Installed 2 new units for us a few weeks ago, and we were so happy we had them install a ductless unit for the garage. Wyatt, Brian, and Mario are the best. Everyone truly went above and beyond. Best customer service I’ve received from any company. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for maintenance, repairs, installation, anything.

My boyfriend hired them to replace his air conditioning. He said the new unit was too small all along. They disagreed. He called them a few times and even ran into them out and about and told them face to face. A year later, and nothing. I called then and they found a faulty part. They came out and replaced it, but its not keeping the place cool. Ill have to call them yet again.

These guys have been to my home twice. First time to replace my inside unit the second was just recently to replace a part on my outside unit. And although there was a mix up with scheduling I feel as if it hasn’t change how I feel about the company. They are fair with pricing and explain what they are going to do. They came out on a Sunday and had the heat going again in 45 mins. Tech was very friendly and explained what he was checking every step of the way. A little pricey, but it was a Sunday. Glad he had the part on his truck.

Our old thermostat wasn’t working correctly when turning it over to the AC. I would have to flip the switch 2-3 times before it would turn on the AC. Called Reid’s on Friday and they came out this morning and changed out the thermostat. Good friendly service.

I was given excellent advice and quote. Nick even called me later that afternoon to make sure I had made arrangements for the replacement. It was that serious and he did not want a disaster to happen. I give Reids and Nick the highest recommendation possible.

I love this Company! My fiancé and I were stuck without air conditioning and Nick came out and got our unit fixed the same night. Reid Heating & Air installed a new unit at one of my rental units in Lake Wylie, SC. I was unable to physically be on site for estimates. Reid took care of my tenants quickly and even though it was a small residential project.After install a thermostat didnt work properly. Reid had someone on site in 2 hours after we called to remedy the situation.Several companies in the area didnt show up for appointments. Out of the 3 that provided estimates Reid Heating & Air was in the middle. They provided the most value so we used their company. I would highly recommend calling Reid first and not wasting your time with any of the other companies around.

Nick checked out both of our units today. He did a great job and even took pictures of some things we might need to look into. He was very courteous and I felt very comfortable with him working upstairs and coming in and out of the house.
