! It is worth noting- if your unit goes out and you need them on a weekend, youll pay a little extra, but its so worth it. It got up to 85⁰ in my house and it was still climbing when Jackson got here!

It is amazing how different 72 degrees feels now in the house vs how it felt before. I also now have the smart thermostats so I can have Alexa adjust the temperature or adjust from my cell. They were so professional and pleasant to work with. I will definitely work with them when it’s time for servicing in the spring.

We came back from a family vacation to a busted unit... I first tried another company and recieved a ridiculous quote. It started off a little rocky with a missed appointment and then calls not being returned, but the owner, who was out for the week, got involved and everything was fixed. The repair to our furnace was great and we are now living in a well heated house! You can tell he really loves to take care of his customers and make sure they have what they need and more.

Very honest company. We had Jaxon come out and he noticed our compressor was bad. Unfortunately the vendors did not have it so he sent for it and even though it took awhile and he kept us updated. Then we found out we had a leak. After all that the company was gracious enough to absorb the compressor cost as we decided it was best for a new unit. I will always go with Andrews. I was put into contact with Andrews Heating and Cooling through my home warranty company when our furnace died at the beginning of the winter season. The company was extremely prompt in contacting me and coming out to diagnose the issue. Though the replacement furnace got delayed due to my home warranty company, Andrews Heating and Cooling stayed in constant contact with me and my warranty company to track the furnace and keep me posted on updates. Once it came in they came out on the weekend to make sure it got installed. I was very impressed with their customer oriented approach and would absolutely use their services again and recommend them to others for heating and cooling needs!

Found them on home advisor. They called within 5 minutes from my inquiry and were at my door within an hour. They did a complete AC service including all electrical inspection and thoroughly cleaned the compressor. They checked my freon, gave it a boost and everything was working great. We had a no heat situation mid December, called Monday morning, and tech showed up before 1:00pm. Diagnosed it as a bad coil that would need to be replaced. Put some refrigerant in the system to get my heat going and ordered the parts. they said it would be a week or so. That Friday they received the part and came and installed it that afternoon. Very professional, on time, and the final bill was less than expected. The best part is being able to pay online to the company directly with the invoice. Can’t say enough how good the service was!

We were not getting heat to our first floor properly so I called Andrews H&C. Brandon came to our home promptly at 8 am as planned. He first removed his shoes and was very polite. He checked our furnace in the attic and answered all of my questions. He was quite honest about not needing a new heater. He suggested solutions and helped me to get the fireplace turned on. Installation was top notch including running a new line set, a new condensate drain line, and even replacing my return duct line free of charge. If your in the market for a new HVAC unit be sure to give Andrews a call. Most likely you’ll get a better unit (American Standard- consumer top rated all aluminum coils) and install for your money.
