Kevin was very professional and had a great attitude. We were working with a warranty company which took four weeks to get parts etc. He kept in touch almost daily and was an advocate for us throughout the process. I highly recommend Kevin and his services!

We are so glad that we had previous experience with Kevin, so we knew right away when we realized our AC/Heat Pump unit had burned out overnight, who we would call.We woke up to smoke filling the house about 3:30 one morning and saw the thermostat in the hall was dead. We checked to make sure there was no active fire and then worked on getting the smoke out of the house.As soon as Amaro was opened, I called Kevin who said he would try to work us into the schedule for the afternoon, and thankfully he was able to do that. Communication from start to finish was excellent, in fact the best we have ever experienced in the business world.We felt that Kevin gave us the best price, made sure that the unit he sold us was the most efficient and would keep us comfortable for years to come. It is super quiet too.We asked him to replace all of the duct work as we had concerns about the quality of it prior to the AC unit burning up. He agreed and the difference of before and after he replaced it was amazing. We could not be happier. We would definitely recommend Amaro Merchanical and Kevin to anyone who needs this type service.As a bonus, Kevin located a few leaks under our house while replacing the duct work and has already repaired those. We are very satisfied and will continue use Amaro Mechanical for any future projects.

Wow what can I say ... I needed someone to come and take a look at my AC unit due to some issues we were having. Kevin even came the day of to inspect and got me up in running in no time! A bit of an odd review considering I have not actually hired Amaro Mechanical for anything (yet), but, I called Kevin for a third opinion, after getting the sense that a few big name HVAC companies were trying to sell me $15k worth of repairs I did not need. Kevin spent a good bit of time on the phone with me, educating me about my HVAC system and why I did not, in fact, need to spend $15k to fix a brand new furnace. He willingly spent the time to help ease my fears, even knowing it would earn him no money. We are very grateful for his expertise and honesty!
