The Panther technicians installed an air purifier at my home. They arrived on time, conducted themselves professionally, and responded to my questions. I was very pleased with the service provided by Panther. I would recommend them to others.

Terry came out today to help get us on the annual plan where they proactively look at our heating and air systems twice a year. During that time he found out my gas pressure was too high and adjusted it. I’d also been sitting on a thermostat that I was trying to install upstairs and he got that finished also. We also needed some surge protectors for our heating and cooling and we got all that complete.Great job to Mike Geddings and his team. Smart, friendly and on time!

Ten family members at our house for granddaughters 9th birthday and AC went out. Called Panther and someone at our house within an hour. First tech worked diligently but could not get air back on. Nick came next day; worked for 2 hours or more and found a second damper that was not working. He replaced it and we were so happy! Took about 3 hours for house to cool down but no further problems since. Panther always provides excellent customer service!

Bobby Ford is perhaps the best technician in the world. He stands head and shoulders above all others and is a great representative of your company. On Saturday, May 8, 2021, I requested that a technician be sent to Abiezer Baptist Church, 469 Hagins Street, Rock Hill, S.C. 29730. Bobby Ford responded to the call. He discovered that the problem was electrical and not with the unit. He immediately called Jonathan Brown Electrical Company who had recently installed a new breaker panel. Jonathan Brown Electrical Company sent their representative who examined the breaker box and discovered a bad breaker. Both Panthers Heating and Cooling and Jonathan Brown Electrical Company demonstrated true professionalism. Bobby Ford and Brandon worked diligently to insure that our church sanctuary had Heating and Cooling for Sunday morning worship service (our first service since the covid-19 shutdown over a year ago). It was time to replace our duct work and our HVAC unit even though our warranty with the other local company had not yet expired. We just were not happy with the other other company at all! 6 Breakdowns in 6 years! We begin to talk to others and we knew when Josh Geddings from Panther came there was need to go any further. We found the Best! Josh was so knowledgeable, so fair in his pricing, and so understanding about our problem. They came on time, did quality work, and left job site spotless! The Technicians were as nice as could be and took all precautions with regards to Covid 19 protocols. Our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. We called Panther Heating & Air for service. I was very pleased with the employee that came out and fixed our unit. He did not try to over sell me or talk me into a new unit. He cleaned it up and checked the Freon, and the unit was fine (at least for now) He fully explained what was done and what may be needed in the future. I highly recommend Panther Heating & air.

Panther Heating & Cooling were responsive, confirmed they could address the issue before dispatching and then were very prompt. Terry our Tech was professional, communicated issues and related pricing along the way and kept his social distance while wearing a mask.

Panther is a great company. We have a spring and fall HVAC inspection every year and we have found the technicians are always competent and honest. While low pressure recommendations may be made, the techs are not paid commission making unnecessary repairs, etc. less likely. If Panther is not your first choice, consider getting a second opinion from them. It might be very helpful in making your HVAC decisions and could potentially save you time and money.

We just had our Hvac unit upgraded by Panther Heating and Air! We had them add an additional zone separating our master bedroom from the main house along with adding the Solaris air purifier in our home as well. We could not be happier with the professional service we received from Panther, from the initial call to Bobby and Anthony putting the finishing touches on, its always a great experience. Working with this company has been a nightmare since day one of the installation. Panther began installing the furnace early 2019. We moved into the house in August of 2019. I have since had 7 (yes, 7!) thermostats installed (Panther blames the problems on the manufacturer - Trane). In January of 2020, Panther was at my house to do one of the many repairs needed and recommended that I purchase a Solaris (air scrubber). In addition to the Solaris not working, it was discovered in March, 2020 that the Solaris was blowing the transformer for it as well as for the furnace that it was connected to. In fall 2020, we had additional issues with the heating system not working. Panther sent a repair person out and it was discovered that when the furnace was installed, there were two incorrect dampers installed. On/Off dampers were installed rather than Modulating. Needless to say, the system has been malfunctioning the entire time we have lived in the new built house because of this. In late November, 2020, Panther then sent a repair team to replace the dampers. We are not sure if the damper problem was fixed because the repairmen said that there were only two Head Technicians that knew how to connect the newest thermostat to the system (which includes sensors that were installed after we moved into the house because the system was not working efficiently in two rooms). We have contacted Panther to have a Head Technician come and connect the system (still not connected as of 12/1/20). Additionally, when the repairmen were at the house in November, 2020, severe damage was done to our ceiling and flooring. The owner, Mike Gedding, was at the house to inspect the damage (in addition to the photos that were sent to Panther via email) and as of today, no repairs have been made. If you are reading this review because you are considering Panther as your heating and cooling company, God Bless You!

