After an unexpected AC issue, I had no clue where to start. I took a chance and called Elite. Shawn was at my house in under 30mins. They were able to quickly find me a new unit and it was installed the next day. All the guys that were part of the installation process were professional, respectful, communicated everything, and were incredibly hardworking. When I had some issues the following evening, Cody responded quickly, and then was back out the following morning with parts to fix the problem. Great company, and great group of guys! I would highly recommend them!

We worked with Noah Ramsey today to clear out the drip pan of excess water under our furnace and change up a drain to make sure that we didnt have any future draining issues. Noah also worked on our install a few months back with Trey, so he knew his way around and exactly what to look for. He worked quickly and was very professional.Our kids are very curious and he had no problem answering any of their questions or with them wanting to watch what he was doing.We highly recommend this company, they are always prompt, professional, on time, and very knowledgeable!

Elite Air came recommended by a family friend and we also had a very good experience. Our A/C stopped cooling the previous night so I called and spoke with someone from the office who let us know a tech would be in touch about scheduling. I then had a few people to call to let us know they were getting someone set up and Shaun ended up coming out. He was promote, professional and did a great job of keeping me in the loop with repairs he was doing and total charges. He got the system back up and running and provided some tips and suggestions as well to keep things running smoothly. I was very pleased with Elite Air and will use again with future issues!

What happens when your AC goes out on the hottest day of the year? You panic! No need to do that if you call Elite Air and Heat. I called at 5:00 am and by 7:59 am they were at my house and had fixed the problem. Elite Air and Heating has extremely fast response times, very professional, super nice, and their knowledge of heating and cooling outweighs everything else.

Shocking experience. He quoted $550 for changing a capacitor. When I asked about details. He said capacitor costs $250 and contactor costs $250!!!!!I have never heard such exorbitant prices for capacitors. More than 10 times regular price. I was able to get same capacitor for $11 on Amazon.Luckily, I was aware that capacitors don’t cost so much and I was able to cancel the service and replace capacitor it myself.This is outright cheating…. Very disappointed

Tommy came out and diagnosed my HVAC issue in a matter of 30 minutes. He ordered my replacement parts and will have them installed within days. Honest people with high skills. The previous day I had Mxxxxs-Jxxxxxs come out and tell me my 3 year old system needed a complete replacement because of leaks everywhere and replacement parts were almost impossible to get their hands on. So I figure Elite saved me about 10K on this fix alone. I highly recommend go and Elite and give 1 star to the big guy M-J, because they did show up. Thank you Elite Air & Heat Llc for quickly coming out and fixing our gas leaks. I would highly recommend Elite and Daniel. Yesterday afternoon, after calling York County Natural Gas Authority about much higher than average bills for the last 3 months when compared to the same time last year they turned off our gas and put a lock on the meter due to safety concerns. YCNGA helped to turn off all gas appliances and the meter was still moving (i.e. gas still being consumed, there was a leak). As this was on our side of the meter it was our problem. No hot water, no stove, no grill, no HVAC heat for ~ 24 hours. We are now fully functional after showing YCNGA we successfully held ~11 PSI of nitrogen for over 20 minutes.

I had made the call yesterday and in less than 30 minutes, Mr. Sean Proctor was at my home fixing my AC Unit. I was in total shock, how quickly my call was answered beginning with the Customer Service all the way until the service was completed. Mr. Sean Proctor was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, very detailed and explained the matter where I was able to understand it with no problem at all. Also, they are reasonably priced and that is why I didnt hesitate to sign up for their annual plan. I highly recommend Elite Air & Heat for I was very happy and satisfied with their service.

I went without a/c for 2 nights. Prior to this wonderful business coming. I had an appointment for a big name company to come. When they came he didnt even inspect anything just assume that it was my motor in my fan. My husband was very skeptical as the man never touched anything. Next day I google a/c repair and email Elite. They came right on time, inspected both units and said its not the fan but another issue. Quoted me a reasonable price and had my house back in order within an hour. I have told all of friends and family about this company. So glad I found them. If I have any issues, they have a returning customer with me. Dont hesitate, they are the real deal!

My 20 year old furnace went out. Elite came out, inspected the unit, showed me what had failed, quoted repair and free estimate to replace. Working with Elite was a pleasure. It started as a service call and became an install project and everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and did what they said they would. They did not pressure me into a decision but supplied information I needed to make the decision. They use a great scheduling service that kept me updated on who, what and when work was going to be done. Excellent service _ the heat and air was properly tested _ they checked to see if my gas cooktop was working, because the natural gas was temporarily cut off. Last year, my fan motor decided to die right in the middle of a hot long weekend, Labor Day.At that time, when the repair was completed, not only did I sign up for a package that provided a discount, but included my heat and A/C annual inspections as part of a package. I just had my annual A/C prep completed. Great news!! No extra work was required. That could be because Elite never really looked at my A/C unit, but I know better because I was outside for all the service.I trust Elite, the workers are very competent, and theyre trustworthy. Its good to have a bank of qualified providers to fall back on. Elite is a key to my team!

Excellent same-day service for it being a Saturday on a holiday weekend at that! Great value for the service offered!