Today was scheduled maintenance for the air conditioning, while here the technician also had to replace the capacitor on one of the units. Technician appeared to be knowledgeable, arrived on time, was pleasant to work with, gave explanations in clear terms and appeared to be very thorough.

Terry took his time and did a thorough inspection of our furnace. He is very polite and mannerly. He explained everything he did with us before he left.

Our air unit was leaking and costing us a fortune. We did as much research as we could and then received several estimates. Our air and heating were put in at the same time so we figured it was best to replace both. We received high and low estimates with prices and suggestions all over the wall until a young man names Edward came to see us. He spent several hours in the house and then gave us his suggestions and why he chose each item. He explained a single story home would function well with one unit even though we had a bonus room I used as an office. He looked at our previous bills and explained how a dual stage air and furnace unit would not only be sufficient and but save us money and explained why. We chose Panther and accepted their offer. They came on time, finished as promised and cleaned everything to the point you didnt know they were in our house. Weve gone through one of the hottest humid summers we can remember and couldnt be happier. Our utility bills have been cut in half and the bonus room is as cool as downstairs. We have told many neighbors about this service and even allowed the company to post a sign in the yard - basically to let others know how happy we were. Our air went out in the middle of a 90 degree night. Panther heating and Cooling sent out Joey the same night. Joey stayed until the problem was fixed and he left us with cold air that same night. I have been working with Panther Heating and Cooling for several years now. They have serviced two existing units for me, and I have purchased one new system from them. They are always very responsive and proactive, and the staff at Panther has always been friendly and pleasant to work with. Ive dealt with the owner a time or two (also positive experiences), but the main reason Im posting today is to recognize one of their technicians, Joey, who did my fall gas heating system service yesterday. I have worked with a lot of HVAC companies over the years and have had a lot of systems serviced, but Joey did the most patient, thorough and competent service I think Ive seen to date. Really took his time, asked a lot of questions and basically just made sure that things were right. He found a small gas leak in my attic system, repaired it using existing hardware (vs. trying to sell me something new and unnecessary) and was very insistent that I re-check the leak over the next few days. I was so impressed with him that I called Panther this morning to give him some recognition and learned that after he left my house, he called the dispatcher to be sure that they followed up with me to be sure that I had done the re-check! Again, just very competent and conscientious. Great job Joey and great job Panther!

We installed a new heating and cooling system at our house in Tega Cay 3 months ago. Several contractors competed. In the end we decide to go with Panther. Not only did they a convincing sales job answering all the questions, but they delivered a superb system better than we expected. On top of that our power bill for the months we are cooling has been reduced by 30 % so far. Panther are very professional and pleasant people to do business with.

The beginning of the season we started having air conditioner issues. Panther technicians were right on top of it to the point the boss Mike came out late one evening to assist! It was bad news but at least we knew now what the problem was. Panther installed a new system one day later in peak season. Dont normally write reviews but my experience was really excellent. A/C stopped working. Their team brought me a window unit within in 30 min. Then installed my brand new unit the next day. even went above and beyond and replaced my return grate because mine was old as well as a new filter and a new thermostat.
